I had to rave about this place. I had to get my alternator replaced on a short notice and was so stressed about getting my car repaired. Goodyear took fantastic care of my car, got my repair done quickly, were incredibly friendly, and reasonably priced for a well known branded car shop. In particular, the office manager (Michael I believe) was friendly and actually gave me an additional discount from the price he quoted me. I could not recommend this place more for car repairs, and will be going here for future car repairs!

Made an appointment online on 2/3 for new tires that were showing avail and were to be installed on 2/6 at 9 AM. When I first arrived at 9AM on 2/6 the first question was 'when did you make the appointment' as they were reading the info on their computer screens. Then the next question was 'did you call to see if we had the tires come in'? You would think that Goodyear could notify the customer, who used the GY system and is expecting to have the appointment promise kept, if there were issues. But nope - their answer is to question the customer about what hoops they jumped through before coming to the store to make sure they (Goodyear) was prepared - wow. Lastly, the BA store is a pit that needs to be cleaned. Due to the above I will not use GY going forward for tires or any other services!

3rd time I’ve been in here in about the last 4-5 months 1st 2 times I had exceptional service with “Colby” he was very efficient seemed very motivated and had things in control Well unfortunately apparently he is no longer here And the service reflects that and is very unsatisfactory today. Very negative attitude, no hustle , no urgency , no motivation. All 3 employees here today have the vibe that don’t wanna be here and are inconvenienced with having to assist in servicing my vehicle. This visit is enough to avoid coming back here if I can’t get the sane service “Colby” provided previously

I use to come to Goodyear for years to get oil changes, tire rotations etc, I went to get a oil change months ago and recently discovered that most of the oil had leaked out, I took it in this week and they asked me “who did you last oil change” they did…. I was then quoted for a really high price which I said I didn’t want to do, when I came back to get the keys I was charged a diagnostic fee of $90 for them to look at the car, ever since the management change it’s not the same as it once was, unfortunately I will not be back which sucks because they use to be the most reliable people in the area.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Goodyear. Gab went above and beyond to fix my son’s car after we had an awful experience with a mobile mechanic. He was professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about getting everything done right. Not sure what happened to the old staff but the new staff is arrogant and rude. Noah called me during one of my oil changes (that I only get from here minus one time when I was traveling) and I immediately thought they were calling to ask where my wheel locks were. I told him where those were but he was actually calling to tell me that my cabin and engine filters were both extremely dirty. He wanted to charge me $100 for each filter ($22 dollars total for both from Amazon) but when I told him that they had previously changed one of them my last visit (two oil changes ago) and it should be good for another year he continued on about how dirty there were. I told him since they changed one of them my last visit then they must have charged me and not have actually done it, so no I would not like them changed. He then said okay and hung up on me. When I got to the store to pick up my car and pay for my service he proceeded to let me know that the engine filter was changed but not the cabin filter. I informed him I already ordered new ones to replace them myself. I asked if they found the wheel locks to rotate my tires and he said yes. I said okay because I bought the tires from here and they said I would need to rotate them every 6000 to 8000 miles to keep the warranty good. When I got to my car I noticed that the wheel locks were untouched but my glove box was rummaged through and a shop towel was left in my car. I called back to verify if they had rotated the tires like they said by stating I couldn’t find my wheel locks. They then admitted they did not rotate my tires because it wasn’t needed and whoever told me that they needed to be rotated to keep the warranty was lying. I used to love this place but between the attitude, lies, and lack of completed service my family and friends will be going elsewhere from now on.

GoodYear Auto Service has a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Their technicians are expert’s at what they do, diagnose and repair your vehicle. I recently bought a used SUV, a 2004 Hummer H2, and the service 4x4 light kept coming on. Other local auto repair shops wanted $100.00 and up to diagnose the code. But GoodYear was kind and reasonably priced at only $40.00. They quickly got me and my H2 in the shop and had the problem diagnosed within minutes. It was just a selector module update needed. Great Auto Repair/Tire Shop! I highly recommended them!

This is the 2nd time in a month I’ve dealt with GoodYear in Broken Arrow. Both times they’ve been very busy and understaffed due to a recent position opening, BUT I have been very pleased with the service I’ve received both visits from “Colby” at the desk. I’ve watched him multitask exceptionally well with the phone calls, walk-ins, ordering , coworkers , customers …… I’ve been very impressed with his ability to manage everything all at once with a great friendly attitude.

Concerned about this damage that was done to my wheel when having new tires put on. I found it myself. Surprised, they seemed honest and nice, but over looked the damage. Now my new wheel has the paint knocked off in a few places. Next conversation will be if they replace it for me. Updates. Good Year stands behind what they say. The manager has took control of this and is replacing the wheel. Day of installation. Walked me out and looked at what was going to be done in advance. Very impressed with how they took care of me. Accidents happen, but these guys took care of it immediately. I am so happy to have Goodyear on my truck the tire is certainly number one in the market in my mind. Every business makes mistakes, but it's how you handle it which makes the difference. These guys are honest full of integrity. You don't find this eveywhere. And when you do, its a pleasant surprise.

Stay clear of this place. I have tried them more than once and every time there’s an issue. Last one for me was they ruin a set of tires just removing them from the old rims. They were hard to get off they said. Ok, i could understand one but they did the same to all four. I had these used tires sold for $250 but they trashed them. The tire machine poked holes in them. Not just one and stop they did all four.
