I had been driving by this place for a while and finally came in needing a fix to my bent rim. I knew I would be purchasing new wheels and tires but I needed a temporary fix quickly. They did a fantastic job so I could ride on it until my wheels came in. They did the work efficiently and I found it to be a very fair price. Thank you for the great work! Everyone here is very respectful and Knowledgable. I came in a bit of a rush and they took care of me as fast as they could. I recommend this shop over every other shop on the south side. There’s no greater customer service then the service I received here, and also the price at which they do work is good. No complaints we love it here 😂

Outstanding, friendly customer service!! Above and beyond my expectations. As I was pulling into Muffler King , Charles was on the cell phone and directed me directly into the car lift. He and Davis were under my car within 3 minutes if pulling into the lot. Someone had stollen my catalytic converter was their verdict. Great & honest work. Tony is courteous and professional, he does great work. Brought my wife’s 2012 Versa to repair the exhaust pipe that rusted and broke off as Nissan uses cheap metal for these parts. Tony got it fixed and got me on my way in 30 minutes. Fair price! Hats off to Charles and team, running a well oiled shop. Recommend and will be back if I ever need more work done.

I had went here a month or 2 ago with a catalytic converter being damaged and dragging on the ground. They were able to take care of me pretty quick and was priced well. At first I was impressed and my car sounded a little off but with a aftermarket system I didn't think nothing of it, they even welded a little bracket to keep everything together. Recently I took the cats out of the car and noticed the one that was welded was missing all of the cat material. The material was damaged due to the incident. I was not aware that they would be taken apart and gutted. I know for a fact that it wouldn't just crumple apart from driving it. Would not recommend to anyone, this is absolutely disgusting business practices. Here's a picture of both sides, the empty one is the one they messed with.

Muffler King's staff was very professional,friendly, and efficient. All the exhaust work I needed done to my 2020 Dodge Charger R/T was done within an hour. I highly recommend them especially if you need custom exhaust work done, and also the price was very reasonable. This company hasn't changed and still provides excellent customer service

Great shop. I’ve had multiple tire repairs here and they guarantee the work every time. I’ve taken my car up to the mountains for some canyon runs on tires these guys patched with zero issues. I’ve also had some exhaust work done here that came out really good. Has a nice rumble to it now and the pops on aggressive upshifts are addicting. They did a great shop lining up the tips to make it look factory/professional. I will keep coming back.

☆☆☆Please dont take your car to this place if you need an catalytic converter. I was sold a bad one and they don't want to replace it and making excuses. They told me I needed it from the scanner showing on the passenger side of my truck. They said it was replaced and the engine light came back 2 days later on for the same reason. Please don't trust this company. Please spread the word.

☆☆Very Disappointing experience I had a very poor experience with this mechanic shop and would not recommend it. I brought my vehicle to the shop to get my catalytic replace do finding out it needed to be replace and the engine light indicated that was the problem. The company said they replaced the catalytic converter and charged me for the service. The engine light has came back on for the second time. I went to AutoZone first for them to check and find out why the light on and it's the catalytic. I took back to the shop and the owner said he was busy right now and can't check. This is my second time going there about the same issue. He cut the engine last time.When I brought this to their attention, the staff was dismissive and acted as if the problem was my fault rather than taking responsibility. On top of that, customer service was unprofessional and rushed. I felt pressured, misled, and ignored. A mechanic shop should be honest, transparent, and reliable—unfortunately, this place was none of those. I regret bringing my car here ☆☆DO NOT GO THERE

I spoke with Marlo today about having a large UTV tire installed if my client brought them the wheel and wire. He had to check to confirm and called me back as promised and then also gave me a second call back regarding drop off and pick up. This is probably the 12th or 13th place I've called in the area and over half of them did not even answer the phone and the ones that did were very rude or just said no. If you look at Styles' Google reviews they do not lie! Very professional and top notch customer service unlike every other place I spoke with in the area, and can't wait to deal with them in the future. Thanks again sir!
