I’ve been a loyal customer of tire south for years now. They are honest hardworking people. This new location is very convenient. Today the salesperson; Aubrey was very helpful and polite and professional. The location is clean and also has complimentary snacks and beverages. I highly recommended this company.

Came in for a basic oil change that I was told would be ready in about an hour. Cool, about 2 hours later I get a call from the girl in front and she tells me they did an inspection and they determined I need to add on about 5 extra services. (About $2000 extra no big deal right?) Annoying but typical experience as a solo woman at a car shop. One of the “issues” she told me about was that my “car battery is at 1%”. Like…. My car runs totally smooth but ok sure. I asked if they can just charge it. “You can’t charge a Mercedes battery” is what I was told… no comment. Another thing that I really didn’t love was when I declined, she asked why and offered to “work with me” on pricing. Am I wrong for thinking they should be giving me the best pricing from the start? I told her I would be there in about half an hour to get my car. When I arrived I notice that my car was sitting with the engine on and unlocked in the parking lot. Not sure why they would leave it unlocked in an open parking lot knowing my arrival estimate (my car app on my phone confirmed it was unlocked and on that whole time). Lastly, when I was checking out I asked if they happened to put any air in the tire because the light was on, she said yes if the light was on then they did put air. When I got to my car I noticed that they did not, and I had to drive all the way around to get that done. Not the biggest deal but an inconvenience nonetheless, especially following my other minor grievances. With all that being said I probably won’t be returning which is a shame considering how close this is to my house. Also I really was not going to leave a review but I received an automated text message from them asking for one so here you go.

I dropped in without an appointment, but the associate was super nice and offered to order my tires, which are a special size, and have them put on along with a tire rotation within 2 hours. After a mishap with the delivery of my tires, they rushed another pair from one of their stores and stayed after closing to do the service. 🚗💨 #TireService #CustomerService

I’ve recently had to get some work done on my Jeep and Beau was amazing. He was really helpful with helping me to understand what had to be done as well as my options. He also presented me with payment options that are extremely helpful. I highly recommend you going get work done at Tire South and ask for Beau! He will make sure you are taken care of.

This location was clean and comfortable while I waited for my service. They provided fast and friendly service and started on my oil change right away. The oil change and tire rotation was done correctly. My vehicle was brought out front immediately when finished. I can’t say enough of how satisfied I was coming to Tire South. So much better than other service station I’ve used in the past. A++++ Service. Thank you. Highly recommend and I will be back again.

We checked out TireSouth because (1) my daughter wanted to lift her truck and (2) my son wanted new tires for his truck. While collecting quotes for the lift, I learned that David previously worked for the specialty shop I visited prior to visiting TireSouth. It certainly made me feel better about giving TireSouth a shot! On top of that, he beat their quote! The truck looks great, and David and Haley provided top-notch service! I nearly gave Beau a heart attack when I told him my son wasn't sure about the specialty tires they had ordered for his truck. He handled the entire situation with the most amazing patience, including taking the time talk my son through other options. We ended up sticking with the specialty tires he ordered, and they look great! The icing on the cake? Learning that TireSouth also does oil changes! We'll be moving our business from a certain "complete auto care" chain we've been loyal to for ~20 years, most of which has been at the same location, because of the decline in their service and the great experience we had with David, Haley, and Beau!

This year I bought 3 tires from here which were reasonably priced. However, I recently got an oil change and was told I needed new front breaks and was quoted $623. The gentleman at the counter, a brunette, blue eyed caucasian man emphasized that I should get it done Immediately and asked me “ do you drive around a lot? “ implying that it would not be in my best interest to be driving around a lot. He also tried to upsell me a credit card through them if i couldn’t afford it that day. I thought that price was extremely too high for just front breaks so I decided to wait to get a second opinion ( mind you, my car did not give me any indication it needed to be replaced ). I took it somewhere else and I was quoted $400 something If I needed brakes and rotors, however it would just be about $200 something for just the breaks. So I take it up to the new shop and they informed me that my brakes were worn, but not enough to even have it changed for a couple THOUSAND more miles and my rotors were fine. Wow!!!! I cannot believe the man that helped me at Tire South is out here scamming us. ALWAYS get a second opinion. I would have been out $623 if I listened to this scam artist they have working over the counter telling me I needed new breaks right away. I hope Tire South does something about this. This is unacceptable to scam people who they probably assume don’t have any knowledge about cars. Be careful to anyone who comes here and speaks w him, he will look at you in your face and tell a bold face lie. Always get a second opinion.

I love that TS Marietta Blvd is walking distance from my house. I always make a point to make it a workout day when I take my car there for service, walking to, from, and back again to collect my car. My last service there was for an oil change. Danny, the tech, informed me that I also needed tire work done. I haven’t been back since, but Danny continues to follow up to remind me that my tires need work. Make sure to check your car before leaving. A few of my tires were missing caps for the air valve.

I needed a same day appointment to replace tires and Tire South was able to get my tires within the hour (which typically need to be ordered in advance even by the dealership) they completed the work within a few hours, were very communicative, professional, and helped me make the best decision for my car. They were great to work with!

Great service. I had just one damaged wheel where I needed the tire swapped over to the new wheel. Since it didn't involve much work they said they could work me in right away, which they did. I've always had good experiences with Tire South at other locations. I wasn't aware they had a location right down the road from me. They're now my new go to tire shop.

I went in for them to plug a leak in the front passenger tire. They responded by saying that the tires were too worn out to put a plug in the tires and I needed two new tires. Which were replaced in January 2023. I might drive 5 to 10 miles a day. If that. Both I and my roommate looked at the tires and measured the tread still on there and they were well within perfectly acceptable without having to be replaced like they suggested. I wanted them to check out the brakes which they did and said that I needed new brake pads, new rotors, and new calipers. I authorized the brake pads and rotors. Even though I had them replaced four years ago. The calipers I declined upon. They didn't check my oil when I asked them to do a Diagnostics. I knew it needed an oil change. Only then did they say yes it needed an oil change. I authorized them to do that. They also suggested that I really really needed to do several other major repairs to the POS that I own. To which I had to respond by saying it's a POS. I can't dump thousands more dollars into the POS justifiably. The only thing I initially wanted them to do is to plug a tire. When they said they couldn't or wouldn't I asked them to mark where the leak was ...they didn't. We repaired the leak ourselves the next day. They offered me an estimate that was well over $1000 for repairs that I didn't ask for without addressing the plug in the tire or mentioning that the oil needed changing. Two of the three things I thought might be of concern. The brakes being the third. The estimate covered two new front tires, new brakes, brake fluid flash, realignment of tires, among a couple other major expenses. The front desk crew could not be nicer and more responsive. They even stayed late to finish my vehicle. Which I highly appreciate. However, whoever is pulling the strings at getting the staff to convince customers into repairs on their cars that they did not ask for and cannot afford, needs to reevaluate.

By the end of this ordeal, Max, the facility manager was very accommodating in providing me with transportation to go home and returning to the shop the next day along with repairing my vehicle. How it started?? An emission and other services were performed at the McDonough facility located in Henry County two days earlier to the Marietta location visit. I used to reside in Henry County and wasn't aware of a closer facility. Now, I reside near the downtown area, the Marietta Blvd site is just 20 minutes away from my home. After leaving the McDonough repair site heading home, my car thermostat indicator begin to increase. I called the McDonough repair shop and told them my car was overheating. (Hmmmm... that's strange!!! My vehicle wasn't overheating prior to the repairs that was performed at their shop in McDonough). I was advised by the McDonough location to visit this location, Marietta Blvd because it's closer and it would prevent damages to my vehicle. I had already paid an substantial amount of money at the McDonough location two days prior to visiting the Marietta Blvd location. When I arrived at the Marietta Blvd site, Bo, the office manager was very professional. I met with Max, the facility manager, he was professional as well. Max made an assessment and presented me with a 2k repair bill. After paying 5k at the other facility, there was no way in the hell, I was going to pay an additional 2k for a repair that my car didn't own prior to the emission and other repairs at the McDonough site. However, after further discussion, Max agreed to perform the service without charge. After having a week to calm down and put things into perspective, I am confident that Max, the facility manager along with McDonough facility will stand behind their work, so I feel better. I am not sure what went wrong with my vehicle after the emission and other repairs performed at the McDonough location, but Max saved a customer. The McDonough facility site has always done stellar work along with their exceptional customer service. However, the Marietta Blvd facility has redeemed the Tire South brand with exceptional service. Thanks again, Max, Bo and staff.

My retired veteran buddy had his Jeep worked on there last year and had some issues and concerns after the repair. The management listened and cared and made things right. My friend is happy and that is what matters most. Thank you for making things right and listening to your customers!

We’ve been using Tire South for years and their Marietta Blvd location is great, with a large waiting area offering free WiFi, water and snacks while you wait. Better yet, Danny kept us totally informed, the car was ready exactly when he said it would be, pricing was as quoted with warranty and future service included. Five stars all the way.,

I had an unexpected car repair needed on a broken hose. While it wasn’t fun to have this happen on the middle of a super busy work day… the TireSouth Marietta team were simply amazing! The shop was perfect for me to set up and work comfortably while I waited for my vehicle. My car was repaired in excellent time and for an affordable cost. I will use them again and again.

I tried to give them a 2nd chance, really 3rd. First time was a simple tire patch. They put my tire on backwards, not once, but twice. True story. Flash forward to today, mount balance two tires, front end alignment. Get a call 30 minutes later saying their inspection found that i had almost zero brake pads..wanted to quote me pads and rotors (rotors are fine, Lexus 77k miles no scoring at all)...Going to have the pads measured at my reputable shop on the way home. If I get conflicting info, i'll update this post. Also Haley recommended coolant flush...every 30k miles. FYI, Toyota late models with super life pink only needs changing every 100k or 10 years per Toyota. Let's stop praying on people that don't know, maybe your service writers need to do some more studying of vehicles not predatory sales tactics. Lastly, they texted car was done...went up there an hour later...my car was no where to be found, ha! True story. Only info i got was "he'll be right back" Did a test drive. OK, 15 mins later..no car. Hum. Apparently they took it to another location for the alignment. Who knows. And finally, my interior...full of greasy mechanic juice. Lovely. "Steer Clear of this Place"!

Pricing is much better compared to other tire places I’ve been to.. they made sure to inform me of all my options and things they recommended in the future. This has been my go to place for tires

The friendly service received when I walked in to purchase a set of tires doesn't reflect my follow up. I emailed my sales person regarding my concerns but was never responded to. The set of tires I purchased are the worst tires I have ever bought. I know Atlanta has rough roads but even when taking a "road test " the tires ride rough on smooth roads. It also looks like they were poorly fitted on the rims. This is my first purchase from Tire South. Maybe I got what I paid for you 😏
