Dale is great about breaking down which repairs are needed immediately and which can wait. Especially if you have an older make/model, great place to get your car serviced. Call in advance to make sure he can take care of you same day, many people in the neighborhood use him as their local mechanic so he's always busy!

I can't say enough good things about this shop! They keep you advised of the costs, their progress, and the timing to get your vehicle back. They'll give you recommendations for necessary repairs, and options for items that can wait for another visit. And, they're really nice guys!

I have used their shop multiple times for different services and it has been great every time. Most recently my muffler had come loose over the weekend. I took my car in on Monday which I know can be a busy time but I was surprised at how fast the service went. While they had my car they also let me know I needed an oil change and my battery was going bad. Got both of those services done as well and I was able to get back to work fast. Very up front and honest with all of their repair work. This is a hidden gem off of Cheshire Bridge road but worth seeking out. Great fast honest service.

I was recommended them and they seem like straightforward people who will get the work done. The only issue I had was I brought my vehicle in with check engine light and squeaky brakes and wasn't told upfront the diagnostic charge was almost $200 and it doesn't come off if you get the work done. Had I known upfront to look at the car was close to $200 plus whatever it cost to fix it, I would not have done it.

The customer service was great and knowledgeable. The air conditioner on my 1999 Jeep went out when the weather was in the 90s. It was in the shop getting repair for 2 days. The cost was very reasonable. The air conditioner is working great. Most places I called wouldn't work on it vehicles older than 201 because customers doesnn't maintain thei vehicles. They are afraid that people wouldn't pick up the vehicles once they find out about the cost of any repairs. So I told them I would bring in my repairs records for the last 2 years. Once the air conditioner was working, I asked if they would continue to repaired the Jeep. So I will used them for all my repairs.

Dale is amazing, he is friendly and his customer service is off the charts. The have a lovely waiting room and work effectively to get you in and out. He did a vehicle inspection for me and didn’t miss a beat. Detailed to me everything he noticed and my new to me car is running like a champ. Wish his shop was more nearby to me. A+ shop.

I've brought my car here for the past three repairs I have needed (wheel bearings, oil gaskets, and AC). I was recommended by another mechanic. Dale was great each time. His prices were very fair, he was honest about what needed to be repaired, and there were no surprise costs. Every time he took time to explain the repairs over the phone and when dropping off and picking up my car. If you want your car repaired well, promptly and to pay a fair price bring your car here you will not be disappointed.

I dropped in here unexpectedly, with a battery light on my 2011 Jeep Cherokee. The shop diagnosed the vehicle with a bad alternator, battery, drive belt, and tensioner. I elected to get the work done for around $1,400 out the door. I was called and told the issue was fixed and it was time to pick up the vehicle. On my drive home the battery light came back on. I then had to turn around to come back to the shop and drop the car off for further inspection. Despite my frustration they were kind and courtesy and offered me a vehicle to borrow. 24 hours later, another phone call stating the voltage regulating computer needs replacement for another $1,900. I don't doubt all of this is true, however if the vehicle was properly diagnosed initially I would have elected to do none of the work as I'm going to trade this vehicle in. The fact remains that I came into the shop with the battery light on, and $1,400 dollars later the battery light is still on. Proper diagnosis initially would have saved me a lot of time and money.

Very thankful for Wade and Dale getting my car ready to pass emissions inspection for a reasonable price. Great turn around time: called and dropped off my car, picked it up fixed the next day. My first experience. These guys fixed my caddy in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. They saved me a lot compared to a dealer and other local shops. But most important to me, I found them to be Honest and friendly. These guys are my go to guys for all of my car needs. They replaced my thermostat and coolant sensor. Also, they returned parts they anticipated needing,but didn't need after all. Honest,Fair,and pleasant. But busy as a great shop will be.

Definitely think it's a bit of a scammy place. Don't go unless you're pretty knowledgable on parts and cars. Took my car in at the beginning of the year because it wasn't starting and they gave me a long list of issues that needed to be fixed. The drive belt was one of them, took it to another place recently because of an issue with the alternator and they told me the belt was fine. They will try to squeeze you for every penny if they think they can. Won't be going back to this place!
