I very pleased with their service included (Labor and Parts). I highly recommend this location. Friendly people and honest on price and service that I could afford for my car.

The mechanics at Northridge auto are the best. They are an incredibly ethical group, and I never feel as though they are trying to upcharge me or that they might be inventing “repairs” my car doesn’t need. Back in 2020, my then-14-year-old Camry needed a repair that would cost over 1.2k. Instead of earning money on the job, they recommended that I consider looking into a new car (which at the time, cars were selling for really great prices). I didn’t regret getting the new car—and the following year car prices shot up due to lack of supply. They are the sort of guys that would lose money on a pricey repair so that their customers have the best outcome. I plan on always going to Northridge auto for my car needs!

Took car in, a/c not working. Dude tells me it needs an a/c freon flush and refill, $200. "Good to go, it will work now!" No, that worked for all of 5 minutes. Came back next day, now it's a bad switch, and another $400. Wouldn't offer me back anything off the $200 I already threw at it. "It worked when you drove it away yesterday." Mechanics don't get to just throw your money at the problem and hope it works out. Not how to run a business, lost a repeat customer and now you get a bad review.

This is by far the best mechanic i ever experienced. The owner is a very kind and HONEST mechanic. He notice i was a returning customer and when i dropped my car off to my surprise one of the workers took me and my sister home and gave me correct timing on when my car would be fixed. The customer services is top tier! ALSO parts and labor cost are phenomenal! Very cost officiant and the work is PHENOMENAL. I don’t care if i move to California!!!! i would drive my car with no wheels just to get this service. Thank you to the owner!

Love this place! I’ve been using Northridge Auto Care for years and always get great service at reasonable prices and don’t feel they do more than they need to. The owners are very nice. This afternoon, I brought my car in for an issue right before they were closing and thought I was going to have to leave it overnight. They said it was an easy fix and took care of it right away. Highly recommend!

My experience at this shop was unacceptable. The staff member I spoke with was blatantly disrespectful — speaking at me in a rude, condescending, and dismissive manner. The behavior was completely unprofessional and out of line. I ended the interaction by saying, “Don’t even worry about it,” and walked out. I do not recommend this shop to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect and courtesy

I love the guys here. They’re honest and trustworthy. They do fast and efficient work (especially if you’re getting an oil change). I definitely recommend them. They are the only ppl who I’ve let continually service my cars.

Diagnosed and fixed up my Kia Soul same day without breaking the bank. They really went above and beyond for me so I would definitely be coming back whenever my vehicles need work done.

Have taken my car here for a couple years now. They are an honest and decent bunch of guys. Never felt like they tried to get me to spend more than what is needed for my car. Will continue to go here as long as I am able to.

I love this place. They are quick and reasonably priced. On my last visit, they suggested a better tire option than I requested at a cheaper price. This is my go to place for basic repairs, tires, and oil changes. Also, my wife is Indian and gets her car fixed here, no racism noted. The shop is very busy, so to get the quickest service, make sure you call ahead so that they can put you on the schedule.

I learned about Northridge Auto Care from several of my co-workers that had been taking their cars there for years. I've been taking my car and my wife's car there for about 4-5 years now and the guys are great. They're upfront and honest and I don't ever plan to take our cars anywhere else. I've recommended them to multiple people and they've been happy as well.

Just stopped in this morning for an oil change. Was a little hesitant after reading some reviews about them being “racist.” I got here at 8:18 with 2 cars ahead of me. The guy that helped me was really nice; I didn’t get “racist” vibes and …that might be the quickest oil change I’ve ever had; considering there were two cars ahead of me and I walked out at 8:41. Pretty shocking but not as shocking as them remembering to reset my Oil Life gauge; which the dealer rarely remembers. Price was a little more than taking it to Chevy but it was worth it considering I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I’d come back for sure.

Been here twice with good service but my last visit I told the bald guy my car was making weird sounds and I could also feel rotations when driving. I also pointed out that it only occurs when you FIRST start driving so by the time I made it to them it had disappeared. We took it for a test drive and he couldn’t hear or feel anything but like I stated in the beginning the issue has to build up for when you FIRST DRIVE it so of course he didn’t notice anything so he sent me on my way. It’s definitely still been doing it. Today I went there again and decided I’d sit in my car for about an hour before going in so he had no choice but to hear/feel it. I went inside and tried to explain my process/plan to them but the blue eyed grey at the desk kept cutting me off and telling me that “what I’m trying to do” would need for me to call ahead so I can leave my car there all day. I kept trying to explain that last time I didn’t call before when me and the bald test drove it and that I don’t or expect it to be serviced at 2p on a Friday but that I just need someone to drive it again AFTER I’ve let it sit (on my own, they can carry on with there tasks as of I’m not even there) so they can at least let me know I’m not crazy and tell me what it is/could be and I can take somewhere else with that diagnosis/information; since he said they are booked until after thanksgiving. Again he kept saying for “what I’m trying to do” would require me to call before and leave there. If he would’ve just had some manners, be quiet, & let me explain he would’ve understood I wasn't asking for a full service just a test drive to confirm. He was rude and insensitive. I have to drive 6hrs back and forth this holiday and I pray I’ll be safe. That’s all I needed, a peace of mind to make sure what I was hearing and feeling was accurate and I wasn’t crazy and safe to drive. The bald has a daughter so it’s shocking he’d treat a young woman trying to get home safely this way. What if someone treated his child like that. ..

I’ve finally found a trustworthy mechanic in the area! The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. I came to them with a concern that was brought up when I got my oil changed elsewhere and after inspecting my vehicle, they said they’d prefer to monitor the situation for a bit see if it was actually an issues before they did an expensive, unnecessary repair.

This is the best auto shop in Atlanta! My family has been going here for years. They are honest, reliable, and do not try to upsell you. I took a used car to get inspected before I bought it last year, and they did a thorough job. They have always been honest about what work needed to be done and don't try to upcharge you. I live in Decatur and I will drive to this shop before going anywhere else. I rarely post Google reviews, but these guys deserve it. I could not recommend more!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I have been to so many places where I felt I was getting ripped off, or waiting 5 hours to get an oil change. These guys fixed numerous issues, at a great price, in a matter of 30 minutes in and out and all with a smile. This is my new go to auto shop! Also, i’m a person of color and did not experience anything other than great customer service. Not sure why they have negative reviews calling them “racist” lol grow up

Outstanding First Experience I highly recommend Northridge Auto Care if you're looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled shop. I recently had my first visit to Northridge Auto Care, and it was excellent. After my trusted mechanic of over 25 years retired, I needed to find a new shop. A strong recommendation from a true gearhead led me to Northridge—and I’m glad I followed it. They replaced the starter on my vehicle, which turned out to be a labor-intensive job due to its design. Despite the complexity, the work was completed on time and came in slightly below the estimate. When I asked about the type of starter they planned to use, they explained that because of the labor involved, they only install OEM parts—in my case, Toyota. Since the original starter lasted since 2007, I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Their decision showed me they prioritize quality and long-term reliability. Throughout the process, they kept me informed, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. It’s clear they care about doing the job right and treating customers with respect.

I have been coming to this shop from Gwinnett since 2018. Prices seemed reasonable in relation to the service rendered. Recently purchased a new vehicle, went in for an oil change, paid for synthetic oil. Weeks later, I stopped in bc my tire pressure light came on unexpectedly. I simply asked for air tires so I can figure out the issue later.,remember I have been a customer for 7 yrs. The gentlemen sitting behind the desk, did not want to be bothered, he referred me to a QT up the street. I understand labor time and rates, air in tires in this economy should be a few dollars, which is reasonable. I did not contest, I will not be back for anything ever. You lost a pretty easy going customer. PS - I went up the street to a jiffy lube , spoke with the nice people there who took time to add air and advised I had a nail in my rear passenger side tire. 2025 ( in this climate of hate)- service matters. If you are upset with your life maybe you shouldn't be in the service industry.
