Although my brake pad replacement took 4 hours to accomplish (issues with delivery and the wrong part/missing pads) the Jiffy Lube team and Tina in particular did what they could to make it right. You want a team of honest mechanics. This is the place. No pressure selling or unnecessary part replacements. I’ll be always coming back here.

Other locations nearby I don’t recommend - the last place I went printed a sticker that was 1500 miles less to the next oil change than recommended - that location also opened my brake valve and told me I needed a brake inspection et c.

I love this Roswell Rd location! The staff is lovely and welcoming every single time, and they always make sure I understand what I need and why. No one is trying to upsell me for unnecessary items; it feels as if they truly care about the safety of me as a driver and maximizing my driving experience. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I know that the staff is going to explain everything to me in a way that makes sense!
