I’ve used this service twice; for my business vehicle and personal. Both times I received exceptional service and very reasonable prices. I had been back and forth with another mechanic with my business truck, spent about $1000 and no luck. It was a one time diagnosis and same day service fix when I used this service. Just recently my battery went out in my personal vehicle which I’m positive Mercedes would’ve took forever to get me in and would’ve taxed me for it! Called this service and they had me up and going within a couple hours. Highly recommend.

My car wouldn’t start so I called at 9am and was able to get one of their techs Joseph to me at 12pm and Joseph finished the repair by 3pm. He was able to diagnose the problem in a few minutes as the starter. He told me the rate up front would be $475 plus the cost of the starter. Starter ended up being $220 but Joseph only ended up charging me $450 so in total I spent $670. Joseph was very courteous

Expected more from this company given it’s supposedly veteran owned. The impression I was left with question if the mechanic is competent and experienced. Never received a call back after being told repeatedly over a course of 2 days that the mechanic would reach out to go over specifics. I would have been okay with knowing they did not want to do the work or did not know how to do the work. But they lack communication skills and customer service. You would be better off going to the dealership where your money is accepted and will not be ignored.
