JOSE, We heard you were the store manager. We need you to know that we came up visiting from Little Rock to Tulsa and had a MAJOR issue with our brakes. The brake line was completely destroyed. If it wasn't for BRADLEY, WE PROBABLY WOULD HAVE DIED GOING HOME. BRADLEY, YOU DESERVE A RAISE. If we could bless you financially ourselves, we absolutely would have. Store was clean and I found what I needed but I am use to the guys at the store on Elm Pl/161st and Florence/111th in Broken Arrow. They greet you as soon as you come in and then immediately ask what they can help you find. .. Nothing against the guys working @ the store on Sheridan b/c they were polite and courteous.

Mechanics, there is an issue with the plugs on a new fuel filter. Tate and I had a 20min Convo and figured out the problem. The new plug is manufactured wrong, if not for Tate I'd probably be still wondering why my fuel pump wasn't working. 5 stars to Tates customer service, 4 stars for O'Reilly's faulty parts.

At O'Reilly Auto parts They looked at my radiator hose and they told me I I could have 2 feet of Heater hose (FOR FREE) which should do the job of the old pre formed hose. Guess where I go next time. Auto Zone wanted $44.95 for the wrong hose O'Reilly gave me two feet of heater hose for free, I like that math.

Levi was a life saver! He told me exactly what battery I needed and how much it would be so I ran to Jenks to meet my son and thought I would grab my battery there. The guy in Jenks told me absolutely not (with attitude)the computer says it won't fit it's not the right battery he wouldn't change it out because it was going to make him do something on the computer or mess everything up. so I went back to Levi on 21st he sold me the right battery and installed it in 30 seconds didn't even have to reset my radio! I was able to make my interview in time! Thank you Sir!!

Had a great experience at this location. The ASM , Levi (?) Was extremely helpful. He came out and not only checked my alternator for me, but walked me through scenarios of what the issue could be and how to check it all. He pulled fuses to show me a thing or two, walked me through the AC compressor and how it works, and tested battery and alternator. For a man who doesnt know too much about vehicles, he did outstanding not speaking down to me or making me feel dumb. In fact I asked a lot of questions once I realized he was willing to spend time showing me things. Rare, in that industry. I appreciated his efforts and education. All around good guy.
