0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I took my car here to get the frame looked at after an accident! They told me it was going to be in the shop a little over a week! After giving them a $700 deposit, they kept my car for a little over a month, when it was time for me to pick it up , they informed me they were not able to fix my frame correctly. To add they also stole my brand new battery from underneath my hood!!! Please I do not recommend doing business with them and spread the word. Save yourselves, your time, && your MONEY!!! Ps: I never leave reviews but this shop is Janky as hell && they thieves.

The final price was very close to the quote given. My car was ready a day earlier than expected and looked just like new. The staff: Ms. Sharon is a great communicator regarding your needs and providing updates. Mr. William was great as well, he answers any other questions you may have about the process. I had a minor scrape on my back bumper, but enough that it needed to be sanded down and re-painted. I called Auto Body Snatchers and the owner, Sharon, was extremely kind and helpful. She quoted me a very affordable price and was able to get my bumper fixed and painted within several hours. Plus, they cleaned my rims:) When I picked up my car, I noticed the paint was not even on the bottom of the bumper and the white was slightly brighter than the rest of the vehicle. However, there were absolutely no problems dealing with this at all. I called Sharon back and she kindly offered to redo the job and her son, co-owner, even offered to tint the paint so it would match the rest of the car. Great family owned business, with honest people! I definitely recommend seeing them for auto collision repairs:) Thanks Sharon!

Travis is a man for the people. He offers top notch professional services at reasonable rates. No insurance? No problem. Ms. Sharon (service advisor) will go the extra mile if you're truly committed to getting your vehicle repaired. Body work that was done was great. Communication and customer service not the best at all. If someone is being serviced they need to be updated throughout the process in my opinion shouldn’t have to keep calling for updates. Most body shops have an automated system in place that keeps you updated on the progress. I also felt I was profiled and not taken serious being that I am a female. I had to sit in the shop and wait for my car to be painted when they knew it needed painting for atleast 3 days or more. They finally got the paint and still didn’t start it until I went up to the shop and waited! Overall experience was not the best but atleast my car is fixed right? Also left with a crack in my windshield. I asked for a discount and was given an immediate no. Ms Sharon seems like a nice person but the commutation and customer service is not there.

Please DO NOT use this business! They are SCAMMERS!!!!! They do not complete jobs and lie about completing tasks! They do NOT have the decency to be honest enough when it comes to work they did not complete or do not know HOW to complete. If you are fortunate enough to pay $700 for installation of a hood, ONE headlight, lots of terrible communication and storage for 2 weeks, GO FOR IT! After complaining about the lack of SERVICE, they instantly offered $200 dollars back, which explains that they KNOWINGLY completed a DIS-SERVICE!!!! I’ve never sent a vehicle to a BODY shop and the “repairs” look worse than the cars original condition!!!!!! I sent the car with a bumper, NO BUMPER, still a missing headlight, etc. (See images). All in all, don’t waste your time or money with these unskilled “professionals” Go somewhere else where you can receive better service and good expertise!

My repair was a complete fraud. I drove home from Atlanta, and it started falling apart. Now I have to sue them. Why? Because they will no longer answer the phone. I'm done talking and being civil. They were paid to replace and make the driver's side look like the passenger side. All they did was "patch up" my baby, and they didn't do a good job at that. All the money Progressive paid them, they pocketed a majority of it. And they lost my spare key. Now, I have to sue them and put liens on everything they own until I'm satisfied. Sharon is going to stand by her son, no matter what. I understand. Even if it's at the expense of the customers. I've asked for the paperwork regarding the repair done. She stated she would send it to me. Well, I have yet to receive it. When I get done with this shop, I hope that they learn their lesson and NEVER do this type of work again. It's better to decline service if you know you can't do it properly than to be money-hungry and try to get away with something like this. I've now taken it to a certified VW repair shop. They state they did more damage than food. They cut into my vehicle to make parts fit, which came from only God knows where.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1. I’m extremely upset with the work done on my car. I was referred here by a friend, and this was a huge mistake. In my opinion, the job looks rushed, the paint does not match, the sanding looks sloppy, and the entire result looks unprofessional. Every other shop quoted me the same price or less but needed four days. This shop insisted on two — and now I see why. The quality reflects the rush. When I went in, the man at the front (who didn’t even seem to be the one who worked on my car) admitted it still needed to be buffed and cleaned. I left work early for this, only to see a car that wasn’t finished and looked terrible. On top of that, there was white residue all over the inside of my car, including the carpet. Completely unacceptable. People are quick to take money but not to do quality work. And when I say not to touch something, I mean it. I’m extremely frustrated. If you can’t handle the job, refuse the work instead of delivering results like this.
