I gave an 4 instead of a 5 because my car was supposed to be completed one day prior to it being done. I was in town visiting and was told told it would be worked on first thing that day but it wasn’t and no one ever called me to say it wouldn’t be. I needed to get back home for work. But other than that they were great and did good work and made sure to take accountability for not notifying me and apologized. Great guys there.

I came into Firestone in need of additional information pertaining to cars and its services. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Byron. He was extremely informative and highly professional. I admire his personality and his attentiveness towards providing the most accurate and up to date information as effectively and throughly as possible. He even suggested applying for a Firestone Card where I would receive all car services and additional requirements depending on what it is needed for the car at the time of being brought in. I’m extremely appreciative of Byron’s time and definitely looking forward to coming back in the near future.

I was pretty desperate when I arrived at this shop close to closing time. I was on my way to visit my 90 year old sick mother in Kentucky. I ran over something on the highway and ruptured a tire. The gentleman at this shop very kindly worked me in and got me back on the road so that I could still make it to my destination, even though I’m sure they were ready to go home for the day at that point. It meant a great deal to me.
