This Meineke offered convenient Saturday service (unlike my dealer), great price (unlike my dealer), with no upselling (again unlike my dealer). All my questions were answered professionally and clearly, leaving me very satisfied. I will be back!

I came in first thing in the morning for a rear brake replacement, and the team had me in and out quickly. The price was noticeably lower than the dealership and most other shops I checked, and I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services. This Meineke prices are high and they do not price match. Needed full brake service front and back rotors and pads. When I told them I was able to find same service for $300 cheaper the response was “we are just a franchise”. With that being said other Meineke’s may also be cheaper than this one, so definitely get a second opinion if you feel they are a bit pricey.

I was quoted approximately $300 for purchase and install of a car battery. The total cost came to $380-a 27% increase over the approximated cost. Perhaps I had a less than bright person giving me the quote or it's a form of bait and switch. At least they took the car in at the appointment time and only took an hour to complete the job. When I go for a battery for my other car I don't think I'll trust meine key with Meineke. Live and learn!

I only needed to get a safety confirmation for a tire. A gentleman was yelling in the back. No, I won’t serve him. I won’t serve him. He was yelling at a young lady at the front and telling her he wasn’t going to serve me and definitely made me feel completely uncomfortable. I do not and will not recommend this place as long as that gentleman is still there. The gentleman had long hair and worked on both the front desk and car area.

They have not only handled my car professionally but also rescued it after I had a terrible experience with Tiresplus (Memorial Dr) and helped me get the emissions done on time - twice! Cannot thank them enough. Manager is great and so is the staff. They know what they are doing and are not shy to communicate transparently. My only auto repair shop from now on.

The guy Rommel who runs this location is an absolute detriment to a business. He is unprofessional and has the mental stability of a child. I have used this location due to their speed and seemingly always having availability, obvious red flag I see. Issue one, he will quote you a price and when you hold him to that number he gets an attitude about it. Attempted to charge me $109 more than quoted and I called him out on it so it was reduced with an attitude. If he tells you that your car will be ready by 2pm and you call at 4pm because no one reached out he will give you an attitude and the line of we will call you when its ready. Don't quote times and prices if they aren't accurate. The latest incident was the least professional I have seen someone be in the service industry. He did a repair a few months ago on a car that I don't drive much. Mostly short trips to gym or to get food so the issue seemed to have been fixed. I started having crazy issues with shifting so I called a relative who's a 30 tech and I was advised to take to a reputable transmission shop. The transmission shop let me know that I was 2.5 quarts low on fluid when they pulled the pan to do the filter and pan swap along with drain and refill. They also let me know that there were no leaks detected so the only obvious issue is the fluid level not being properly checked and replaced after the condenser repair. I asked why the issue took so long to show up. Given the short 2-3 mile trips I mostly use that car for it never heated up to the point where issues would arise. When changing the pan there were more metal shavings than they would like to see, most likely due to the low fluid level. I called this guy just to give him feedback. I didn't ask for a credit or anything in return just passing along feedback. He was as demeaning as usual with his typical attitude. Luckily, I recently moved so I won't have to deal with using this shop again. Do yourselves a favor and go another mile down the street to Mccullough Auto Care or Northgate Automotive. They are topflight in customer service and very fair in pricing.

I've been getting my vehicles serviced at Meineke sandy springs for about 10 years ( Honda Odyssey, Pilot, Toyota Camry). They do high quality work at a fair price. The owner is honest and communicates well. if they are busy, he'll tell you when is a good time to come in and they always do a good job. i highly recommend .

I generally take my cars to the dealership. This time I tried meineke for a repair the dealer wanted over 4,000 to complete. I paid much less at Meineke. They were professional, completed the repair 2 hours sooner than they promised and my Range Rover feels GREAT!

They are a crooked operation. I got charged $320 for and oil change on my silverado diesel. Any chevy dealer would have charge me $142.50. When I challenged them on it they got offensive. Never again I had 5 vehicles with them. Beware is all I gotta say!!! It was all good till it wasn't! They will jam you!

Meineke did a fantastic job, and I really appreciated how honest and family-oriented they are. I’m actually from Virginia and usually had a trusted mechanic back home that I’d seen since I was 16, so I rarely used other shops. But the integrity at this Meineke in Georgia won me over. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future car fixes and diagnostics.
