Brought vehicle in for an oil change on 03/18/2025 and shall I say lack of communication and professionalism. A 15 minute service turned into 5 hours. Had to ask shop to pull vehicle in multiple times after sitting for two hours, then upon pulling vehicle in they claimed I needed two from tires and a change of front brakes after just getting those services done not even 3 months ago. I always them to complete the services and after pulling off the brakes that they claimed they complete were grinding, squeaking and not stopping like before. I had to bring the vehicle back Friday, 03/21/2025 and they still moved slow and had an attitude. The guy even had the nerve to laugh and make claims that nothing was wrong with the brakes, before reinspecting. He acted as if it was my fault. Do not go to this facility. Bad service and professionalism. Additionally, I would like to add how dirty the facility is. Who wants coffee here? I don’t want to take pictures of the restroom but needs cleaning as well.

Decent experience for the most part. Took an hour to change one tire even with an appointment which was 4x longer than other places. Most annoying part of the visit is them charging me for their “road hazard insurance” without asking me. I only realized I was charged for it a day later. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I would like to thank Firestone and Don personally. We had a flat going back to Florida. Pulled in to the closes Firestone in Atlanta and Don took great care to make sure we were back on the road in 45 minutes. Josh was helpful over the phone, patient and informative, when I went in the store he had such a great and positive attitude all around. I had such a great experience at Firestone! Liz, Will, and Josh really went above and beyond. I came in to get my rotors and tires changed along with an alignment, and they not only handled everything smoothly, but also surprised me with a free oil change and new windshield wipers. Their customer service was outstanding — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel valued as a customer, but they absolutely did. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family!

Sunshi is truly outstanding. There were a number of issues with my car and with my warranty company. Even though I could not get everything completed (cost issue) she patiently and painstakingly went back and forth with the warranty company and even with her own manager... It's one thing when someone is nice to you when everything goes smoothly, but only a person with compassion and professionalism (like Sunshi) gives that same top-notch service consistently. Brian at the front desk was absolutely amazing, he greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the process. You can tell he truly cares about customer service and goes above and beyond to make people feel comfortable. I’m sharing this review in hopes that management or corporate can address an unresolved issue. Two months ago, I visited this Firestone location for an oil change and battery replacement. A few days later, I noticed the mileage on the oil change sticker was incorrect. Due to my schedule, I wasn’t able to return immediately to have it corrected. Today, I came in for a front headlight bulb replacement. Bryan provided excellent customer service he was kind, professional, and very helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the visit was disappointing. After paying, I was handed my keys with no indication of where my vehicle was parked. I waited outside in the cold assuming it was in front, only to later learn from the manager, Josh, that my car was parked behind the building. Before leaving, I asked about correcting the incorrect mileage on my oil change sticker and in the system. Josh printed a new sticker, but it showed the same incorrect mileage. I explained that I barely drive my vehicle and that it’s not possible I put over 12,000 miles on it in two months. I was told there was no way to trace or correct the mileage, and the incorrect sticker was placed on my windshield anyway. I understand mistakes happen, but I was hoping for a better effort to resolve a clear discrepancy. Accurate vehicle records matter, and I would appreciate follow-up from management or corporate to address this issue properly.

I brought my car in yesterday for a wheel alignment and battery replacement. Immediately after the service, the heater stopped working, which was not an issue before I brought the vehicle in. The very next day, my car started leaking coolant, so I took it back to the shop right away. I am not a mechanic and do not have the technical knowledge to judge how serious this problem was, which is exactly why I trusted the professionals at this repair center. When I returned, the person who checked my vehicle said they could not accommodate a mechanic at that time and told me to come back the next day. What is completely unacceptable is that I was never warned that the vehicle was unsafe to drive, nor was I advised that continuing to drive it could cause serious engine damage. Because I relied on their judgment and received no warning at all, I drove the car home. As a direct result, the problem worsened and ended up costing me a significant amount of money in additional repairs. As a regular customer, I expected basic responsibility, honesty, and clear communication—especially when the issue involved something as serious as a coolant leak and loss of heat, which are clear warning signs of a cooling system failure. If you work at a repair center, you should be able to recognize when a vehicle is not safe to drive and clearly communicate that to the customer. This entire situation could have been prevented with proper attention and professionalism. Instead, it was handled carelessly, and you have now lost a regular customer because of it.
