WORST experience I’ve ever had! I sent my car to be worked on in early October, I’m just now getting my car back and the issues are still not resolved. I had numerous issues going on with the car, but the main issue was the surging while driving and lights on the dash. I paid for a third party to diagnose the lights on my car, due to Shamrock not having the “right equipment” to do it themselves. They decided to overlook the electrical issues and work solely on my ignition that was working perfectly fine. Nothing on the car was fixed, especially not the surging issue. The service was less than exceptional, but per PAT I needed a certain part which that would fix all the issues pertaining to the car. This part took almost a month to arrive, mind you the part was for the ignition and not for the surging issues again! After I paid for what I thought was the fixture of the surging issue today, the lights on the dash were still on, the surging was still taking place, and the lies just kept coming. I’m out of 800$ plus dollars due to the lack of professionalism and honesty of this company. I brought the car back in today after picking it up today and still experiencing the surging problem, to find out that it was a transmission issue that they don’t work on at this establishment! It took a simple diagnostic to figure this out, but yet I paid 220$ for an extensive diagnostic that could or couldn’t pinpoint this issue! Moral of the story, DO NOT do business with this company! I’m currently 7 months pregnant and drive for work, but due to this drawn out interaction do not have reliable transportation for work! Do businesses with this company at your own expense but be warned, they will gaslight you for not fixing the issues you brought the vehicle in for in the first place!

3 days ago, while driving towards Tulsa from Dallas , the tire sensor on my wife's Mini Cooper showed low pressure. We were 30 miles away from Oral Roberts University, it was 12:20 pm and we were to have a prospective student on campus at 1:00 pm .I keep a tire pump in the car, I was able to only put 12lbs of air in it. This car has "run flat" Pirelli tires that will run flat for 50 miles ( this kind of car doesn't have a spare tire or a jack ). While driving to the campus my wife was calling tire shops in Tulsa but basically got "good luck on finding that size/type tire around here" from them all but one store recommended Shamrock so she called Shamrock and talked to Pat, Pat said he didn't have that tire in stock but he would make some calls and call her back in 10 minutes. Pat called her back in less than 10 minutes saying he'd have that tire at his shop in 15 minutes. We made it to ORU minutes before 1:00pm, got our girl settled in, drove to Pat's Shamrock location, he and his team were waiting on us, immediately got the shop in the bay, replaced the tire and we were on our way out in 25 minutes. Pat and his team at Shamrock were/are our heroes & provided us with excellent service.

I got my tires here a year ago and they did a GREAT job! A few weeks ago a sensor came on in my car regarding one of my tires. If you're a female, please think twice before bringing your car here. I had a '99 Lexus that I brought to their 21 St. location in 2022, since it had trouble staying started. There was something wrong w/ the starter. The mechanic fixed the starter, but didn't put back my AC/Heat compressor (which was operable), since I could only afford to fix the starter- so I spent that winter w/ no way to defrost my car. In about July or August 2023 I brought my car to their 51 St. location, where the mechanic told me he would fix my AC/Heat that the other mechanic took apart. Eddie called that mechanic who told him he threw away my compressor. After I brought my car to Eddie in August 2023, months went by with no calls. I called them & was told by Daniel, Eddie & Pat that Eddie was working on it. I continued to wait until I got a call from Daniel & Eddie in Early November saying my car was fixed! I went to them and paid $634.33 (see photo). I drove a short distance & the AC/Heat was NOT fixed as I had paid for. I brought the car back & Eddie admitted that he noticed AC/Heat would cut off- if he noticed this, why not tell me? Dishonestly. He told me to leave it & promised he'd fix it. Months went by into 2024. I received NO calls from Shamrock, so I called in about February- Eddie said the weather was too cold to go to the salvage and look for the part, and he promised to go when it got warmer. The summer of 2024 came & went, and still no follow up. Mind you, they still had my $633 & never offered to refund me as I waited- it was now about Aug. 2024, yes you heard right- a little over a year later, with NO follow up. I went ahead & called the shop asking for updates- Eddie stopped taking my calls (and to this day he never spoke to me again). Daniel told me Eddie was still "working on it". I asked for a refund until they made the repairs- Daniel said he'd check on my request for refund. He called me back & said the refund was approved & he told me Eddie finally got the right part & would repair my car!! Literally a month after I got my funds back after a year, Pat called me saying the owner Gregg Sicka told me to move my car & that the repairs that his mechanic took apart, wouldn't be fixed. I emailed Gregg that same day pleading with him to fix my ac/heat that was disconnected at HIS shop. Gregg came off arrogant & dismissive. He gave an attitude & basically said sorry, but it's your problem & he offered to tow it and dump what his mechanic took apart in another shop. See screenshots of his words. I had to file a complaint with BBB- in Gregg's response, he had the audacity to say that he could have charged me storage fees for my car sitting at his shop waiting for repairs that HIS mechanic took apart & that another mechanic wouldn't fix. Gregg Sicka also claimed that my car, a '99 Lexus, couldn't have the AC/Heat fixed, because the art doesn't exist & my car is too old. Which is not true. I hate that I've gone through this. I am considering a small claims suit, for repairs not made by his shop after they took apart my AC/Heat. Waiting on the outcome of the BBB complaint before I take that route.

The Shamrock on 71st and Elm Greatest place to go to very friendly and helpful I was very pleased with Them☺️👍🏽 but the one on 51st never in my life will I ever go back there not friendly and didn't put lugs on my tire I drove a block and the wheel fail off and damaged my car had to wait for a Tow truck in 90degree heat 🥵😡

I certainly didn’t get a 4 1/2 star experience. I bought a set of tires for the price , driving from Edmond to Tulsa on Saturday. The desk guy told me to call him if I had any concerns. After getting the new set of tires I noticed the right front tire was rubbing on the fender well after turning out of the business. Then I set up an appointment with Pat by phone to make a trip to Tulsa to get it aligned. When I showed up on Saturday as arranged. Daniel the guy at the desk informed me that the tech who does the alignment was not working and “might” come in. I told him I had set it up the day before. He said “with who?” When I told him he said “Pat doesn’t work on Saturday”. No empathy or concern expressed or apology. I had to ask him if he would call me if the tech came in. I expressed concern to both Pat and Daniel as to why the issue wasn’t caught when the tires were put on. Neither had an explanation. Daniel asked if I put on the same size tire. Either way he was putting the issue back on me. I checked back later- still no empathy or options to rectify my situation from Daniel. Given the lack of concern and effort to fix my problem and the fact that they didn’t catch the issue when they changed the tires- I would not recommend Shamrock Tire even with the apparent lower prices. Maybe I caught Daniel having a an odd Day, but given the business’s culture I experienced I definitely question the validity of the 4 1/2 star rating.

I really liked this place! Brought my truck in for road force balancing, Pat and the boys got the vibration out of my truck when at turnpike speeds. They must be a great place of business. They’ve serviced my Vehicles anytime I’m in town and needed work done. From balljoint replacement’s on my Honda to oil changes on my S Type R, they do a lot of different work. Have even brought my own parts and such before and they don’t have a problem. Just charge me labor and that’s all.

I have been a customer of Shamrock for about five years And they have always gone above and beyond in every service they have provided. Today, they were the only tire store that would change the tires on my daughter’s car that needed a special key Even the dealership said she didn’t need a special key, but Shamrock went out and got the key did not charge my daughter for it and change the tires all in a very timely manner You’re missing out if you’re not a customer of Shamrock!

I called wanting a leveling kit, alignment, and tires swapped. Only issue was, I had a 2-day span to do it. Once I talked to them on the phone and told him I was heading to college, he got off and made some arrangements to get me taken care of. Cant speak highly enough of my first experience here. They got the job done in a day, and did an excellent job. From the front desk to the mechanics, very friendly people. On top of that, very affordable. If I’m in the area, I’m coming back no doubt. The people in this shop are absolutely amazing!! If there was 10 more stars i coukd give i would. My wife and i were stranded on our vacation trip back home, they squeezed us in and made us feel like a top priority. Every one was very easy going and up front about the service. Pricing was absolutely on par ESPECIALLY for the repairs and time constraint needed. I wish everyone there the best. I wiah every mechanic shop operated at this level of efficiency and proffessionalism.
