I was out of town and my car wouldn’t run correctly. First mechanic I called didn’t solve the issue and I ended up paying $70 for a diagnostic that I already performed. I went to google and this was the first company listed so I decided to give them a try. The guy who helped me was very smart and time efficient and he got the problem solved in under 15 minutes. I want to thank Mr. Brandon of HemiXperts Auto Repair for coming out to my job and repairing the brakes on my truck. The brakes were in bad shape metal on metal. Mr. Brandon came out in the rain in the morning, to repair the truck. The truck needed a rotor on the passenger side. I’m new to Atlanta and found HX automotive from a Google search and decided to contact them based on the excellent reviews. After my experience with Brandon, I can confirm that the positive Google reviews are well-deserved! I called for a creaking noise my car was making. Brandon came out to my house to look at the car, identified the issue, gave me an estimate, and ordered the part for me. He came back out to my house to install it, and when the noise was still happening after installing the new part (no fault of Brandon’s, just my car), he coordinated a time for me to bring my car to the shop ASAP. Once in the shop he fixed the remaining issue super quickly and I was able to pick up my car before the week started.
