These guys know what their doing. Absolutely the most professional exhaust work I've seen in a long time. I've worked for Midas since 1993 back when it was Midas mufflers, so I know all about exhaust repair and custom exhaust. I still work for Midas today but we are mostly Engine Performance, smog checks & repair and the usual brakes & steering/suspension these days. I sublet my exhaust repairs that require welding to these guys. I highly recommend this shop and hope you will try them out.

Due to the high volume of catalytic converter thefts, I turned to these gentlemen for help. They were very professional and kind, they quickly got a cat cage for me and had it installed the next day. Go ask for G! He is very polite! Very Professional! And he took real good care of me! It was a spur of the moment! Somebody tries to steal my Catalytic converter off my 95 Roadmaster, my whole tail pipe was on the ground. 😡😡but G fixed everything! And was super nice and quick about! Awesome service. Had a cat shield installed for a 2010 Toyota Prius. Had given estimated time of around 30 minutes for installation. Took less than that. Technician even showed me what he installed when he was done. Price beat other nearby muffler shops. Would definitely recommend.

This review is 6 months overdue. I got a new Mazda in March and Jiffy Lube recommended Acapulco Mufflers for CC cage. I'd also seen the rave reviews so didn't think twice at at that point about calling. He got me in the next day and gave me a discount for paying cash. They built a custom CC cage that's basically indestructible, super cool. When I came to pick up the car, they had it on the lift and he showed me all the work. The shop was clean and the office was nicer than I expected, everyone was very friendly. Lastly, it's tucked away behind businesses between 2 major roads in Vallejo. Do not do GPS! Look it up on google maps in street view to get an idea of what the area looks like. On Redwood between Sonoma and Couch St, there is a Subway and nail shop called Nail Design- enter between those two buildings and drive straight back until you see their sign. It's almost like offroading back behind the buildings, the asphalt is busted- area is very industrial looking.

I had a great experience at this exhaust shop. Brought my new 2022 WRX to get a cat back exhaust installed. 40 minutes later I was back on the road. Super super nice people and did a good job!! **Update: Went back today 3/5/24 to get a new exhaust tip, lowering springs and wheel spacers installed...these guys do everything and at a reasonable price!!

We had our catalytic converter stolen overnight in Vallajo. We however live a few hours away. We found Acapulco Muffler shop online. The owner was great. He helped us out quickly. He was very personable with stellar customer service and accepted my inquiry on the spot to weld body mount chop plates on my 5th gen 4Runner. I came across Acapulco mufflers when I had a bit of an accident with my muffler and not only did Gee take a detailed look at the damage and give me a VERY reasonable price he got it done in amazing time! I was so impressed by how quickly and professionally he took care of my needs that I asked him if he did custom installs as well. AGAIN not only did he take a look at the product I wanted to buy but he also gave me an estimated price it would cost to install it.(and again very reasonable price). With that in mind i bought the product and returned a week later and he honored what he estimated. The new muffler was flawlessly installed and before that my broken muffler that I came in for previously was repaired perfectly as well. These two interactions I had with Acupulco has made me a life long customer and if you’re a potential new customer reading this, you’re making the correct decision to get your muffler needs met here!

So we just picked up our 2006 Honda element from Acapulco muffler and they installed a new catalytic converter with the protection cover and the price was really good.
