Horrible service! The technician didn’t know what he was doing when it came to my vehicle being aligned, and he tried to over charge me as well. After the service, my vehicle still wasn’t aligned properly, which caused more damage to my vehicle. I’m advising you to stay away from this company.

Was quoted one price on the phone...but was told a different price when I got there...spent over $130 on 3 tires...which one was bad...had to go back 2 different times on 2 different days back to back...only to be told that the tire i bought had to be replaced and they wanted me to purchase another tire...which I said that I was not going too...because that was their tire they had put on when I purchased them 48 hours prior...the guy who helped me got an attitude after I said that...it had to take another guy telling him that it was okay for me to leave before he moved out the way to let me leave...I won't be going back because of the service and the language barrier

I bought four tires from MLK about 6 weeks ago. They were advertised as good tires with no problems or repairs. It turns out one of the tires had a gaping hole in it (see pictures) and was unusable (unpatchable). The manager allowed me to exchange the damaged tire for an identical tire they had in stock. At this point, all seemed to be fine. I go to get all four tires to be put on today and it turns out another one of the tires had a puncture in the sidewall - which rendered that tire unusuable and unpatchable as well. TWO of the FOUR tires I bought from this place were complete junk and unusable. This is not only a huge inconvenience, but dangerous as well. The tires this shop seems to sell of are highly questionable origin and many seem to be damaged even though they are advertised as being good. Unless you are extremely desperate for a tire, I would recommend buying somewhere else.

I don’t ever really post reviews regarding service even if it’s terrible but I have to say I was very disappointed with my last service that I had here. First of all, I came there to get all four tires done for the price of $186, which is a good price but I was being harassed by the main technician the whole time and he was told repeatedly that I’m in a relationship and that I wasn’t interested AT ALL. Secondly, he kept saying he gave me the “best tires” but come to find out one of them has a plug in it and has terrible tread which I will attach photos for proof. Lastly, I never really had issues with them in the past but this incident alone has caused them to lose a reoccurring customer. Overall, the price they charge you speaks for itself and I will now spend the extra dollar to get better service and quality. I called them about this issue and they hung on about this first while I was explaining all of this and I called a second time and they offered for me to come back but I honestly don’t even think it’s worth the hassle, I’d rather pay another place to do it for me.

I went to get an alignment. I was told the shop opened at 10am, I got there at 9:45am. Upon arriving, there were two cars already being serviced & Ray was the only one there. Unfortunately he & I had a slight hiccup in communication, to which I ended up sitting for an hour before actually being serviced. When Daniel arrived at 10:35am he was not only very apologetic, was also polite, & quick with his work. Ray also apologized for the lack of & miscommunication in timing but overall the work done was great. Thank you guys again!!

I'm glad that they were open. It was about 10 miles from the airport where I got a flat tire. Only issue I waited like an hour after the tow truck dropped me there, and they didn't go in the order that I arrived. They take Apple Pay which is good, because I don't have cash. They fixed everyone's tires that came after mine and I was still sitting there over an hour. Everyone had came and left, and I was still sitting there. I was there for over an hour. He charged me $50. I guess that was my charge for the inconvenience. I will not go there under normal circumstances, but I am glad that they were open 24 hours. It's not far from the airport about 11 miles. Follow-up This is what happened to the tire I got from there in the last photo. Don't go there! Only two weeks later.

Do. Not. Come. Here!!!! I bought a tire from them on 2/5 after I blew out returning from my daughter’s pediatric checkup. Drove 3 hours away the very next day and my car started shaking like it was 2 degrees outside!!!!! Put my life and my children’s lives in danger. I called them to get a replacement tire. They told me to come up to have the tire looked at. I get here (I’m sitting in their parking lot right now) only to have the guy acknowledge that the tire is warped and that is what is causing the shaking…. But instead of replacing the tire he told me he can’t do anything because I paid in cash and the guy who put the tire on is not here. Do not purchase your tires from here. Do not support these people if you value your money and your safety. If I could give negative stats I absolutely would. To address the owners claim that I did not have a receipt or proof of purchase, that is completely absurd! You offer customers who pay in cash a discount so they won’t ask for any receipt. My car started shaking literally the next day (but I was 3 hours away and couldn’t get back). You all should be ashamed of scamming hard working people. I ended up having to pay $70 and get an entirely new tire from a different tire shop. I will likely have to bite the bullet and buy 4 new tires next month because of this experience! Beware and do not do business with these scammers. They are unethical, liars, and thieves. I have filled a complaint with the BBB! The fact that they are saying every customer leaves with a receipt is a total lie! Please please avoid these liars like the plague!!!!!! Save your time money and sanity. I ended up buying a new tire and I’ve filed complaints everywhere I could! If I can save even one person from making the mistake I did that is all I ask! Beware! Terrible tires that they know are bad and poor customer service is an understatement!

I started to feel the car wobbling and I thought maybe it just needed a little bit of air saw wires coming out the inside of the tire so I googled tire shop near me and this place popped up fantastic service pulled me right in change the tire 45 bucks out the door can’t beat it.
