Mondo is a scammer. I had a problem with my timing belt as I said, but the mechanic replaced a starter, so i was charged for a job that wasn’t even required. I needed to called several times to get my parts back. I was so unhappy with his service i would not recommend it.

Bad Business Practices!!! Make sure you get quotes in writing!! Ask a lot of questions too before they work on your car. Mondo works also with his son, and I don’t think he is fully capable to work alone on cars. If you’re a female and don’t know much about the car “under the hood” GO W/ A MAN!! You go in there for 1 problem, you come out with several others. Refuse to fix what they were negligent on and demand payment. I wish Auto Zone never referred me to them. The money you save, it’s not worth the headache. He seems very nice and helpful but once you call him out on his wrongdoing, split personality comes out. Steer clear from this family business!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Aside from being unprofessional and "hood". This was the absolute worst experience I've had with a mechanic shop. Mondroit (Mondo) will assure you he knows what he's doing but you will end up with a car that has more problems than you started out with. Horrible service. Can't say you haven't been warned. Disregard the fake 5 star reviews and save yourself some time and money.

I usually don’t do reviews but Mon is an excellent macanic. He’s over the top serious about his work. He’s very caring. I’ve been to him multiple times for work being done on a previous suv I used to own. This is the only macanic that I trust to work on my car(s). I will and always will be a loyal customer. Oh and the location of the shop is so convenient it’s like literally 4 or 5 minutes away from me. So that’s a plus. Keep up the good work Mon.

Worst experience ever I paid almost 2000 dollars for a fuel pump replacement at lease that what I was told from Mondo the mechanic this was the issue was with my vehicle. But that wasn’t the problem at all when I paid and received my vehicle back I still had the same issue with my vehicle. It’s just disgusting and unprofessional I would highly recommend you not to go to this auto shop unless you want to be disappointed scammed or played!!! I’ve lost money time and satisfaction because of their incompetence and lack of quality work! #1Janky promoters get out of the city with this junky cheap scape business. This place is not a business it’s a problems for the people citizens hard working individuals worst experience business wise ever need to be boycotted!!!!

If it weren’t for the mechanic MONDO, I would have given this place fewer stars. He was very professional and understanding with great customer service. Next time I come here I’ll be sure to go directly thru him because there was miscommunication with the owners from the time I dropped my vehicle off until the time I was connected with Mondo. When I towed my vehicle here, the lady who answers the phone told me I’d get a call once it was diagnosed. On that call I was told the diagnosis, cost and that it was fixed eventhough I never authorized repair. The repair was great but the owners customer service could be better. Also be sure you call to confirm the restrictions for the discount coupons on the website.

Took a family weekend to Atlanta and started having transmission problems as soon as we hit the outskirts of the city. Mondo and Natalie were the only garage to answer my frantic call on a Saturday and be there to help me out in a pinch. They worked hard to do all they could and I’m forever grateful for their service. 10/10, highly recommended!

On my first experience doing business with these individuals I was excited about possibly finding a skilled and most importantly honest auto mechanic to lock in and take any and all my automobile issues to. Even better I felt good supporting a black business that supported a black family..I've recently used their services for the 3rd and last time after realizing this place is everything but honest..every time my estimate is hundreds of dollars short of what the total actually ends up being...225 turned to 560...780 turned into 1200 . And on the last visit the car was lef there by myself and picked up by someone else so they took the opportunity to lie about the amount of money already paid into the repair cost in order to steal a couple hundred more dollars...After telling me the job I needed done would be about 4 hours but could be done that night I ended up waiting 6 1/2 hours. Seeing as though I was asked for a favor to provide 500 dollars up front in order for them to purchase the part to repair the vehicle with i decided id ask for a favor which was to bring back the last 300 the following day. All of a sudden the job could no longer be completed that night it was probably after midnight and I was forced to now get myself home without a vehicle ..Very Unprofessional...Very Dishonest...using this company for repairs will definitely be a Very big mistake... **UpDate** 10/19/2023 If I as a man understood cars? I'm trying to understand that ...I'm supposed to understand cars because im a man? I hope u just didn't think that through in the midst of being upset about the truth I put in my review of my experience with the before mentioned place of busy. What I do understand as a man and father is the importance of honesty...As a man and previous business management major iunderstand business...the importance of the repeat customer as it pertains to longevity...Lastly I'm sure everyone took notice that you didn't deny the other important things in my review....

Single women have a very very had time finding a good honest Auto mechanic because of The obvious reasons. Well male or female you will be in capable trusting hands with Mondo. I drove 25 mile to his shop based on the recommendation of my daughter. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE!! EVER!! Thanks so much Mondo and his partner Natalie was very professional and the follow up was on point!!! **UPDATE** second experience was not as good as the first one. I had to keep calling him to get the final diagnostic information about the car. Very poor follow through it.

I had the best experience I definitely recommend this company its 10 out of 10 great company you guys should definitely look into them. They do everything from fixing your door handle AC engine. Whatever you need they are there in the best part is that they are mobile they can definitely come to you and also they have a shop and I say a 10 out of 10 from great customer service. Yes, let Roadrunnerz Automotivez fix it! Roadrunnerz come to you if you breakdown, or you can pull up. From a small oil change to a large transmission drop in, this shop gives fast and friendly customer interactions with the services. I mean they, answered my question honestly and didn't try to oversale, to me things I didn't want. They even offered me a discount on services, with telling them my financial hardships. This was a delightful experience overall. I am glad I found them. Ok, so they worked with MY schedule, even worked after hours a few times. The prices are better than reasonable and they worked with me when i needed more time to pay. This is a Family owned & operated business, that really tries to help others. They treats you like family. Roadrunnerz stay busy so, sometimes there's a wait. But it's worth it. I only have my cars serviced by Roadrunnerz Automotivez now. You should too! Not paid or solicited

🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑✋Do not take your car to these ppl. These are the biggest crooks that I’ve ever met. I took my car to these ppl and they were supposed to do a diagnostic (which they told me the diagnostic would cost $200. So I payed it. Then they came back and tried to charge me $100 more) and see if my vehicle protection plan would cover the damage. Every time I called them to get the verdict from the vehicle protection they told me that they would call me back. Then one day out of the blue they call me and say that the vehicle is fixed and that it’s gonna cost $2200. They never got in touch with vehicle protection. When I told them it doesn’t work like that and that they should have gave me the price before work was done, the told me to make them an offer for my property and that they would charge everyday for storage. THIS IS EXTORTION. I AM NOW IN A COURT BATTLE TO GET MY CAR BACK

Hello Mondo, This is Mykel Hernandez. You recently worked on my mother’s car, the blue Malibu. I have all the paperwork regarding the repairs and what was reportedly wrong with it. Unfortunately, I’ve discovered that the repairs were not only faulty but also put my mother’s safety at serious risk. The fuel is leaking and exposed in the motor, which could have caused a fire. I want to state that I did not manipulate any parts. I simply lifted the hood of the car and nothing else. My mother, who lost her sense of smell after contracting COVID over a year ago, couldn’t detect the issue, but I noticed the smell and identified the problem. This situation is unacceptable, especially given the amount of money that has been spent. I am arranging for another diagnostic via dealership and have scheduled to pay a retainer on Monday to ensure this matter is addressed through proper legal channels in Georgia. Never go to this place. My first experience... Supposed to have fixed my brakes he said matter cylinder he tell me to come get it it's done. I ride less than 2 miles the same thing happened. It cost me about a thousand. Next here comes my transmission. He said man gimme 3200 he'll fix my transmission in a week. It took from Labor Day till the Monday before Thanksgiving. He tells me it ready. I get there. He tells me I'm short transmission fluid can I go to store and get some. Ride the truck he says when I pull up at the auto parts store I hop out my truck it just start rolling. Shifting cable? Anyway the next day my truck keeps blowing fuses my fog lights don't work they broke a head light. He said some wires was touching my frame. Fixed that. I think I'm good. Nope!!! While driving to the store my drive shaft falls out. Took a few days he send his son to fix it. That was a Monday. Tuesday I hop in my truck transmission shot idk what happened but he said he ain't fixing nothing. Say it ain't his fault it isn't anything he can do. So after 4 thousand dollars, multiple tows, and almost 4 months. I gotta walk past my vehicle to get to the bus stop in the rain.

I can not believe I let my own neighbors rob me! Instead of trusting them I should have read the reviews. It took them a year to give me back my car that was still not fixed. They lied every step of the way. Even saying they were taking the time to detail. Never did any of that. I have my car back and now I have to sue to get my money back. It really be your own people. DO NOT GO HERE. Now I see them in the comments arguing with the people who money they stole. Be aware! Do not be like me!!
