Horrible service, they had my truck for three months and it was just my bumpers that were damage but they tried to say there was frame damage which made things even harder with the insurance then when I finally get through the insurance turns out these clowns were going to sell it to the junkyard without letting me know. After everything's nothing is fixed NOTHING and I had to pay $200 to replace a grill, that wasn't damaged, because they threw it away.

My 2014 subaru xv crosstrek was damaged very badly from a passenger side rear collision as you can see from the photos. I believed the car would be totalled, but turns out it wasn't. Premier did a great job on repairing my car except when I first received it, the front passenger side window had bubbles in the tint from where the airbag had deployed. At the mention of this, they took the car back for one more day and fixed this issue. I'd say all of it was satisfactory because the car seems her self again after the terrible accident.

I had to replace both the front and back bumpers on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Premier Collision ordered both bumpers for me, mixed the Venetian Red paint to match so precisely that I can't tell it isn't factory sprayed. They did a great job communicating with me about ordering the bumpers and when to expect them. One of the bumpers was damaged in transit. They called me to let me know what had happened and that they had already ordered another one. Honestly, my car looks like nothing happened! I have some door dings and scratches, and I'm taking my car back to Premier Collision for their excellent service and workmanship.

I'm most cases they do a thankless job having to satisfy the customers while under the microscope of tight insurance companies but they've always seemed to make it work so my hats of to them.

Unfortunately I have had a couple wrecks due to no fault of my own, and have used Premier Collision both times, and also for other things. The People at Premier are incredibly knowledgeable and do absolutely fantastic work! They are very detailed and if you're anal about your vehicle, this place is the only place you need to take your car for repairs! They work great with insurers and look out for you, their customer! Freddie is outstanding and has been in the business for over twenty years, and ALL the staff treat you like you are family and one of their own. From the moment you walk in these folks treat you with respect, and listen to any concerns you may have. Absolutely outstanding quality work! Once you have used their services, you won't go anywhere else!

I took my car to Premier because I heard they have one of the best painters in town. (I was rear ended and needed a new tailgate and bumper). My experience was nothing but wonderful. My car was in on Monday morning and I picked it up Friday at lunch. They did a wonderful job! The people were super friendly, knowledgable and friendly. Also, a bonus that they are right next to a rental car facility. Easy!! I recommend for sure!

Beware PROS: Quality paint job. CONS: several issues discovered upon pick up: 1) headlamp out and the bulb wasn't even locked into place, just slid into the housing and free floating. 2) wires to foglamp were taped back together after being ripped apart by this shop - see photo (I had to order new bulb assembly Bc it shorted out) 3) new door ding on passenger door 4) interior console and driver seat covered in sweat from workers 5) rear axle was replaced and far enough out of square that it was obvious with the naked eye, confirmed by measurement 6) chip guard peeled up within 2 days after picking up (see photo) 7) Foglamp glued in place for some reason. now filled with water and I cannot replace the lamp nor aim due to glue. I dropped the truck back off to have the rear axle corrected and the chip guard replaced. The shop did nothing to correct the rear axle obviously out of square--instead just argued with me. I was led in circles. - work experience in collision repair
