Amazing service! We noticed that the left front tire was flat, so we took the car to Hibdon where we have seen many times when we go to IHOP. We were told that the flat tire repair is FREE! When we come back from IHOP breakfast, we were told that the air bulb was loose and they replaced it, and charged us nothing! Amazing! Highly recommended if you have flat tires.

They answer the phones and are kind and efficient. They provide extra free services to their customers like air in tires. Their prices are reasonable and they try to help with repairing tires when it is feasible instead of always selling you a new tire. Customer oriented.

Not sure what I needed to do after two attempts of fixing the problem myself besides getting my vehicle in for headlight service. I googled where I could take my car in and Hibdon tires came up first. The only transportation I have and the day I took my car in was the most stressful day, my brother was getting married; it was needed to get my headlights fixed. Thank you to the service member who serviced my car he explained to me as he also showed me the old light bulbs what the problem was and fixed the issue. When my car was fixed I was going to pay the service man told me that a really really nice person took care of the cost of my repair. I was so relieved (it wasn't that I couldn't pay for the repair myself) and felt that God has his hand on me that day. Thank you thank you for paying it forward. I hope you receive many blessings in return. You made my day. The wedding was a hit and thankful I could drive home late at night safely with working headlights.

Hibdon tires replaced a battery on my 2008 Mercedes-Benz. When I got it back, the fuel gauge no longer worked. After several days of trying to work with them…. And a couple of diagnostics that they ran, They informed me that the fuel gauge - that was just fine for the six years we drove the car - suddenly burned out while under their care was a matter of “coincidence“. They offered a repair at the tune of about $1600.. I tried to work with them at perhaps doing the repair at cost for the part as a compromise, but they refused any discounts because again “it wasn’t their fault”. Edited this review from the original because they did reach back out to me to help resolve the issue. They offered to pay for a third-party diagnosis. In the end, we determined that they were most likely not at fault.

Found ya! My brother bought the tires at Hibdon, while it was on 145th E. Ave. I brought the car in for balanced and rotation a couple of times on 145th. Glad to know, this location still have it on their database! To be continued…! Came back today and got the tires rotated.

Was preparing to do a front brake job at home on my F150. One of the lug nuts was an anti-theft type. The wheel lock “key” that you insert to remove the lug nut would not stay engaged and kept slipping out when trying to loosen and remove it. I could have tried drilling, sawing it or torching it out (what people do when they actually lose the key), but any of those options would have likely messed up the chrome wheel. AutoZone offered a lug nut removal tool. But since I’ve done a lot of business at Hibdons, I was hoping maybe they had the ability to remove it. Jeremy was running the front counter. I explained my situation. He saw I was an existing customer so he drove it into a bay and before I knew it, he was driving it back to the front with the wheel lug off. That was fast! He didn’t even charge me (similar to a flat repair or tire balance). I was so impressed with how he treated me and made me not feel like a burden since he didn’t make any money off me. Guys like Jeremy are why I want to continue with Hibdon Tires!!!

I walked into Hibdon Tires Plus in Broken Arrow, OK, 2002 E. Hillside Dr,, without an appointment, to get information on replacing my wheels. I had previously purchased new tires from Hibdon. I was immediately helped by Trevon Bowden. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Trevon did not try to sell me something I did not need. After talking about the wheels, I got an estimate on replacement and told him I would get back with him when I decided on the path I would take - purchasing new wheels or having mine repaired. Off the cuff, I asked if he could replace my front windshield wiper blades and align my tires - my tires have a lifetime alignment at no extra charge. I am just amazed that Trevon Bowden was able to help me in so many ways without having an appointment! Personally, next time I will try to make an appointment if my tires need to be rotated, or anything else that would take a great deal of time. I could not be more please with Hibdon Tires Plus, and especially with the courteous and efficient service of Trevon Bowden. ph

Within 15 minutes I get a call and was told if I bring it in they can get right on it, brought it in and they got right on it. 2 tires about 45 minutes. I was satisfied throughout process. I got there at 8am to get a tire patched, had to wait FIVE hours, to be told it was a side puncture and needed to buy a new one, but I wasn’t given an opportunity to see the hole myself in the tire. A lot of companies like this like to say a side is puncture when it is not, so I don’t know if I even needed to spend that $100 for a new tire. Whenever I’ve had a tire puncture and went to discount tire it’s also been super quick and I’ve never had to wait over an hour let alone 5 hours. It’s less than a mile away from hibdon and I will be going there from now on

I had a 9:00 appointment, arrived on time. Had ordered 4 new tires a week before and set the appointment at that time. I was there over 5 hours! I was never approached as to why but when tires were finally on I was asked if I wanted to go ahead with an alignment ck. Then it was another 30 min. They then told me it was a little out so I opted for the 6 month guaranteed one. It took them almost another hr to tell me they couldn't get it all the way done. Let it soak for a while. Question is why pay for an alignment that wasn't completed? I paid and left.

I deleted my original low Google rating. I had a bad experience with the past manager here. But I've been a customer of Tire Plus for many years and that one bad experience won't stop me from being a loyal customer, plus they're close LoL. I went to get my tire pressure checked and the young man in the attached photo greeted me with that huge smile and instantly filled my tires and offered helpful suggestions on taking care of them. He told me the person I had a bad experience is no longer working there. So, I wanted to let it be known that this site has much better customer service and Trey deserves a "job well done" pat on the back. Thanks!

Ive never had a problem with the repairs here. In, fact, I feel like prices good for services offered. My problem was with customer service. I bought the lifetime alignment (really good deal) and scheduled appointment on Hibdon web page to get alligment. I dropped my car off and was told that appointments for alignments can't be made because they dont know if they have the staff at various locations. They will be able to accommodate me some time today but I informed them I was waiting for repair. Now I have to get a driver and I have no idea when car will be completed today. I recommended that Hibdon not offer alignment appointment if they didn't know if it actually could be honored. They rep said "they might be able to at other stores". I tried to explain that people need to be able to plan better for their time and recommended that Hibdon not offer online but rather suggest a call for alignments. This idea was obviously not received well. I just thought Hibdon would like this info to easily avoid potential customer dissatisfaction. ***update*** Despite being 2nd alignment of day and dropping my car off for a 9am 'appointment", it's 2:30pm and finally called to get update and I was told that it hadn't even been started yet. Good thing I didn't wait for repair like I indicated I was going to with my scheduled appointment. On the plus side, they did ask if I wanted my brakes checked and I had already known that my brakes need work soon so good on them. (3:45pm) just now got call car is ready to pickup. Geez

They got me in very quickly with very short notice for a tire that was running flat. I already had the new tire and just needed the old one swapped out and the guys here at Hibdon said we’ll mount and balance with no cost on the house! Great group of people over here and they are outstanding with helping to serve the community when a hand is needed.
