Took our van here to have the battery tested. They said the battery was good. The Walmart employee suggested cleaning the contacts and that the problem was with that starter. We continued to have problems with our van not starting well. Took it to Auto Zone they said the battery was bad. We bought a new battery and it fixed all the problems we were having. Glad we went to Auto Zone because we had a 13 hour trip ahead of us.

The absolute worst Walmart automotive I’ve been to. Maybe 3 cars including mine. I came for one new tire, the guy said it would be around 30-45 min. I went in and did some browsing to pass time. It was about an hour and I thought maybe I didn’t hear my name go over the intercom so I went and checked, it hadn’t even been started yet! The lady working the desk was extremely rude and rolled her eyes when I asked if it was done. An hour and half later they finally pull my car in. So going on 3 hours for a single tire. I arrived at 5 and it’s not almost 8, I thought they closed at 7. I live over an hour away and I had no other choice but to get it fixed, otherwise I would not have given them my business.

They took my car for a tire repair, but didn’t know how to take off the tire and then couldn’t repair it without removing the noise-reducing foam (I have a Tesla Model 3). They handled it all well, but would have been great to know that before spending an hour there.

I was trying to replace a windshield wiper in the parking lot in the freezing sleet. Being vertically challenged as I am, it was not going well. The nicest lady in cover all's came to save the day. Always great quick and easy when I get my oil changed here. Even air up my tires at no extra cost. Won't go anywhere else for my tire and lube needs

Price is good on the battery I bought. Customer service needs work. Three tech in the bay three, three vehicles. One tech told me there would be at least an hour wait because she did not want to get rained on and she was going on break because she had been at work two hours. As a retail manager, that is not the way customer service works for me or my staff and did not think it should be that way with this incident.

They took 5 hours to put 2 tires on and I showed up early. They weren’t very nice and they acted like I was such an inconvenience. Never going back there again. And I was also lied to and told rotating my tires didn’t cost anything but yet I was charged per tire. When I said if it costs anything don’t do it because I was told the new ones should be on the front anyways and the old ones on the back. Which means they would have just been putting new tires on the front. Like I wish I could say I was joking but I’m not. The woman straight up lied to me about it being free. Smh who does that?

They had to rewrite my ticket for an oil change. I supplied my own oil and they tried to charge me for the oil. There was a guy getting new tires, they had to rewrite his ticket 4 times to get road hazard included. From the time my car was ready, it took another hour for me to pay, because of all the tickets they had to rewrite. I was late picking up my daughter.

After being told on the phone my appointment would be held for 30 minutes it was not. I needed an oil change on my lunch break and was very clear about all of that on the phone. The lady that runs the stand with piercings is ALWAYS rude and I will not ever be back to be serviced here. If she hates her job that much she should go elsewhere.

My Daughter needed a new battery and oil change last night coming home from the airport. She said they didn't seem like they knew what they were doing so I went out to look at the work. The battery terminals were finger tight and the positive was broken. I lifted them both off the terminals. Then I checked her oil and it's 2 quarts overfilled. Now they don't even answer the phone. Beware! And if you had work done by them on Sunday, October 29th eve, you better double check everything and take it to a real mechanic. Pathetic and concerning.

They are really fast and good in relationship, but , after the replacement of my engine oil, i tried to start engine and move, suddenly I saw that my gear shift knob was broken(you can see it in photo), i called the manager immediately and showed to him, he replied that it wasnt their fault, they even didnt say sorry, baddest experience in Walmart,

Went in for two new tires for the front. Told them to rotate them afterwards so the new tires would be on the back and was told that was "standard policy." I also told them to PLEASE not roll up or down the driver side windows as they're both broken. After they pulled my car out of the bay I can see them YANKING on the windows trying to get them to go back up after I specifically said NOT to mess with them. Also noticed that no rotation was done and the new tires were on the front. Would not recommend getting service here, tires are cheap but go somewhere else to get them installed.

Went in today for an oil change and they were able to get me in on a Saturday which I appreciated! Although the techs out in the bay seemed tied up in their own conversations. Was slightly uncomfortable but they didn't necessarily do anything wrong, just no "hospitality". Stephen and Joshua did go out of their way with kindness. If I remember correctly, it was Stephen at the counter who had great interactions with clients while I was waiting in line and I appreciated them for being kind and patient with a smile on their face. Joshua took the time to let me know something needed replaced and looked up the item and explained it to me so I understood and was very kind even though I barely knew what he was talking about!

I have always had such great service at this Walmart! I started getting oil changes here and today I needed tires. My tires were getting old and then I picked up a metal tool which caused a flat in one of them that was too large to do a simple repair. Because I needed a new tire I decided to replace all 4 because they were getting worn (they were all 6-7 year old tires). My service today was very fast. The estimation was an hour and they got me in and out within the hour. I checked in at 3pm and was walking back to my car at 3:55pm. This morning (11/3) I even got a call asking if I placed an order on tires because it was the last four tires left and they wanted to make sure no one else got them before I came in. Thank you! For the amazing service. I started recommending this service center to my family and friends My only complaint that is also a human error would be I didn’t tell the associate I wanted to keep my tire stem caps that had flags on them 😅 but they’re $6 on Amazon so not a huge deal.

Auto center debacle. If your tires have to come from walmart.com do NOT bother with the road hazards warranty. It is not worth it. You'll have to DOUBLE pay for your tires bedore being refunded the original tire fees and the the road hazard.

Nice people but not time efficient. I was getting new tires and they ended up ordering the wrong size. Luckily they had an extra set in stock. What should have taken one hour max, took two hours to install 4 tires. First and last time I will be using Walmarts auto center. Save your time and go to a real shop.

Need to get my truck ready for a long road trip! Kinda early, but better safe than sorry! Old truck, but gotta take care of it, if wanna continue to keep it on da roads! While waited to get them to do some kinda chemicals treatment for the headlights. Just adding a few more pictures from outdoors section. Let hope this chemical treatment works for the headlights!
