Khan is hands down a one in a million kinda guy. I’ve had nothing but an honest experience with someone who looks out and isn’t out to get the most money out of me. He’s got 14 years of experience and knows exactly what he’s doing and cares about the people that walk through his door. I live fairly close to Accucare and can say in confidence that this is definitely my mechanic of choice going forward especially in these uncertain economic times! I can’t thank Khan enough for what he did for me and my car and I’d definitely recommend Accucare to anyone needing service in the area

When to get an oil change and the mechanic was really disrespectful. I ask why I would be paying so much for oil change and he was more concerned about talking on the phone and going in the garage to smoke a cig I’ve brought 5 cars there and have never had a service as bad as today very disappointing Terrible service you’ll be better off taking it to the dealer

I’ve been to this establishment several times for oil changes and wipers. Great service. Today I came into this business today with A/C issues and needing breaks and rotors replaced. Expected to “get got” with pricing and add-ons with A/C and breaks. Both James and Ali took exceptional care of me with pricing and transparency with what was needed to be fixed. Quick service, winter cool waiting area, and customer service was excellent. This is a dope local auto shop with a reputable staff and clean establishment.

Dear Ali, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your shop today. I visited your location around 11:00 AM to get a rough estimate for repairs on my 2002 SUV, which has approximately 213,490 miles. I was referred to your business and hoped to gather information to make a financial decision with my spouse. Initially, I spoke with a young man (possibly named Greg or George) who was professional but informed me that only the owner could provide an estimate. He suggested I return in 30 minutes. When I returned an hour later, I was met at the counter by an older gentleman whose behavior was entirely unacceptable. From the start, he was dismissive and refused to offer a basic greeting or even provide his name. When I asked about the employee I had spoken with previously, he repeatedly ignored my question. When I attempted to request pricing and turnaround times for specific services, he became arrogant and raised his voice, eventually telling me is there anything else if not "next in line" and dismissing me for the customer behind me. The situation escalated further when he began swearing and engaging in a verbal confrontation with me. When I asked to speak with the owner, he told me to come back when you were available but refused to provide a contact number. As a potential customer who was looking to invest in maintaining a vehicle I care for, I am appalled by this level of unprofessionalism. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to your shop and certainly cannot recommend your business to others. I believe it is important for you to be aware of how your staff is representing your business at the front counter. Regards, S. Matthews I'm a little confused. Well it started with my car coasting home Thursday evening. Everything was closed. I looked up area mechanics, and Accucare Auto, with the positive reviews made me want to bank with them. I called Friday right when they opened. Derrel answered my call and was helpful. Let me know I could get my car towed there. Checked on the car. They said fixed and ready. I’m excited. I pick up, pay great price, drive off, then my car lights up again and smoking. I called them. I was stranded. Car cut out. They answered, Derrel and Con came out in the rain. We pushed my car out of traffic, troubleshooted, the whole nine. Anyways, we got my car towed for a Saturday relook. They had it fixed before noon. They dropped me off at home last night. Picked me up today. That’s not gonna be everyone story. You can’t please everyone. But hands down the best hospitality I have ever seen in the car business. It was special. And I appreciate them. I think mgr/ owner Ali? He was fantastic, personable, honest and transparent. From a bad start to Thursday morning to 24 hours later a happy Saturday afternoon. I thank them and tall should too.

Helped my situation & provided me A1 service. Went above & beyond & gave me very fair pricing for my 2020 Suburban LT. I was getting quotes for $150 to wait for an hour, but Mr. Khan got me at $100 & on the road in 10 minutes, which is fair for the 8 quarts of fully synthetic oil this car drinks. 10/10 they’ll be handling my car from now on!
