I took my Tesla here in July to get serviced, after waiting a couple months to even get an appointment. I left my car there for a couple days - insurance came out and inspected the car with the shop and came up with an estimate. I picked my car back up and talked with Scott from BC, who told me things went well, and we would just be waiting on parts to arrive (he gave an estimate of late Aug), which was all well and fine by me. Now late Sept arrives, and my insurance calls for an update. I tell them I haven't heard a peep from BC, and insurance decides to give them a call on my behalf. BC proceeds to tell my insurance they have no record of me coming in, and deny doing any sort of estimate with them. So BC essentially wasted 5-6 months of my time, considering how long it took to even get my original appt. What upset me the most was the lack of communication, and not even having the decency to call me if they decided that the work wasn't worth it for the estimated price, or some other reason. I wouldn't bring your Tesla here - and I would seriously consider not working with them in general

These guys are completely unethical. I recently had some work done on my current car and it reminded me how bad these guys were several years ago. I had about 3k of front end damage which I brought here. Took them 3 weeks to finish the work. When I drove it out of their lot it was dead on the side of the road within 10 minutes. Turns out they had damaged the radiator and the engine was destroyed by the leaking radiator fluid. Rather than take responsibility they hid my car from me at a random Toyota dealership. I literally had to hunt my car down as they completely cut off communication. I had to take the hit on my insurance and the car was a total loss. Between buying a new car and increased insurance premiums these guys cost me thousands of dollars. Do not take your car here.

Incredible service! Someone broke into our car via the back window while on vacation (+2 more windows and broke the hatch to our trunk) and although Buckhead couldn't meet our timeline, due to a lot of customers ahead of us, traveling cross country etc they helped get our car driveable. They were kind and honest and got us where we needed to be quickly. So impressed with this business.

I took my Tesla to get an estimate about 3 weeks ago. Scott took some pictures and said he would call in a couple of days after getting State Farm to approve some modifications. I waited for a week and called. Left message with a member who answered. No response. Since then over the last 2 weeks I have attempted to talk with Scott 4 times and left messages. He has not had the courtesy to call me back. I was told he is the only person who can help me This is just to get an appointment to get car fixed. I had to drive 200 miles to go to them, as there no shops that can fix Tesla. What a shame! Sept 19 Since then, I have gotten an email. Apparently, Scott had told me the best way to contact him is by email. I don’t remember that. When I try to call him several times none of his co-workers told me to send him an email.

My son was in a bad car accident while visiting Atlanta. Buckhead Collision was highly recommended to me and I saw why. Scott from Buckhead went out of his way to get the car towed to his location very shortly after and then wrote up the estimate within a reasonable amount of time. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and responded to my e-mails promptly. Unfortunately, the car was totaled but even then, Scott went above and beyond....mailed me some items I needed from the car so I wouldn't have to make the 11 hour drive down. He was professional, courteous & reliable. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop and even though I hope to not need their services in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to call them if I do. Thank you Scott and Buckhead Collision!

I brought in a Camry with an easily repairable dent to pop out. They tried to tell me that the whole bumper had to be replaced for $1,200. I went to another shop and got it popped out for less than 1/6 of that price. I’m only giving a 2 because then lady who helped me was nice.

They did a good job fixing my car, which had a rear bumper collision, but the biggest issue with the place is that whenever I called them, they would say that there is some new issue (which is fine) but they would not have sent a supplement to the insurance company. They woulr send it after I've called like 2-3 times, the insurance only took 2-3 days to reply, but these guys took a week to send a supplement, twice. And they do not communicate. I had to email them and call them around 15 times in a span of a month. But they do fix the car really good. No problems there.

I love this place. I trust them with my car, which is huge... I don't trust anyone with my car! Scott was super helpful and transparent and I appreciated his communication when I had an issue with my insurance company, which meant the work on my car took twice as long as they had initially estimated. It was no fault of their own-- insurance is just a hassle, and he was open and honest with me about it throughout the whole process. As a woman, I don't typically like dealing with car shops due to them treating me like I'm incapable of understanding, but it wasn't like that with Scott. I hope I never need them again, but in the event I do, I'll definitely be back.

Service was amazing. Took quite some time, but it was worth it. They were also patient with me during this time. I was having personal issues and they were very understanding when I was a little frustrated, but after Discussing what I was going through they were very compassionate and actually when I called they would always ask me how I was doing and is everything OK? Paul could have easily match my energy when I call but Instead, he stayed calm and work with my schedule. You never know what people are going through in life, but I appreciate that he stayed calm and professional.

I was referred to Buckhead Collision by the Jaguar dealership for a relatively simple dent repair on my aluminum-bodied car. Since not all places handle aluminum, I trusted the referral. Big mistake. What should've been a straightforward job turned into an absolute nightmare. My car sat in their shop for over three months. I was told, "Just two more weeks," repeatedly--almost like clockwork every couple of weeks, with no real progress or explanation. At one point, I was told the delay was because they needed to install a windshield--a task that should take 15 minutes. That turned into weeks. Then I was told the glass broke and had to be reordered, but they couldn't provide any documentation to support this or anything else the insurance company needed. Now, I'm stuck with a rental car bill because they failed to communicate or supply what's required for my claim. The dent was eventually repaired, but the entire process was completely unprofessional. What's worse: it became clear my car had been sitting idle for weeks, untouched. There's no paper trail, no updates, and no urgency. I feel completely misled. If you value your time, money, and sanity, go somewhere else. Being referred by the Jaguar/Range Rover dealership should mean something--but in this case, it just sent me straight into a mess. Update: Jaguar/Range Rover states they will ensure ALL service managers are aware that they will not refer anyone here again.

A deer decided to impale itself on the side of my car, shops were going to take months to get it even looked at. I talked to Scott, he could get it in his shop and at least get an estimate so I could move forward with insurance. Scott kept me updated throughout the process and was always happy to answer questions, and look at areas I asked as well. I picked up my car and it looks brand new again!! He did such a great job aligning the new hood and new door. There's no uneven gaps or anything wrong with the replacement parts. Doors and hoods are very hard to align and seat properly so kudos to them for getting it right! I will definitely be back if I ever have any other body work or paint work. They also matched the 2 year old color perfectly! I'm very impressed. Definitely go to him if you want your car fixed right!

I recently brought my brand new 2025 Mercedes GLE 53 AMG to Buckhead Collision to address some scratches that occurred during transport from out of state. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely top-tier. Upon arriving, the team promptly assessed the damage and assured me they could handle the scratches right away. True to their word, they took care of everything on the spot, and when I left, my GLE looked flawless. The level of customer service was exceptional—efficient, professional, and attentive. It’s rare to find a company that goes above and beyond like this. I highly recommend Buckhead Collision. You simply can’t get better service anywhere else!

Excellent repair, but terrible customer service. It took the shop two months just to replace a bumper. While I understand the need for additional repairs, the lack of communication was extremely frustrating. If you are a Tesla owner, you’re better off taking your car to an official Tesla Collision Center. Avoid this place at all costs. George is a wonderful person to work with, and the two stars are for you, kind man. Scott — you seriously need to work on your communication. Part of your job is to absorb the customer’s frustration. You had my car for two months for a bumper replacement. Do you really think I wouldn’t stop by sometime to expedite the process? And by the way, no update is still an update. You seriously need to reflect on this. Sending supplement requests to my insurance as soon as deemed necessary is your core responsibility. I was not surprised you failed to do that. I still cannot believe I had to call my insurance on your behalf to get my car back. I have wasted weeks of my time.
