Horrible service! Jesus the manager/owner not sure which, was unprofessional and gave little to no respect to me as a customer. The dash on my MB went out and Jesus told me he would take care of it. Logical thinking on my part is that he would do a standard diagnostic check. He did not, and when the supposed repaired dash returned, my car was inoperable. Now he decides to do a diagnostic check. My car wouldn't start, and there were problems existing beyond my imagination. Jesus response, "Bring me your spare key, it could be the car doesn't recognize the key." Seriously! After having my car for over three weeks Lugones took no personal accountability for their actions and the mechanic on duty told me the problem was never my dash. Nonetheless, I was charged $1105, for what? When I asked for a diagnostic he couldn't provide one, Jesus told me what the charges were and that was it. Unsolicited advice, don't patronize this business, if you do, be sure to ask for a complete diagnostic check and cost before work commences. Lastly, when I dropped the car off it was clearly stated, "Don't do any work before you let me know what the exact problem is and the cost." Jesus agreed, after two weeks with no call, I called only for him to tell me my car was acting up and a week later he gave me the cost of the items he supposedly fixed without my authorization. Long review, I apologize, but I'm pissed, and my wife will tell you, that's no easy task. Thanks!

I have an 85 MB 300CD that loves hanging out at Lugones. Seriously, my car has been more problematic than I expected based on previous experience and I have needed serious work done. These guys are a solid shop and can be trusted with your baby. I have never had them do any work without talking to me first. Strong recommend.

I took my car here to get my brake pads and spark plugs replaced after the dealership quoted me an arm and a leg to get those worked on. The guy took the time to talk to me about my car but he did not pressure me to get any other service aside from what i came there for. The price I paid was significantly less than the dealership and I didn't have to wait long to get my car fixed.

The shop specializes in Mercedes Benz but they also work on others as well. I contacted Greg as I had to have the catalytic converter on my 2011 CRV replaced. Greg contacted his supplier and was able to get the needed parts. He is really thorough with the work and even took time to do some checks on water and fluid levels, even adding some before he let me leave. A+++ work and very competitive pricing for parts and labor. 😊 P.S., if you have a car that originated from California, they have different emission rules over there, so expect the parts to be a little more expensive than regular builds. Kudos to Greg for getting the parts super quick where the Honda dealership was telling me it would have cost more and the part was not going to be available until over a month from when I inquired.

I brought my Ford Escape in for a check-up, and I’m so glad I found this place. Greg, the owner, personally looked at my car and gave me detailed feedback on the oil, brake pads, cabin air filter, and tires. What really impressed me was his honesty. Instead of just changing the oil like most places would, he explained why it wasn’t necessary at this time, saving me money. He walked me through everything clearly, without pressure, and helped me understand what actually needed attention and what could wait.
