Very nice owner and the mechanic is super kewl and quick. They used my already purchased parts (unlike most shops) that I just didn't have the time and motivation to do myself. I have a few more vehicles and projects that I will be getting repairs done with very soon. Oh and the tire shop owner next door (cash only) is really kewl also.

So I needed new tires for my truck and did a lot of research.. found this place, called and talked to them.. they recommended a set of tires and gave me a price... I researched the tires they recommended and went down before 9am and paid for the tires... Came back at 3 and they had them installed in 45 minutes... Great tires great service... There are no frills to the this place. Just good service for a great price

I was in need of two tires urgently. I was recommended to have my car brought into this location. Chris was able to find two tires in his shop that worked for my vehicle. And gave me an amazing price for them. I had already called around and shopped around with all the corporate own locations and all the other private own locations in Broken Arrow, and no one was beating his price. Chris was able to mount them and balance at no additional cost.I highly recommend anybody to come here. Friendly service quick service as long as they're not too busy.

Best place to get quality used tires! The gentleman man who helped me was very nice and helpful. Put 4 used tires on quickly and efficiently. With a balance total cost was $120.00. I've gone to other places only to pay more and be rushed out. Definitely recommend Warren's Auto Repair!!

Very impressed with the service here. Had to have my 2007 CR-V towed here late in the afternoon. They had a diagnosis on my car by the next morning, and it was repaired by that afternoon (new battery/alternator). Car works great now. Everyone was friendly and professional. I had a great experience with Warrens Auto Repair and wanted to share this with everyone. I was looking for a mechanic shop that could do my oil change and brake job but didn't know where to go to get this done because I recently moved here from out of state. As I was driving down Kenosha street in Broken Arrow I noticed Warrens Auto Shop. When I went into the office of the shop, I noticed that the owner, Leonard, was very friendly and made me feel right at home. Their prices was amazing! The mechanic came to me to validate that I truly needed new brakes and an oil change. It was nice to see that the mechanic actually discussed this with me before actually doing the job. I know that normally the mechanic should do this, but not ALL mechanics do. Those car shops just want your money because they don't care. That's happen to me several times and I never returned back. But, this didn't happen to me when I went to Warren's Auto. This shows me that this shop is honest and I can trust them. Isn't that what family do? Family really want the best for you and that's truly how I felt. If you need your car repaired with friendly service with a smile, great prices and fast service, go to Warren Auto Repair. They're amazing and they Trust and Cares about you and your vehicle. Whenever there is a problem with my car I will always take it Warren's Auto Repair and you should too! Honest, professional and affordable! We recently needed to have our car repaired, so I googled auto mechanics in my area and Warrens came up. The reviews sounded great so we took a chance and are very pleased with the outcome! Within a very short time after dropping off the car we received a phone call with a diagnosis of the problem and the estimated cost to fix it. The repair was completed quickly and the repair bill was exactly as quoted. Also, we were given a phone call when the repair was completed. Very professional! Stopped by to get my Mustang inspected, Shawn JR gave me a hand inspecting the vehicle. Brought it in because of an oil leak, he showed me exactly where the leak was coming from and gave me a quote. We got to talking and he asked me about my car warranty since I told him I just purchased it, and he told me to give those a look over before spending the amount he quoted me. His customer service was phenomenal and his honesty surprised me. Needless to say I will definitely be using them in the future to repair my vehicles. The aesthetic of the place is great, pricing is very fair, and again very honest mechanics.

This shop is so dishonest. My car is now worse then before I gave them $2,000. They claimed everything was working great after they worked on it, and now after taking my car to a different shop they said the repairs were done incorrectly by warrens auto repair, completely ruining my car. The shop owner threatened to slander the restaurant i work at if I take him to small claims court. Luckily I recorded the entire conversation, but the fact that he even threatened me shows his character. They refuse to refund me for the “repairs” and claim the only way they can help is to give them more money. The warranty covers nothing because what they claim to have fixed destroyed other parts of the car. Im a single mom who spent all her savings trying to get my car fixed here and now I have the shop owner threatening me because he won’t own up to his shops mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE.

He took the time to explain what was going on with my head light & how he could fix it and they are very upfront about pricing and they even break everything down cost wise. He was super kind & patient which I was very thankful for especially since I had probably the most annoying headlight in the world to work on lol. I will definitely only be going to them from now on. I called Warrens to get an estimate on my son’s car. Please keep in mind this was the 4th place I called. I had already talked to several people about the issue and was trying to get the best price for my teenage son. We used Warrens Auto Repair often in the past. Not only was the person on the phone rude, he was trying to take advantage of me, as a female. I was quoted for 5 hours of labor for something that only takes 30 minutes. I was also quoted $700 for a job that truly only cost us $140. AND WE HAD THE PARTS. When I explained the situation and the other quotes, I simply asked “is that standard for it to take that long? I’ve spoken to several people and done my research and I haven’t received anywhere near these quotes.” He said “go somewhere else then and hung up”. We have used them in the past but my husband typically calls. We will never go back here. Not only was he rude, but he was absolutely trying to take advantage. He didn’t think I knew what I was talking about or had any idea of the “average pricing and labor” for this particular job. Do better!
