I paid 250 dollars to have a hose changed I don't believe the hose was changed they had my car for a few days when I was called to come get my car there was a huge puddle of steering fluid and it was worse than when I dropped it off had they done their job they would have known it wasn't a hose it was a busted o ring when I called to complain because not only was my engine cover not put back on and now missing but the problem wasn't fixed they wouldn't hear it they said I paid 250 to change a hose and it was done but the next shop I went to said absolutely no hoses had been changed.... I was taken advantage of and I will never be returning to tuffys on 41st in berryhill area

Wonderful experience! First time to use Tuffy's to perform service on my car. They replaced my brakes and rotors. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. You can call or go online to schedule your appointment. Super friendly and professional. They inspected my brakes and then promptly provided me with a detailed cost estimate. The service work was performed in a timely manner. The cost was very reasonable! They also gave me a nice military discount to thank my husband for his military service, which was an awesome surprise! And they send out advertisement postcards in the mail, which offer several different types of discounts for the services they offer. I was extremely satisfied with the service they performed and the price. It was a very good experience and I will not hesitate to use them in the future. I will definitely recommend them to family, friends and coworkers when they need auto services or repairs done.

Overall, very friendly but took forever to complete the job. Then when the job was complete, same issue occurred. Took the vehicle back and they continued working on it for an extended period of time. Finally fixed the issues and I was told that a computer reset was needed so bring it back when they get the program. I was never called to do that. I finally got ahold of them and the worker had been let go. They informed me that the computer reset isn’t even something they can do. So the vehicle will continue to have beeping lights because I was already out over $4,000 for the fix in the first place. Everyone was professional, nice, and responsive to my inquiries, but not super satisfied with final result.

From the start, Grady at the front desk was prompt, friendly, and professional. We recently had our 2010 Infiniti G37, 95,000 miles serviced at Tuffys Tulsa OK. They did a complete diagnostic test and inspection.
