I had gone to two other car places to change my battery in my Infiniti and they took one look and said “oh we can’t do that.” I took it to this location and their effort and success was amazing. After several visits to O'Reillys they were unsuccessful in assisting us with our vacuum hose replacement part. I visited this store yesterday and Michael had helped me with more information and assistance. I returned today with my husband and Michael was there to assist us again. After doing some research he was able to find what we needed but also replaced it for us. Michael is a great asset to this company and we will definitely be repeat customers! Huge shout out to the MIT Brett Stevens who is currently working at this location. I was traveling for business, 190 miles from home when my battery died. Roadside assistance wanted to tow the vehicle, so I randomly chose this location and gave them a call. Brett happily agreed to bring the new battery to my hotel and replace it on site. Very friendly service and was on site within 15 minutes. Some of the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced! Thank you, Brett!

Rob is absolutely awesome!!! I called O'Reilly's to get my battery changed in my 2017 GMC Sierra they said they couldn't do it I would have to take it to a professional, so I took it to Rob at AutoZone he changed it in about 30 minutes, I have gone there several other times for various reasons always been treated fantastically!! I would recommend them to anyone and I highly recommend Rob D. He's a super nice guy!!

Listen, if you are walking into this store and NOT talking to Rex and Rob, you’re just not doing it right! No other automotive part company employees have ever been as helpful and attentive as these guys! I have been to this location several times in the last few months and have experienced the best customer service! Each time someone has greeted me and asked if I need assistance. They’ve helped me to find the right parts each time, installed my wiper blades for me (in the rain) and offered advice on how to replace parts we needed to replace, which made it quick and easy to do once we got to our garage.

I'm told I can't return because I have returned a few things without receipts I always have the receipt but this store is just completely and totally incompetent and has been for years they don't even know how to properly read their screens to give correct prices or amounts of fluid double check their work so you don't waste your time in gas they're paid to be there you're not
