Had my oil changed. They left the cap off. Luckily I only drove a few miles before the burning oil smell was obviously coming from me lol. Shame too because the staff was very kind and even provided a Lyft ride for me because there was a long wait time.

Recently purchased a full set of Falken Ziex ZE950 tires from this Southeast Toyota Dealership. I was sold "brand new" tires factory stamped THREE YEARS old and fed the exact same programmed line by all the employees ("All tires are kept in a climate controlled facility.") which by the look and condition of the tires sounds like a load of BS. They physically looked like they had been driven on. To resolve my issue they offered, free of charge, to install a second set of tires. The only problem, this particular Cooper tire was just over two years old and looked dirty and dingy just like the first set but at least not like they had been used. The only tires they claimed they could get that weren't aged were their version of a General Tire only sold by Southern Toyota Group. I wasn't interested in buying into this line about how great this tire was, which didn't carry the reviews the tires I had selected, so my options were exhausted and I left, for a third time, angry and frustrated with the first set of tires still on my car. None of this plays into how badly they treated my rims during the alignment or the fact that they lost one of my solid chrome air caps, only to offer my some knock off alternative, parking my car away from the building and leaving me to return to ask where to find it. Based on their constant explanation that their hands are tied, that they have to contact their supplier/warehouse and they only have one, I would recommend never buy tires from any Southeast Toyota Group dealers. Good deal or not, in the end you really get what you pay for. I highly recommend Discount Tires, they've always treated me great and it was very remiss of me trying to save a buck and trust this bunch. To the "GM" responding to these reviews, its been a few weeks since this all happened but I wrote you then, before writing this and no response was given. Do you just use your lackeys to copy and past that meaningful response? Working with your Service Department leaders wasn't a breeze either as I spent most of the time trying to call in and reach them. Read into other reviews, similar dishonest practices have been levied against this service department. As there are only 24 reviews at the time of writing this I imagine more can be found in the main World Toyota review board.

These people will rob you. I’ve had multiple services done here and every single time, without fail, they attempt to try to push unnecessary services on you. During my routine service last year, I had just put new windshield wipers on my car and the very next week they reported that I need them replaced because they were “worn out”. On September 5th, I went for another routine service thinking I’d give them another chance, but of course they find another issue. This time they insisted that I need a new water pump and that it would be an additional $700 for the part and labor. After they repeatedly tried to convince me to just go with their service, I got a second opinion from another mechanic who diagnosed a simple leak from the thermostat instead. Do not trust this place with your business.

Don't waste your time or money at this dealer. Brought my 4runner in for the 50k service and was told, "Toyota requires an alignment at 50,000 miles," even though I told him my vehicle tracks straight and has no pull or vibration in the steering wheel. Well, now my SUV pulls, and the steering wheel shakes. These advisors and technicians have no idea what they're doing. I'll never go back to this dealer again. Edited to add: this was the last place that my oil got changed. I normally do all the maintenance on my cars, but since the 4Runner came with oil changes, I used those, so this was the first time I did my own on this vehicle. I had to use an impact air wrench to get the oil filter housing off because they torqued it so tight. It only needs 25 Nm, but apparently, somebody decided that they needed to tighten it so that it would never come off again. Of course, it's a cheap plastic housing, so it broke coming off. Please do not bring your vehicles here to be serviced. These inept clowns have absolutely no idea what they're doing.

SPECIFICALLY INQUIRED IS DROP OFF WAS AVAILABLE. WAS TOLD/TEXT YES. MADE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY OFFER THE ABILITY TO DROP OFF SERVICE. I ARRIVE AT 1120 PM EST. BOTH FRONT AND BACK ENTRANCES ARE CHAINED AND LOCKED. I AM NOT GONNA LEAVE MY CAR THAT EXPOSED ON PEACHTREE INDUSTRIAL BLVD.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel the need to leave one here. I truly hope Toyota can provide better training for their advisors and technicians. I won’t go into too much detail since many other customers have already pointed out the same issues in their reviews. Unfortunately, I will never bring my car back to this service center again. That said, I do want to sincerely thank the Hispanic gentleman in black who was working outside. He was very patient and took the time to re-check my car for me. His professionalism stood out, and I appreciate his help.

Poor alignment! Wasted a ton of time and money and still ended up with a crooked steering wheel. Technician didn't bother to make sure all the tire pressure was the same! Had to come again and argue to get things done properly! Place is a scam, period!

Coffee machine is always out. Not a good setup to work on your computer as there are only 2 tables and no outlets. Service people are nice and efficient as far as Toyota dealerships go. I live between this one and Stone Mountain Toyota. I’d choose this one for convenience to living Intown and service staff. Stone Mountain has a much better setup to work while you wait with areas set up for computers. It’s a toss up now, but the Stone Mountain folks are worse than used car salespeople.

Terrible customer service. My time was absolutely wasted here. Came in with diagnostic codes and needed a fix for my car. Waited for 3 hours and no update from the tech. After 4 hours and no communication, I was told that my car needed a “further diagnostic” and to stay overnight…. I just decided to go elsewhere.

The negative reviews gave me pause about taking in my car. However I was delighted that my own experience could not have been better. Jordan was efficient and courteous. I will request him as my service advisor for future visits. Thanks so much for your help, Jordan!

From the moment I arrived for service, the experience was personable, prompt, and helpful. I was welcomed by Tylor who was new to my experience but he will be my go-to guy as long as he is there. I've always found the waiting area comfortable so I camped out and listened to an audiobook as is my wont. Tylor kept me up to date at each step of the visit for regular maintenance which included an oil change. There were other services recommended and they were amenable to me delaying them until my next visit in another 5,000 miles. They are a bright light in the sometimes nefarious and callous world of auto service. I haven't tried sales yet, but they will get a shot when my Prius is no longer viable.

The service associates were nice and friendly. The actual service wasn’t great. Brought in my car for the first time because of an engine maintenance message, they did a routine service which was needed and recommended additional items to replace which I agreed to. However after they called me back to pick up the car the “maintenance engine required” message was still on. I had to go back in and wait for them to realize that they had missed something crucial then the tech came and explained why they didn’t catch that during a full service. It is interesting because you can’t miss that service engine message it prevents you from the seeing your speedometer in the dash when you turn on the car. I hate having to leave a bad review but that was pretty glaring slip up for a first time service at this dealership.

Service advisor seemed nice, but the reviews about slow service are accurate. First 6 month maintenance on a new camey took 4 hours 20 minutes, even with an appointment, for tire rotation, oil change, firmware update, and complimentary car wash. I arrived at 9AM on a Thursday and the place was PACKED with every single seat taken in the waiting room. When I arrived they tried to say the complimentary automatic car wash adds over an hour (that doesn't even make sense). But when I was told the car was ready I went outside and another guy said it hadn't been cleaned and told me to wait 10 more minutes while they run it through the wash (so I guess it really takes 10 minutes but the extra 50 minutes is them remembering to do it once the service work is complete). I also asked if they could do anything to help the door panel rattling when I play music in my new car, and they said there was nothing they could do (new vehicle that costs over 40k for 'premium sound system' but nothing can be done to help music rattling the plastic door panels). Overall I think there is something broken with how the service center is run if a basic first vehicle service appointment takes up the customer's whole day. Either overbooking appointments, lack of orginaztion, working slow, or some combination of these these things.

Awful! They waste consumer time and money!!! My dad's Toyota 4Runner check engine light came on 2 months ago. They fixed it but it came back 3 more times!!!! Each time they said they fixed it, charged him, only for it to come back. Cumulatively, he spent over $1K on the "repair" (and I say that with the utmost sarcasm). Awful business, awful mechanics, awful scammers.

I bought my car from here in 2019 and had a great experience. I’ve been to many Toyotas for service and I’m in and out within the hour at any location no matter what I’m getting done to my car. I recently moved back to the area and have gotten service here twice. Both times I waited 3+ hours with no communication. The first I needed some fixes so I gave some grace and tried again. All I needed this time was an oil change and a tire rotation. I waited 3 hours and there was no communication whatsoever of what was going on. I finally tracked down somebody and they were surprised I was even still there. That worker was very nice and got my keys promptly. Will not be returning.

I took my vehicle for a scheduled oil change service and chose to remain at the dealership while the work was carried out. Upon my arrival around 10:30am, I was welcomed by a young lady who collected all the necessary information during the check-in process. Once that was completed, I proceeded to the lobby or waiting area to attend to work emails until my car was ready. I waited for 2 hours, but my patience began to diminish as the 3rd hour drew near. Consequently, I sent her a text at 1:10pm inquiring about an estimated time of arrival, to which she promptly replied, informing me that my vehicle was ready. I walked over to her desk to make the payment and noticed that my key had been left in a drawer and forgotten. My suspicions were further validated when I examined my receipt, which indicated that the car had been ready since 11:20am. I do not recall receiving an apology from the team member, and I left feeling quite annoyed. In all fairness, I have consistently utilized World Toyota for maintenance services, but this incident has left me with a negative impression.

Worst experience of all time at any service center I’ve been to. They prioritize wasting your time and giving you false information. Here is what has happened to me: 1) The first time I visited was for regular oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I waited 4 hours for them to notify me they cannot do the rotation and alignment because they cannot find the wheel lock key. I told them where it is in my car, they said it wasn’t there. Service finishes, I check the location I told them and BEHOLD A MIRACLE it’s there… 2) I reschedule an appointment for the rotation and alignment, and now to get new tires (so no rotation anymore). The service tech Danny recommended a set of tires at an amazing price, and I wait 2 hours for them to call me and say the tires don’t fit on my wheel and they have to order a different tire. I drive a Camry XSE, a quick google search told me it takes 19in tires not 18in. So I leave after 2.5 hours having NOTHING DONE, and reschedule for when the tires arrive from being ordered. Danny also ensures me I will be expedited when I arrive and that is should take no more than 1 hour to get me done. Side note: I checked for my wheel lock key, it was not anywhere in the car. The mechanic kept it. This was confirmed when I came back the third time… 3) That appointment comes around and I’m greeted like I had 3 heads. Nobody knew what appointment I was referencing and nobody knew about the tires I was getting. Danny wasn’t in that day. I explain to them what happened. They say it’s all good and I wait. Two hours go by and I’m getting annoyed so I check on the progress of my expedited tire change. New technician Alfonse tells me it will be another 1 to 1.5 hours. DO NOT COME HERE IT IS A MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME. THEY ARE SLOW AND NOBODY COMMUNICATES

Worst experience ever, and they wasted my time today. I took my car in for a replacement key fob program because they lost my original key fob, don't ask me how, but somehow they did. I brought my car in at 10:30 am, and it took the service bay to figure out what to do an hour later. At 11:30, the service adviser's name was Jordan. He is the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever encountered. I have never worked with him before, never had any past interactions, never dealt with him before. Jordan, from the beginning, treated me like I was an inconvenience to him. He acts toward me like he was pissed at me, like I did something wrong. He ignores me most of the time while he keeps texting and makes me stand there and wait like I am not even there, and he keeps walking away, not saying anything. He told me that it will take up to 2 hours to program the new key for me. So I said ok, I will be back in 2 hours. 2 hours later, Jordan lost my car. He doesn't even know where my car is, nor did my car even get started on getting the new key fob program. It took the service manager to find my car and get my new key fob programmed. But oh no, that's not the end, when I got my car and both key fobs back, one of the key fobs is missing an actual key. They seem very unorganized and like to misplace or lose things. BUT THE WORSE PART IS THAT THEY WASTED MY TIME FOR MOST OF THE DAY, ENDED UP WITH DISAPPOINTMENT, AND CANNOT TRUST THEM ANYMORE. Did I mention more than 10 years ago their service was so bad that I stopped going there. I finally thought that their service might be better now after over 10 years, but I guess nothing has changed.
