I could not recommend Go Drive Safely more! I got a nail in my tire on a Sunday afternoon and wanted to get it repaired but many places were closed. I found Go Drive Safely and am completely satisfied! They were very professional and communicative. A tech got delayed and was not going to make the window initially said to me and I promptly received a call sharing the delay (which ended up being short, maybe 20 minutes). Travis ended up coming in order to fulfill my request. He was quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. I am SO grateful for this service! It made what started out as a frustrating Sunday into a completely seamless, stress-free one. Thank you!! I hope to not need this service anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely use them again!

Travis was super helpful yesterday when I hit a curb in ATL at night and blew my tire. He came in less than 30 minutes, and put on the spare. Unfortunately, my spare seemed to be fine but it wasn't, so he had to go back and get a new tire for me. I had a concert to be at, so I couldn't stay in my car (afraid I would be locked out for being late) so he let me go to the concert and said would let me know when he was back. Well, Travis fixed the car while I was in the concert and didn't call until he was done. Just great service all around! Now I have a new tire and was able to get home safely last night! Thanks again Travis! 10/10, would recommend

Super great experience! Roadside assistance through my insurance wasn’t working and I was alone at night on the side of the interstate so I called these guys. The guy that came out to help me was so nice and he even helped me get my busted tire into the back seat. I didn’t catch his name but I am super thankful for him 🙏.

Highly recommend to locals AND travelers. Had a dead battery in Midtown, 2 hours drive from home. Gave these guys a call and they responded quickly, texting me updates on the technician's ETA the entire time. Within 5 minutes of him arriving, my car was running and I was on my way home. Price was very reasonable for what I needed. Thanks guys!!

**Scammers** I placed an order for two tires, When he arrived he did not have his equipment said he had to go back to his warehouse in order to balance the wheel etc. I said okay I just wanted the job completed. About a hour and half goes by I didn’t hear anything I said let me give him a call…. I walk outside just to find out he only took one tire so I called back and said why did you only take one tire. remind you this is 2hrs later and the guy is not hear. All of sudden this is a mix communication and that I only requested one tire. Professionalism would have been confirming the charges + the service before even touching the car that stop & prevents any miscommunication. Fast forward I kept expressing why would I agree to pay $250 for 1 used tire when the average tow service is $100 & it’s about $50-$60 for used tire at the TireShop… I hate to write a review but we gotta call spade a spade…. If it was my business I would have gotten the job done for the client & Took my L kept it moving. Kept saying I have the recording… You should have confirmed your service

Had a really negative experience with Travis - battery was dead and needed a jump/to be replaced. Called Travis as he was nearby - he initially arrived promptly and attempted to replace the battery. He then told me the fuses had blown because of the new battery and he would go to the dealership, 10 miles away, to obtain new fuses and be back after to replace them. Three hours later, he had still not returned and was not responding to several calls or texts to provide an ETA. After several hours, he finally responded that he would be there in an hour, and when he returned, my car still did not start. Becuase he couldn’t figure it out, he said I’d need to pay to have it towed and fixed by the dealership. I asked him to have my old battery back to see if it anything different would happen if I reinstalled that, and he refused to give it back and demanded a full payment. On paying additional out of pocket fees for towing and diagnosis at dealership, they actually just told me that Travis had given me a bad battery and all that was needed was a battery exchange. The whole process cost me almost $1000 and roughly a full day for a simple battery exchange. I trust that Travis had good intentions and initially showed up promptly, but could have worked far quicker and been more knowledgeable about troubleshooting to avoid this huge headache and cost for me

Awesome service! Me, my wife, and dog were on the way to the airport when our tire blew at 1pm in the morning in downtown ATL. First response was to call a tow truck as our van didn't have a spare and slime didn't fix the issue. After getting a quote from the towing company, the hassle of getting towed home, and getting an Uber pet, we looked for other options. We found Hermès roadside and gave them a shot. Travis was friendly and efficient. For a third of the price of the tow, we got a new tire and were on our way. Keep doing what you do!

Travis came to my rescue. I was sitting on the side of the road with a blown out tire. He pulled up and really worked with me on the pricing. He had professional tools right in the trunk of his car. Got a flat tire in Atlanta and called this company. Thought I was getting at least a tire A similarity to what was on my truck. Not only did they put on a mud tire, the tire had a broken band in it. I only made it 2 hrs out of Ga before I had to stop and buy another tire. I wouldn’t recommend them.
