I took my car to this company, February 17th, And when I tell you so much class, from the front office to the personnel in the back.. Classy organization, and on top of that my car was ready when they said it would be. They had me a rental car driver there in minutes to pick me up , to get a rental.. From the moment we dropped our car off at Corzav, the service was excellent. Michelle, the front desk personnel, was very courteous—offering us water and snacks while we waited. She also arranged for Enterprise Car Rental to pick us up and take us to get our rental vehicle. Kita did a wonderful job inspecting both the exterior and interior of our vehicle, being extremely thorough in documenting all of the damages. The very next day, John called to review additional repairs that would be required. John was outstanding—we truly appreciate his professionalism and care. He kept in touch with us throughout the process, providing timely updates and explaining each step along the way. Any time something came up, John made sure we were informed right away. The Corzav team also did an excellent job coordinating with our insurance company, ensuring that all supplements were processed quickly and without delay. This is our fourth time using Corzav Collision & Glass! Literally broke down on the side of the road days after they “fixed” my car. My vehicle was only serviced here because progressive didn’t give me many options. They changed my pick up date multiple times & they also gave me my car back with a service light on. I took the car back to them because I knew that something was wrong. They did a scan and said that everything came back good. Meanwhile a few days later, I was stranded on the side of the road. Mind you, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car before I got into an accident. The tech even told me that he’s never worked on a car like mine before. You’re better off taking your car somewhere with more experienced mechanics. Also keep in mind that this is the type of business that asks their clients to leave 5 star reviews, so don’t believe everything you see.

This shop did good work on my car but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I was in an accident 2/6 dropped my car off 2/7. They had my car for 2 weeks and I had heard nothing and received no communication from them. My insurance told me they were told the car would be ready 2/21. I called 2/18 to get an update. The rep was focused on me not receiving text. I told her I never opted out but I just wanted to ensure my car was going to be ready by 2/21. She said no it won’t be ready until 3/7 due to delayed parts. That was fine but having to call for an update was not ok. I called again 2/27 be cause I was still not getting updates. They still hadn’t received parts but assured me it would be ready by 3/7. They called me 3/3 I called them back about 10 minutes later no one could tell me what the call was about or who it was from. I asked if my car would still be ready 3/7 they said they’d have the rep call me back she never did. 3/6 I called again to get an update they said my car would not be ready because they were still waiting on parts and it would be ready 3/11. I then call again 3/10 for an update. First they said they were still waiting on parts then said the parts did come in and that it would be ready 3/11. On 3/11 I called again around 11am and asked when I can pick up my car they said they’d call me when it was ready. Now it’s 4 o’clock they close at 5. So I went up there and asked they said they were waiting on paperwork to be completed. So I sat and waited. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating a simple weekly call or even receiving the “texts” that they swore they were sending but were not would have been fine. I had to call way too often for extremely short conversations. Please do better with communicating with your customers. I appreciated the work done and my car is great but this process was extremely frustrating.

I recently visited Corzav’s Collision & Glass, and they did an amazing job! When I arrived, I was helped by a gentleman named Jon, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond by fixing my car door, something I had been trying to fix for a long time. Not only did he bend the door back into place, but he also didn’t charge me for the repair! Jon offered great suggestions to prevent water from leaking into my car in the future, and his customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend Corzav’s Collision & Glass to anyone looking for quality work and professional service. They truly care about their customers, and Jon is a fantastic person to work with.

John went seriously above and beyond to get my car back to its former glory. I’ve been ripped off by body shops before and I can guarantee that is not happening at Corzav’s. They will help you out as much as they possibly can. My husband was sideswiped in a parking lot and we chose Corzav’s for his repair. When we got his truck back, it looked completely brand new so when I was rear-ended I knew which body shop I would be going with. My car looks fantastic and they even detailed it before returning it to me (I have a messy toddler so this was a big deal!) Their communication is super consistent and there’s always someone available for updates, their turnaround time is incredibly reasonable, and they do quality work every time. I cannot recommend them enough as a shop but especially working with John made this an overall really great experience. Thank you so much again for everything you do!

If Dana or Joanne from Progressive make you go here, you need to respectfully decline. Dana will figure out the cheapest way possible for your car to be fixed and then make Corzavs do whatever she says. So she gets away with fixing your car on a budget and then Corzavs will do whatever she says. They will make you feel like it is your only option but it is not. This is the second time Progressive has made me bring my SUV and my truck here so I have multiple experiences. I got my car back from this place and most of the work was great and David was really nice but things went really sideways when Progressive got involved and when David did not do what he said he was going to do. There were some things they did not fix that I pushed back on and they blamed it on Progressive and then Progressive blamed it on them. My heads up display is now freezing, some scratches not fixed and my license plate holder not replaced. My tires were on backwards from the dealership I got them from and instead of informing me about that, they just simply replaced a damaged tire in the incorrect position and chose not to tell me, creating a safety hazard. Make sure you look at the post inspection report very very carefully. Progressive said I had to go back to this place, yet again, for them to test drive if I wanted them to fix it. David took it on a test drive and saw how the heads up display was freezing after the accident. He then tried to google what was wrong and then said it was user error even though it froze for him and is continuing to freeze for me months later. After the test drive he said he would get the tires fixed in thirty minutes and instead of actually doing it, I sat in the waiting room for about thirty minutes and then got an email from Jon saying they wouldn't fix the tires. Jon didnt come to talk to me in the waiting room. David didnt come to talk to me. They emailed me. From fifty feet away. I have never experienced a body shop or mechanic that emails a customer from fifty feet away instead of giving them the respect of a conversation. So then I just had to leave...not getting my tires fixed and not getting my heads up display fixed and not getting my license place holder fixed. Even though Corsavs had all the info ahead of time, they still made me come in for a test drive and then refused to do the work even though they had all the information to make that decision before I came in for the "test drive". Bottom line is that my car was returned to me not in pre accident condition and then it became a blame game. If Corsavs is going to take all the cars from Progressive because they have some agreement with them, they need to be able to value their customer's time and do what they say they are going to do. And be prepared to wait if you go here. It took about two months to get two windows fixed on my Rivian and then took weeks to get my SUV fixed. I cant say if this is normal timing since Progressive made me go here but I thought it was quite a long time to wait.
