I was disappointed that I was told they were going to run a diagnostic test for an oil leak and instead of that, they ra a full car diagnostic test, told me we needed new breaks, rotors, and an alignment among other things quoting us for over $3000 in expenses and never diagnosed or addressed the oil leak (and the day before we brought it in had 4 new tires put on and aligned). It was sketchy.

Asked for oil change and to replace a tire sensor as well as diagnosing my sharp pull to the right. They did not ask me what type of oil and put synthetic in when I have never used synthetic in this vehicle and did not replace the tire sensor. They said my pull was from out of alignment which could be. I did not think of the type of oil but I recall all other places I have been to they have asked me and I believe it is BS to assume synthetic on an 2008 GMC truck. I will never be back.

I took my car there twice the first time I strut came loose and broke my control arm and they said they got it fixed then a month later my arm control came loose again because the bolt broke. And now I took it back over there to get a dialysis check my other strut on my driver side and it gave me the full price and I told him I have warranty and the worker acting like he don't know what I was talking about what he was the one who fixed my car with that warranty. And today my warranty expired because I took it over there Thursday and they didn't give me a call I have to call them to get information of my warranty and it says a 50-50 chance the fix my strut with my warranty what y'all just fixed the my passenger side strut with the warranty 2 months ago I'm very dissatisfied and very disappointed.

They accept NO RESPONSIBIKITY for putting rusted old hose clams back on new parts. A $0.50 hose clamp costed me $300. To have my jeep towed and refined. BEWARE THE6 BREAK THING AND DONT FIX THEM THEY COVER UP THEIR MISTAKES

I popped in Meineke today for an oil change. First time in this business. I made the appointment last week for today but when I got there, they informed me that I am a week early for my appointment. OH NO!!! No worries! They got me right in before 08:00. 7:45 to be more exact. The guy at the counter who I think is called Chris, was super cool and polite. Great place for an oil change

Tire pressure sensors were working fine before meineke put four tires on. None of them worked when the car was returned and they wanted me to pay for new ones on top of the already large bill. They claim that all four sensors went out simultaneously. My guess is they damaged them in process.

My last visit a few months ago with Jeff and he took great care of us, so we came back. This time the service was fine, but not great. They only did the oil change I went in for, and dis not ask if I wanted any of the immediate needs done as well. I was waiting in the lobby for my can and it would have been easy for them to ask if I wanted other services done. So I was a bit disappointed because now I either have to go elsewhere or make another appointment.

I’ve gone here twice to help fix problems another shop caused and do additional work and the manager is the primary one we worked with there. Super friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable, efficient on work, communication could be a little better but that’s my only complaint. Good work done, employees and manager were willing to listen to all of the concerns and requests are were willing to work with me to help diagnose issues that were caused by another shop. Overall great experiences

We dropped in to check the price on a new set of tires. DEREK, Gave us a price and let us know we could have they installed buy 3:30 same day. I asked about discounts offered he told us the $100.00 rebate. We bought the tires. My husband is very happy with them. We are having a few problems with the rebate, but the is on the manufacturer not Meineke.
