I came in this morning because one of my tires was leaking air! Cas helped me out and explained the process and was super helpful. Melissa is always such a great person to see! She usually helps me out for my early morning maintenance oil changes and she recognized me today even though I hadnβt seen her in 6ish months! When I found out the wait for my tire would be 2.5 hours Melissa was able to help me get an uber home so I could feed and walk my dog cause I really wasnβt expecting it to take that long! Then when my car was ready for pick up, Cas gave me a call and ordered an uber for me to come back to Toyota to pick up my car! Excellent service!

I just got my 60k scheduled service done at Rick Hendricks and had a really positive experience. Greg Hawes helped me and I explained a bad experience with brake repair I had at another Toyota service center in town. He validated my concerned and said he would ensure the brakes were properly serviced. The service in total took less time then he quoted and he made me feel super confident in the quality of the work on my car. I'll be coming back for all my regular car care.

When I arrived for my scheduled service appointment, I was made to wait nearly 20 minutes in my car before being assistedβdespite the presence of several available service advisors. Unfortunately, the same delay occurred when I returned to pick up my vehicle. I had to track down a staff member named Rahman, finally other advisor Derrick, who appeared reluctant to help and ended up mixing up my paperwork with another customerβs. While the purchasing experience at this dealership was professional and friendly, the service department did not meet the same standard. If you're bringing your vehicle in for maintenance, be prepared for a frustrating experience.

Took my Sequoia in for a warranty service to have a faulty sunshade replaced. They had to order the part so I scheduled my service for a later date and was told it would a quick replacement 1 hour job, max. When I brought the car in for my appt, I was again told 1 hour job. FIVE hours later I'm still waiting for the car to be ready. Every time I ask for an update, sorry its 30 more minutes. If I had known the service would have taken 6 hours, I would have planned accordingly. Poor communication between the service advisor and techs. I will not be bringing my cars her again.

My general issue with service department at dealerships seems to exist here too. You pull in and stand there. No one looks up from there desk. There is no direction. Eventually you roam to a desk where you stare at that until they are uncomfortable enough to speak. They tell you they are busy and to try another desk. You eventually get you vehicle back for an oil change. You expect 30 minutes for this very basic scheduled service (I can change my oil at home in this amount of time). Then at about the two hour mark you roam out of the waiting room wondering about the timeline. They begrudgingly tell you 10 more minutes, which turns into 30. And one more minor gripe... It is challenging to get this scheduled and it would be phenomenal if one could add a small recall item at the same time. Why can't these appointments be combined?

As a loyal customer who has consistently brought my GR Corolla to Rick Hendrick Toyota Sandy Springs for maintenance, my recent 20K mile service experience was absolutely appalling and has completely destroyed my trust in this dealership. My service advisor, Rahman Barnwell, demonstrated shocking incompetence by entering the wrong vehicle information into their system, resulting in incorrect service being performed. After waiting two hours, I came out to discover that critical maintenance items (front/rear differential fluids and transfer case fluid changes and other items) were not done at all. When I questioned this oversight, instead of acknowledging the mistake, Mr. Barnwell condescendingly claimed ToyotaCare doesn't cover these services and I would need to pay extra. This is blatantly false - ToyotaCare covers ALL factory-recommended maintenance, which these services absolutely are for my vehicle. He began raising his voice and arguing with me and had the audacity to talk down to me, claiming I "didn't know what I think I bought" or I "misunderstood" my coverage. ALL new Toyotas come with Toyota care for 25k miles, so it is concerning he does not know very basic Toyota maintenance. Even more disturbing was his attempt to deceive me by claiming technicians had "checked" my differential and transfer case fluids and recommended changes - which is not possible to do without draining and refilling. This demonstrates either complete automotive ignorance or deliberate deception to avoid accountability. If I had not known and fought for the maintenance my car needed, I would have gotten the wrong service and paid an additional $500 for maintenance that came with my car. Only after I demanded to speak with management did an assistant manager, Alex Davidovici, quickly identify the problem - Rahman had written a ticket for the entirely wrong vehicle. This basic error cost me an additional two-hour wait (four hours total) for what should have been routine maintenance. Then without informing me or asking, they carelessly washed my car, damaging my $1,000 ceramic coating and leaving scratches all throughout the body. I had a friend who is a professional mechanic help me inspect my car after and we discovered multiple sloppy service issues: - Engine airbox not properly reinstalled - Coolant level low (though within acceptable range) - Engine oil level low (though within acceptable range) - Brake fluid dangerously overfilled beyond the maximum line Given these visible problems, I have zero confidence the differential and transfer case services were properly performed. While Alex Davidovici seemed knowledgeable and was helpful in trying to correct the mistakes Mr. Barnwell made, I am still very unhappy with the rude and condescending behavior I was initially faced with, not to mention the poor work that was done to my car. I cannot recommend anyone trust their vehicle to Rick Hendrick Toyota Sandy Springs, especially if you value your time, money, and vehicle's condition.

Never coming here again. I specifically selected the check boxes for oil change which i prefer to do every 5k miles. It was not done. I did not want to wait for another hour to have them re-do it, just walked out. Now i need to spend another hour at different place to get it right. During last maintenance too, they did not reset the maintenance light which is very basic. I definitely not recommend to go here. This review is for my 4runner.
