Called on yesterday and spoke to the owner around 2pm, was told he'd be on his way to me around 2:30-3:00pm.......around 5pm when I never heard from him i sent a text asking his ETA, still no response.....called him around 5:30pm only to keep going to voicemail and still have no response from him. This is NOT how you do and/or keep business and was a complete waste of my time.

Terrible Experience!!! Talking Crazy from the start , was asked to correct how he was talking and he got upset . Disrespectful . Came to my house , and argued at the top of his lungs in my front yard . Don’t recommend anyone to use his service . Unprofessional !!!

Utilized his services to repair a belt. Got to us within 30 minutes and had the van repaired in an hour. (We had to go purchase a belt.) Have you hun again to repair other kend to the caravan. Did quality work within a short period time.

Mechanic was extremely unprofessional. I called days ahead of time for my appointment. He rescheduled me 3 times, said I would be first at 11:30 am the last day, then stalled me all day, repeatedly lied and told me he was on the way, then finally cancelled and tried to reschedule me again.

Very rude, disrespectful, asks for Money upfront to repeatedly Reschedule. Inappropriate language. Con artist. A little unsure on parts. Asks for trust and talks about the Bible then cusses at you when you call him back. Insane. Maybe drugs because he’s like 2 different people once he gets money out of you.

He came to me in a short amount of time, after waiting all day for another mechanic; who never showed up; neither called...He was very professional in handling my brakes...and did very well!! It started pouring down rain, but that didnt stop him..i would highly recommend his services!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS! Tried to return to the same mechanic since my boyfriend used him for a car situation. He’s very rude, disrespectful and continued not to show and continued rescheduling. Gave him a diposit toward the work( worst mistake) after that all hell broke loose. Contacted him for the day and time of repair since I didn’t hear a word and was basically told off about what I didn’t do. To never refund me my money!!!! Taking legal actions!

Extremely unprofessional. I see why he has so many enemies! Rescheduled several times, when I asked for my money back to go to another mechanic, I was cussed out & blocked. Avoid at all costs. Never received my refund back either. Thief

First I read the reviews good and bad. So I called to talk about my car. The review Brandis White wrote 2 years ago she was right ain’t nothing change it’s February 2021. This guy got an attitude and he’s very rude and unprofessional on the phone. He’s tone over the phone he’s got to be an angry man. May God Bless You and Get That Angry Out Of Your Heart.

Found this guy on Yelp and he had pretty good reviews...he contacted me after I requested quote on Yelp. Mechanic Ed came to my house, confirmed issue (I had the wrong part and diagnosis) and confirmed quoted price and length of time needed for the repair. He rescheduled twice once citing staying up to late the night before" and then a family emergency within the last 30 minutes of the service window. Then when we rescheduled the repair for last Saturday 9/9/17, he no showed and no called. I tried to call him but he blocked me. I left at least one message and texted, too. I never became disrespectful or anything in any of the communication even when he no showed/no called. I left a review on Yelp and his reply was unprofessional, immature and not completely true. He even used a racial slur and defamed my character. This is completely unacceptable and I want to warn others...He can leave you hanging and rather than make apology and amends, he'll give the Internet more explanation than you. So sad. I thought he was a good guy upon meeting him. Don't do it!!!

He’s good man and good work just don’t know why he left me hanging. And I paid for his membership. Ed if your seeing this I still need work done and I don’t appreciate how you left me hanging.. nonetheless he is a good mechanic and will inform you every step of the way. Very informative you learn as you go with him. I’m not here to tarnish a business I’m here to tell truth and write and honest review based on my experience. I’ve used EDC over a few years now he never failed me until our last meetin. Not sure why it had to come to that but it’s fine I hope God Continues to Blessed you and your business during this pandemic. Stay safe

He was very professional, prompt, informative and reasonable. I feel like I finally found a mechanic I could trust. Update: I’ve used EDC three times now and am very happy with Edward. I find him to be responsive, professional, respectful, fair, and very communicative. As a woman I felt very safe with him working on my car at my house alone. He solved the issue, was fair with his pricing, was transparent with his work and abilities and explained the issue in a way I could understand it. I highly recommend his services and am grateful for his flexibility, knowledge and understanding.

Called Ed to have him come fix my car at the gas station. Went across the street to get breakfast while waiting for him. While waiting, I called and my calls kept going to voicemail. I called from another phone and he answered and claimed to have showed up, didn’t see the car, cussed me out, and blocked the second phone number too. Called another mechanic who showed up and fixed it. This Ed is a waste of time.

This man used to be a good mechanic. But he left my car torn apart knowing i had 4 children under the age of 5. I agree to it because he was supposed to come back within days to make his job easier but every day was a different story. I paid him for a job he never completed he mailed me my keys back and never refunded any money like he claimed he was going to do. I hope god blesses him because this type of service isn't acceptable i was going to him for years prior i was in shock he disrespected me called me out my name. I still cant believe it. Mr. Cunningham was timely, knowledgeable and professional. He accessed my car brake issue within minutes. He explained the problem, gave me the cost, then fixed the problem. He also fixed my windshield wiper motor, saving me from having to buy a new motor. I am very pleased with his work and if needed will hire him again. Overall my experience with him was very pleasant.

This was the rudest man ever. Very arrogant and obnoxious. Wanted me to tell him how much I appreciated him. And literally fussed at me for not answering my phone. Which I was in my basement and didn’t get good reception, mind you he called an hour before time. I called him right back when he proceeded to fuss at me about answering my Phone. Never have I been spoken to like that from someone who solicit my business. I will tell anyone seeking work from him to run. This man has to be out of his mind. Unprofessional rude lack social skills to be working around people. Which also leads me to question the quality of his work👎👎👎👎👎

This man was highly unprofessional. I spent over $200 to get parts for my car to get serviced by Ed. He gave me the price I sent the address and everything. That's all he asked for. He then texted me message 45 min before my car was scheduled to be worked on. In the texted he stated he can no longer work on my car because I live in apt complex and I wasn't authorized by the complex. Towards the end of the message he said, don't bother calling back. I blocked your number. You'd think that someone who has a business would call. But this man didn't even call me so that I can explain that he was authorized to work on my car in the apt complex. I called him on another number. He then hung up on me. So unprofessional. Do Not hire this man.
