Super clean, organized, and associates are EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! Victor was the nicest and most helpful associate I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. My dad was my mechanic and sadly passed last year. I ask Mr. Victor if I could watch him install my battery because I need to learn for myself now that he’s gone. He not only let me watch but broke it all down and explained it to me. I didn’t tell him this but his patience and small act of kindness made me feel like I had my dad back for a brief moment. The Manager With The Grey And Black Dreads Has To Be The Most Unprofessional Person On Earth. I Observed Him Micro Manage A Coworker Who Was Doing The Best They Could And Doing It Right As He Criticized His Thoroughness All While Slipping In And Out Of Consciousness. When It Came My Turn He Slowly And Abusively Redirected Me To Autozone Across The Street Because The Line Was Long And The System Was Slow. I Came Back The Next Day And Was Hoping He Wasn’t There and He Was. I Have A Commercial Account But Chose To Pay Full Cost At Autozone Rather Than Shop At This Mental Institution.
