FIRESTONE IS SELLING BAD BATTERIES AS NEW BATTERIES This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a car repair center. I made an appointment for maintenance services. After a battery check, I agreed to purchase a new battery. After leaving Firestone, I went not even a a half of a mile down the street and tried to start my vehicle but it wouldn't start. I had to call someone out to check the battery because of course Firestone wouldn't come to me. The service person that checked the battery said that it was a bad battery and showed me the reading. I then had to go back to Firestone for them to put a new battery in. This all took an additional two hours of my time and I was not offered any type of discount or compensation for my time, I do not understand how a bad battery was placed into my vehicle without it being done on purpose. There is no reason that a completely bad battery should have been stored with new batteries that are to be purchased by customers. Especially given when I called back, the tech said he watched the other tech install the battery so it wasn't installed incorrectly. Furthermore, while I was there, the tech spoke with someone and told them their battery needs to be replaced and the person stated that they had recently gotten the battery from that Firestone location. So this is very well a pattern of giving out bad batteries. I will never purchase another battery from Firestone. I'd previously had a battery from AAA that lasted for 5 years so I will gladly give my business to AAA. And I will certainly not utilize this Firestone ever again and will encourage everyone I know not to as well.

Check engine light came on and I took my car to Advanced Auto Parts to get the code checked out. After the code stated I had a Mass Air Flow problem I took the car to this location to get it fixed. After $500 in repairs they said would fix the issue, the check engine light came back on a week later. I took it back into the shop for them to tell me they couldn't check my car because the check engine light went off again. I took it back to Advanced Auto Parts and got a scan telling me the same issue was still there. Took it back into the shop for a third time and they told me they wanted $500 more dollars to fix the issue they claimed was fixed the first time. Manager offered to take $150 off but I told them I'm not comfortable paying almost $1000 when they claimed the issue was fixed. Don't take your car here unless you want to pay that much for them to not fix the issue.

Making the appointment online was very easy. When I arrives they were busy, but working efficiently. I had planned on at least 2.5 hours for the services being done. I went across the street to grab some lunch and took my time. After I got back it wasn't long until my vehicle was ready... 1.5 hours. This is my go-to Firestone and I have always been pleased with their work and advice on other items that may need to be replaced or serviced.

If I could give 0 I would. Not only did they keep my car for days without any update & yes I called the day it was towed there & the day after and no one knew any about what was going on with my car until almost a week later. I finally get an estimate of course it’s very high but if that was going to fix it fine we had the work done. Not only did it was 2 full weeks for them to complete the repair, I picked up my car today & it was literally trashed. It smells like smoke all of my cords to connect my phone and other devices are gone but someone had been eating in my car as well. Someone also took the liberty of connecting their android to my car & now my apply car play no longer works. the service manager was no help. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

I spent over $1000 last June replacing (1) coil and (1) spark plug along with my radiator hose in Oct and some other things. Just for my engine light to come on AGAIN for the same issue. Firestone is reactive and NOT proactive. You can tell me my cabin filter is dirty but you couldn’t tell me that my remaining spark plugs and coils would need to be replaced soon. Who has $1300 sitting around? I’ve been coming to Firestone for the past 2-3 years and the experience has went down the drain. I will probably never do business with you all again. Also, I’ve been told that there are clips on my radiator hose that should not be there and it is leaking! How could that be when it was just replaced in Oct? More money that I have to spend on an error that Firestone created. Very Disappointed!

This is my 3rd time here and I had another great experience. Norma took care of me and my truck was done on time. Norma let me know it was recommended to get some services done (brake fluid flush and coolant flush, wipers etc) initially I declined those at the moment because I just needed my tires installed however I did end up getting the life time alignment thanks to her. I appreciate feeling like an MVP when I goto firestone, everyone there is nice and professional. I wont go anywhere else because of the team there. Thanks

Checking in was fast and efficient. I was kept abreast of what was found as an issue(s) with my vehicle and the associated cost. Benjamin also helped me to understand why certain things needed to fixed now rather than later and found me some additional coupons on line to keep the $$s reasonable. Everyone in the front of the house was friendly and helpful. (Even brought my wife's car in for service after mine). Benjamin and Norma were great and appreciate their help with both cars! 👍🏻

Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. Brought the car in for a standard oil change, and an employee damaged the front bumper of my car. Asked to speak to the store manager (Jasen) regarding his employee's error, and was met with a very defensive demeanor and an attempt to shift the blame elsewhere away from themselves. The manager (Jasen) stated he would reach out to his superiors to find out what direction to move forward, and he would follow up with me. The manager (Jasen) never followed up, and instead, I had to reach out once again in search of answers. The manager (Jasen) claims that he has no updates, and that he has yet to file a claim on their part, and that I have to continue to wait additional days for any guidance on how to move forward. The store manager (Jasen) refuses to give contact information for anyone above himself who could offer more information, which is a concern, as he has not followed through with his guarantees.

Was from 460 miles away. Just got in town. Check engine light came on. Truck idling rough. Saturday morning at 10.15 I called and ask if they could help me. I came by and dropped off my vehicle. I walked across the street to the mall and walked around some and got some lunch. At 1:00 that afternoon the truck was fixed and I was back in the game. New plugs and wires. Just got back home the next day. Truck ran great. Totally fixed in 3.5 hours. Hard to beat the price and turnaround to allow us to get back on the road. Words cannot express my appreciation.

I went to Firestone to get my car inspection done because they were running a special promotion. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. During the inspection, they didn’t clearly mention or write down what issues were found with the car, which made it difficult to understand what actually needed attention. The promotion also included a tire rotation, and the staff member told me that the tires had been rotated. However, I could clearly tell that they were not, because each tire had a different valve cap and they were all still in the same positions as before. That made it obvious the rotation was never actually done. This was especially frustrating because I usually go to Firestone for oil changes and general maintenance and have had decent experiences in the past. Because of that, this visit was highly disappointing and not the level of service I expected.

I went into this shop about a week and a half ago. I told them the issue that I was having and they ran tests on my car and assured me that the issue was related to a radiator. They told me it was $1500 to fix and the car was not safe to drive and needed the work done now. I got the work done and not even a week later my car is not only doing the same thing, it gets worse. My car nearly breaks down and I barely make it to the shop (I’m new to the area and assumed I was in safe hands). I knew it didn’t sound right when they told me I had a new issue (my car was doing the same thing it was the first time). Asked for another $1800 fix. Did acknowledge that it was a misdiagnosis on their end) Feel like I was taken advantage of in this situation and ended up dumping money into the car that wasn’t remotely close to the problem. Won’t be returning.

Ayyeee !!!! They did an AWSOME JOB !!!! I was stranded at work and I had it towed there and it was ready before I got off work... I had a burnt positive battery cable and oem was 8 hundred and 2 weeks because of the hoiday , but he made it work so I could get home .. That is Customer Service !!!! Mr. Dominique on the front handling the service calls and schedules. Mr Tim !!! BIG TIM showing his skills underneath the hood !!!!!!!! It doesn't get nooooooo better than them !!!!!! Give them Boyz a RAISE PLEASE !!!!!!!!
