My transmission was completely messed up it was rattling and leaving me at every stop light , until I went to Eric’s shop he was a lifesaver his team got me a new transmission in my Silverado and back on the road , now the truck runs so smooth and feels like butter when I change gears I am very happy with the service and his shop ,please do not take your car or truck anywhere but Eric’s shop trust me they are great!!

Eric is a great knowledgeable guy, I found his ad on Facebook and I needed a transmission for my c10 he happened to have the transmission I needed, his prices are great you can’t beat em, and the transmission came with warranty aswell so that helped me a lot since I’m doing all the mechanic stuff on my truck, but everytime I have a question I know I can ask Eric he always has the answer and makes sure his clients are well taken care off and the service is great everytime, for sure recommend him and his crew for anything mechanical or transmission related and will for sure do business in the future since i plan on getting another project, Eric won’t let you down give him a call and you will be thankful you did!

We were referred to Eric's Transmission Shop by one of our contractors. We had recently purchased a truck from a dealership in Bartlesville and had transmission issues the day after the purchase. We took the truck into Eric's shop in October and had it repaired. He overhauled the transmission and put in a new heavy duty torque converter. We had problems ongoing thru February with the transmission. Each time we contacted him with a problem he told us "I'll take care of it" and had us drop it off. He never complained and always apologized for the problems and said he would do his best to correct it. After 4 or 5 times that he had to drop and rebuild the transmission, he figured out that it was a bad torque converter that was causing the problem and to top it off, the shop had closed its doors when he went to warranty it out. More monies out of his pocket to correct. I realize that he did not make a dime on the work after all the problems but as a small business owner myself....this type of commitment to the customer is rarely seen in this day and time. Extremely happy with the end result and will send all our companies work to him and refer him to anyone looking for this type of work. First class shop and owner.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! I have a 2014 suburban that I took to Eric for transmission work. I was referred to him by someone I know. 1st problem he had my suburban for almost 3 months. And a paid $3600 which was about $500 more the what he said it would be. But I got it back eventually and it drove alright for about a month. Then it started to shift hard from 1st to 2nd. So I took it back and had to wait another month( and in the meantime my wife is renting cars, or borrowing cars, or sharing a ride with me.) So at this point we are well above the $5k it would of cost for a new transmission! So after a month we get it back only to find they, charged me another $600, have stolen all the change, and my jumper cables for the suburban. Joy rode in it at least a full tank of gas which is about 500 mile and left greasy hand prints all over the head liner. Oh yeah also chain smoked inside of it, and it was a non-smoking car! I confronted them about all the problems I did get my jumper cables back was promised a detail jobs for the suburban. I told them to name a place and I'll take it to them because I don't feel comfortable taking it back to them again. They kept saying they would and lied about that i went up there in person severl times. and the transmission still doesn't shft right. At this point I am seeking league action!

Addition to my first review: Eric’s gm transmissions went above and beyond to make sure my Chevy truck was in working order for me. Since I was dealing with a child with back surgery and I live out of town, he let me use his Tahoe for three months while he was fine-tuning mine. I believe you can’t go wrong taking your vehicle to Eric’s GM transmissions. Thank you again, Eric. I will recommend you to anyone needing transmission work Super impressed with the professionalism and ability of the guys at Erics transmissions! Great job and great price! Messaged his Facebook and he got me a new transmission built. Would highly recommend to anyone, and I have on multiple occasions. If I have an issue with another truck I’ll definitely be coming back. He can build a great transmission for a great price with a great warranty. The cheapest I found for a stock rebuild was about 500 more than what he charged for a heavy duty rebuild. Great place to go for gm transmissions. Customer service was great too. If I had any questions I just sent him a message and he’d hit me right back. I’ll continue recommending this place.

I bought this vehicle that had a transmission with a warranty from Eric’s GM Transmission. Eric I was always trying to help the situation, was extremely courteous and professional, even through his medical still was attentive to my situation and present at the shop. Dylan and David were excellent Mechanics, attentive to my needs, went above and beyond to check my fuses and lighting, and Eric and the guys really took good care of me. I would highly recommend this business with the rate of professionalism and attentiveness, they will get the job done. They even stayed overnight to help me get the transmission installed and get my rig back on the road
