Conquest is a good place to go for minor details such as oil changes, tire rotation, or alignments. But major work sometimes they cannot exactly pinpoint what’s going on with your auto and you end up paying for work you do not need. This happened to me twice here. The second time I paid for heater core replacement when I had a blown engine. I had to almost $400, because they missed diagnosed my problem and still had to have my car towed away. All of this could have been avoided if they knew what they were doing.

So i got my water heater replaced here. I'm very happy with the service I received. Nice to know it's honest genuine mechanics here. The prices are reasonable as well

Very unprofessional, rude and poor customer service. I will not recommend anyone to take their vehicle there. They did a poor job doing my alignment and when I went there for them to correct it, they were cursing at me and won't let me even explain. They manager came in and told the employee to pull my car out and not provide me service. Spend your money some where you will get a better service this is definitely NOT the right place.

I went there because they are down the street from where I work. Because I work twelve hour days, Conquest is within walking distance so it was convenient. I met with the manager Mr. Douglass and was assured that my car was fixed. I returned twice to the shop for the same problem before getting fed up and taking my car to the dealership. Unless you can take someone with you who knows about cars, don't yse these guys. It's a waste of time and a waste of a ----load amount of money!!

I came in today for my 2018 Hyundai Sonata. It wouldn't turn on but later on, it did and while everything seemed good with it after running a diagnostic which was supposed to cost me I got it for free and was simply told to bring the car back overnight another time and they could better see what the issue was. I liked how I was in and out and that they were available for same-day appointments. I will definitely be coming back!

Eton was my Service Advisor and he was super helpful. He explained everything in a way I could actually understand. Abdul was the mechanic and he was great too. He figured out why my car was jerking and why the engine light was on and even added oil for me since it was low. I’ll definitely be back!!

First time visiting, I was happy that they said I could bring my car in right away to figure out why my car was stalling and engine jumping every other shop I called couldn't take me right away or their prices wasn't in my budget. Car was fixed the same day after I got off work. Friends and fast service. I also appreciate the owner for being understanding of my financial situation and trusting me to do as promised. I've been going here for over 10 years. They have gone up like most places but I'm still loyal. I deviated 1 time and had to get a new engine!!! I won't do that again. I go here for all my oil changes. They check your fluids, lights, and filters. I have to ask them to check my tires but they do with no issues. They are friendly but rotate staff often. Eton the manager is the only one that has been consistent. For oil changes they have you in and out. Definitely Recommend for oil changes. Not sure about other services. There is a waiting room with restroom, chairs and vending room.
