ETA; AJ corrected this error, he was super understanding of my frustration, took accountability , and apologized for the communication and lack of. Really went above and beyond to correct it and show that he did care about my experience and that he truly understood why I was so upset. I will give them my business for now as AJ proved as the leader of the shop why they deserve it . AJ also proved why he has the title manager . All the kudos to him. Sincere respect to him for his dedication and commitment to rectifying the situation and how rapidly he did so! My first time ever using Tate Boys and I will say it was AWFUL experience , and customer service . The Mechanic Cody refused service, with zero explanation, without even examining my vehicle, the service advisor even admitted that the mechanic didn’t examine the vehicle, and was confused why my vehicle was refused , no one there would give any explanation, and all I got told was “I’ll talk with the manager” and we can call you , but I don’t believe that, cause they can’t remember my name. I’m utterly disappointed with how this went .
