I have used European for about ten years now for my mid 90s BMW. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair. Scott, the manager, explained every repair in as much detail as I wanted and I really believe in this place. This shop really puts their customer first. Got the diagnostic report back and a complete breakdown on needed repairs. The contact and acceptance they made to my extended warranty company was stress free and immediate. Repairs were made without a hitch. Only suggestion would be to improve the condition of the parking/holding spaces on the property.

The guys at ESC are amazing! I had a issue with my Discovery and had it towed to them, they diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. A second issue arose, somewhat connected to the first, and they stood behind their work and honored their promise to "make it right". They fixed the second issue quickly too. They are also very easy to communicate with both over the phone and via text. Definitely using them again - hopefully not anytime soon thought! :)

I just picked up my 2022 Macan from the European Service Center on Roswell after its 40k service, and they did an outstanding job! The service included spark plug replacement, an oil change, PDK fluid and filter changes, and more. I’m new to Atlanta and had previously gone to Hennessy Porsche, who also did great work. However, European Service Center charged less than half the price of the dealer—and they use top-quality fluids and OEM parts. Honestly, why pay dealership prices just for a loaner car and a latte when you can get the same high-quality service for much less? The team was professional, highly communicative, and paid close attention to all my questions and concerns. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends!

They did a great job. I went just to get my maintenance done since Volvo was going to charge me a fortune. They knew what was required for my mileage and it was cheaper. Plus they noticed a cracked part in the inspection, sent me photos and I was able to repair it fairly quickly. I don’t think Volvo would have checked it as thoroughly had I taken it there.

I brought my car to this shop for service that totaled nearly $5,000, and what I received in return was poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and inappropriate comments. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed that the oil change sticker was removed which prompted me to check my oil and the oil level was below the minimum line. The hood latch wasn’t properly reattached, making it impossible to open. I also found a new oil leak coming from the same area where parts had just been replaced. These are serious oversights that show a lack of care and attention. I reached out to the shop via email with detailed photos and videos explaining these issues, and I’ve yet to receive any response. For a business that charges premium prices, this level of customer service is unacceptable. To make matters worse, when paying for the service, both employees made microaggressive remarks, saying things like “Don’t drive it like you stole it” and implying they “didn't have to call the cops” since my payment went through. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I chose this shop based on a recommendation, expecting honesty and professionalism. Instead, I was left with unresolved issues, no communication, and an experience that made me feel both dismissed and disrespected. I’ve since taken my car to an Audi dealership to have their work inspected by certified professionals and will be updating this review soon based on their findings. update 10/24: I paid for a water pump migration service, and the coolant light came on within a week. I added a photo showing it’s my coolant light. However, the coolant level remains stable in the reservoir. update 10/28: MY CAR OVERHEATED! Never had this issue before this $5000 service to repair my water pump and repair oil leak. Update 10/29/25: Call the shop first thing in the morning. Scott, who was polite, provided me with the number for their warranty service since I am currently out of state, and it would cost a ridiculous amount of money to tow the car. I have a scheduled appointment next week with one of their service providers here in Florida.
