Took my car here to get tire patched due to screw in tire, paid $34.00. Not even a week later same tire was going flat again. They said I had another screw in same tire. Paid another $34.00 to get it patched again. Not even a week later tire going flat again. Took to another place and they inspected the tire. Told me that there was a screw in the tire and that the tire had never been patched most likely they were just filling it with air. Called Buckhead Tire and told the guy at desk what had happened. He immediately got defensive and rude and then he told me that he told me to get a new tire last time I was there - which never happened. I didn't need a new tire, just a patch. Anyway, he said I would have to bring my car back to them to inspect tire before he would believe me. How rude like I would lie about getting my $70.00 back. I would never take my car back there again. I don't trust them at all. It was a $70.00 lesson. No telling what the guys in the back are doing or not doing.

This was the most unprofessional Goodyear I’ve ever come in contact with. I took my car to this shop last month Halloween 2022 inquiring on a transmission concern. The guy said they would take a look to determine what was going on. I informed him that my vehicle was covered under warranty. A couple days later it was confirmed that my transmission needed repair so I provided Ryan ( the head technician) with my warranty company’s information. After a few days I call my warranty company they hadn’t received a call from Ryan. So I call the Goodyear shop the technician states he called, he’s doing the paperwork and I should have a quote for repair. Weeks go by, I’m without my vehicle, Ryan still hasn’t called the warranty company and every time I call to inquire on my car he hangs up. When I visit the shop he’s disrespectful and refuses to listen when I ask if he can double check to ensure he has the correct information to contact warranty company. I didn’t want to take the chance of driving my car from the shop in case of further damage but I had waited long enough. Monday before thanksgiving he calls stating that my warranty company said my transmission needed to be taken apart and I would be responsible for the cost. That didn’t sound right because my warranty company still didn’t have a claim on file nor record of him or anyone from the shop ever contacting them. I went up to the shop once again (Nov 21st) Paul the supervisor was there this time. I told Paul the communication issue that was happening regarding his technician calling my warranty company to even get STARTED on repair. Paul called that day, so finally after almost a month of my car sitting I have a claim. Due to the extended time I had been waiting, my warranty company sent an adjuster out immediately which happened to be the day before thanksgiving, however, Goodyear was still open for business. Upon his visit the adjuster, who knew nothing about the disrespect that I had received from Ryan, informed me of the ill treatment he received when he asked to verify the transmission damage and that my car was refused for a test drive and necessary damage assessment in order for him to verify the claim. The level disgust and condescending customer service prompted me to remove my car today Nov 30, 2022 because at this point I wouldn’t even trust them to repair my car if an adjuster was to return. Decency and integrity goes a long way especially when you’re dealing with the safety of someone’s vehicle. And I certainly didn’t receive any of that from this establishment

Went in for a simple brake job. Quoted around $600. They broke something on each side of my car, charged me $1700. Just don't.
