I have never seen worse customer service in my life than this location. For two months I have been trying to get an appointment for an oil change and as soon as I make the appointment they are canceled with the excuse that they do not have a reservation. The reservation was canceled 7 times and then I discovered that the employee does not like dealing with non-American customers, I'm truly shocked by this behavior. Never judge a book by its cover and do not judge a person or thing based on its outward appearance alone.

Hibdon on 93rd Memorial Tulsa did a great job repairing my air conditioner and recommending new tires and had a 50k tire in stock and had me road in a decent amount of time and the price was very reasonable and the people staff were friendly and honest. I recommend new customers to come to the store.

Came in around 1pm with a carry in tire the fella upfront then told me it would be around 5pm which they closed at 5pm then looked for the tire was told that no one had the tire except the one on sheridan had one, and he sent me on my way. It takes than less than 20 minutes for tire job. The one on sheridan is much more polite. And customer service had been incredibly rich.

The Saturday before Christmas my tire light came on, turns out my tire was leaking a lot. Drove over to Hibdon and they were able to take care of it no problem!! Always do great work over there

I have been using hibdons for probably 20 years but my experience with the "manager" Matt today and his lack of customer service skills will have me using somewhere else from here on out. I have never felt more dismissed or really just like they didn't want my business. Probably the worst experience I've ever had. Hibdons do better and get a real manager.

James was excellent to work with. It was busy when I went and he was honest when saying it would be a wait. They didn’t charge me for fixing a flat and weren’t pushy about needing to change the front tires. He simply gave me an estimate and told me sooner would be better but I still have some life in them. Definitely coming back to get new tires and will refer anyone I know who needs a tire repair or replacement. Great group of guys here.

After visiting a different tire shop and leaving feeling frustrated, I came to this Hibdon location. I have always felt very taken care of, the customer service is top-notch. My first instinct was to go to this location because of the service provided, but it was a little bit further than the initial location I visited, and I had a nail in my tire. My initial instincts were proven to be true. They always make sure I am in and out in the most timely manner and have all of the knowledge for what may be needed in my next visits. While I do not visit with the technicians in the garage, I can tell that they care and level of expertise is also top-notch. 10/10 recommend!

James was the absolute best! make sure you ask for him. I was from out of town, but used Hibdons in my town, so they were able to look up my tire guarantee and honored it, no questions or hassle. They were very prompt in addressing my issue! Replaced and got me back on the road within 40 minutes. James kept me updated and was extremely customer focused

Cameron is great! He was quick, efficient and honest! He always has a great attitude as well! James set up appointment, he was kind and professional. He applied coupons to help with the cost and told me what my total was ahead of time. Matt checked me in for my appointment. He is always great at multitasking and efficient. The past few times I've visited this location they have gotten me out at record time! I'm use to spending half my day at the shop, but not at this location. They are the best!

Look at the picture "CLOSE". Dusty open filter. Im a mechanic, I repair Aircraft and I've over 50 years turning wrenches.That filter would have gone in someones $10,000 engine. 6 months down the road... SERIOUS ENGINE DAMAGE. I paid for an alignment $150. Drove for another week. Car still pulled hard left. I inspected our car. Bearings good, wheels true and symmetrical. Air pressure, tie rods, ball joints... All good.... except no wrench marks on the adjustment components, HMMMMMM! I returned to the store w/appointment. On the chance, the tires were bad, I purchase 2 new tires. Appointment came and went. 2 1/2 hrs later tires mounted and on the alignment rack. I informed the mechanic I wanted the print-out on the alignment results. GET YOUR PRINT-OUT. IT ASSURES THE MECHANIC WILL DO THE JOB, NOT FAKE IT. EVERYTHING SHOULD BE GREEN. ANY RED...THEY DIDNT DO THE CORRECT JOB. Less than forthright initially. Didn't offer discount on next purchase for not making the appointment as scheduled. I Quit going to Robertson for dishonesty. They lied to me and a young mother of 3 about needed "critical parts replacement" in a 20 minute span. Hibdon will respond with some standard... "we're sorry" or "we'll make it right"... I considering a different company... but ill test 'em 1st.
