My experience with this establishments wasn’t very pleasant. They tried to sell me a worn tire. When I asked if they could find a better tire I was told,” Thats the best we have.” When I asked if he could look again the attendant responded, “ I’m not going to spend all day looking for a tire.” So I asked if I could look, he went to the back and low and behold found a suitable tire. I also don’t appreciate the $3 credit card fee.

10/24/22 - There was a fire inside the building recently. In spite of that, these guys are working out in the parking lot making it happen. I’m from out of town and needed my tires balanced. I called around and theirs was the best price in the Fairburn/Douglasville area so I went. Learned about the fire while I was there. The guys were all in good moods and working hard. They got me in for a balance as soon as a spot in the parking lot opened up. I was very pleased with the attitudes, the service, and the work. If I’m ever in need of tire work while I’m in the area, they’ll be the first ones I call.

I had 4 new tires put on my truck. The place is busy so I arrived at 7:30. On Tuesday they open at 8 AM. I was the first customer. Service was fast and excellent! I was finished by 9 AM. By the way, they also have a mechanic on duty.

This is one prejudice place the gentlemen's (white) did not want to serve my fiance' and I instead of giving us customer service they stand off to the side and talk about us. We went to have our tires put own and we also had our own tires so from what I was observing and feeling they were upset cause we brought our own tires instead of purchasing tires from them. Another gentleman (black)took the time to service us and he gave us excellent customer service. If it wasn't for this gentleman we would of just been stocked there trying to put on our own tires.Damn shame.

Great people great service. Always fast and got me some good deals on tires same day (I was basically on racing slicks at this point) got it done in a really short time. Also when I was younger if we’d bust a bike inner tube we could take it up there and they’d get it fixed for the kids for free and eventually started carrying new bike inner tubes this has been 20+ years ago now but you always remember kindness

I love this place!!!! The guys are amazing and very knowledgeable. If they don’t know the answer to your question they will definitely find out. My favorite is the big guy with tattoos and the guy with the eyebrow piercing 🥰🥰🥰. When I went this particular time the owner wasn’t there but he is amazing as well!!!! Their tires are the best and they give you different options to your liking. I love you guys!!!!
