I have to say Ty knows what he’s talking about. I came to Atlanta out of town 6 hours away when my car broke down while on vacation. I went to one shop and they said my harmonic balancer needed replaced. Thank God I know a little something about cars because it didn’t sound right. I went to Ty & his crew and they fixed my spark plugs (which is what I had been saying was the problem all along) and was able to get me back home in one piece. The family and friends that I do know in Atlanta will definitely be getting recommended here it’s affordable it’s accurate and it’s straight to the point.

We had an excellent experience here. The mechanics and management are awesome. We flew into Atlanta and our truck had lost most of its power while parked in the garage. I called and they said “come over and we’ll take a look”. That alone is amazing. It was already after 4:30 in the afternoon. They checked out the truck, recalibrated the throttle and even gave my family of 4 cold water bottles. The price was more than fair We even doubled it because they deserved twice as much as they asked for. I’d recommend this shop to anyone looking for kind people, great mechanical work, and a more than fair price.

Beyond AMAZING. I recently had an oil change at a Lincoln dealership. Yesterday, I noticed smoke coming from my car. The engine light came on as well as the warning signal of low engine oil pressure appeared. I called and was greeted with professionalism and concern. I was asked if I could make to the service location or did a I need a tow. I informed I could make it. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Tyrell( the owner) and instructed me where to park. He showed me to the office,I encountered the warmest and kindest spirited young lady. She made you feel welcome which provided great ease based on my current stress level. As I waited on the diagnosis, we began to talk and laugh. It felt like an old familiar friend. A short time later, Tyrell entered and informed me of the problem. The dealership that changed my oil did not tighten the oil filter or the drain plug. All the oil had leaked from my car. After the lengthy conversation of what would have happened if I would have kept driving, I’m grateful I made the call. Or should I say, the dealership that caused this problem is probably more grateful. After videos, a summary, and 5 quarts of oil later, I was on leaving with a smile and great gratitude. They earned a returning customer and I will gladly refer everyone to this business. Fella and treat you like family. Praying blessing and favor over your business Tyrell. You definitely are one of a kind. I’m horrible with names, the young lady that I connected with initially, I thank you for your kind words, the laughs, and great customer service.

Good people over here. First off, the woman who answers the phone is cool as hell. But I had a stuck passenger side car seat that two other places couldn't fix. I brought it in to Southside and they had me straightened out in about an hour. And they were friendly on top of that.

My husband and I took my brother’s vehicle in to check out a strange sound we were hearing while driving. We called and were told we can come in right away. The service we received from Southside Auto Pro was professional, and he provided a quick diagnosis of the problem. It turned out that there was a coolant leak, which could have been catastrophic if discovered later. He also repaired the exhaust. I would highly recommend Southside Auto Pro in the future.

I had my car towed from 2 other places before I found them!! They didn’t try to take advantage of me , had my car ready the same day, and got my Benz back up and running from not cranking at all. A lot of places overcharge for foreigns while still lacking the knowledge, NOT HERE!! Thanks rell for fixing my car! And Tanay’s customer service in the front office is all that and a bag of chips! Old mechanic said it was a timing chain to take advantage, rell said ITS A STARTER AND WE GONE FIX IT NOW!! Love them .

I had high hopes for this location. The woman who worked at the desk was incredibly nice, kind and professional. But the mechanics are scammers. First I pay a diagnostic fee via cash app (that they later said I didn’t pay). They diagnose my car with a starter issue for 850$. The next day, the mechanic calls to tell me- it’s not the starter. That they have no idea what’s wrong with it and they would call me back. Then I get a text form the same mechanic saying it’s the entire ENGINE is dead and will cost nearly 5k to fix. I ask them to put the old starter back on and I’ll have the car towed somewhere else. THEN they tried to hold my car hostage because they never applied my diagnostic payment. Towed the car to L&N, the new shop immediately notices that the starter was put back into my jeep incorrectly, they changed the starter and I drive away for 500$. These folks over here playing with people. And I’d be weary of these other reviews. Or possibly take a male presenting person with you….cuz they’ll try to play in your face if you’re a woman.

I started working with this shop earlier this year and have spent nearly $2k with them. When I worked with them they said that the diagnostic fee was $150. Because I had good experiences, I referred them to a friend. I showed him the text where they told me what the diagnostic fee was. He had a completely different experience. They made him pay for the repair up front. Then, when they came out and found more issues, he declined to go through with the service. Even though they didn't do any repairs, they refused to give him a partial refund because they guy came out and did a diagnostic. If the diagnostic fee is $150, why keep all his money, roughly $300? I'm embarrassed for referring them. These are tough times for a lot of people. Charging a diagnostic fee is fair. Keeping the money for a full repair, even when you didn't perform it, isn't. I will not be spending any more money with this shop. Buyer beware.
