My mother used this business. Kevin was her technician. He kept her car for almost 3 mos and never repaired it as promised. Then he charged her a garage fee after he refused to repair it. He was paid in full by her insurance and refused to refund her. He also removed parts from her car without letting her know. When she finally got her car back it wasn't the same. He even told her insurance company that he will not repair her car. I've never seem such poor customer service in my life! My advice is that if you are a single female, or even a elderly female, I wouldn't recommend you go to them.

Long story short, my car was hit and I wanted to keep it. I took the salvaged title and a check from insurance. I looked around for body shops around the area and found elite auto collision. Met kevin one day for an estimate and it was a very fair price. Set up a date to get my car towed from my house to his shop and he didn’t waste any time starting the work. All I needed was 2 doors a couple patches and pulled out the B pillar. Not an impossible job but after 2 weeks the work was complete and one week later everything was paint matched to my car. I am very pleased with the work kevin and the other mechanics have done on my car. I would recommend anyone who is needing an honest shop to here. Kevin is very accessible by texting or calling whenever I had any concerns or questions. 5/5 work for the trustworthy and honest employees. Thanks again!

I stopped by Elite because it was close to the house and glad I did. I always trust reviews and he got a bad one so I asked him about it and he put me at ease that he had tried everything possible to please the person, but some people you just can't please. He gave me a tour of his shop and then I felt completely comfortable using them. There were mostly luxury cars in for repairs and then when I asked him about the classic cars I saw, he said he was under contract to the movie industry. I felt comfortable that if he could fix a Porsche, then he could fix my truck and left the vehicle. Plus I even got a lift home. I had a problem from a previous mishap unrelated to the current claim, which I didn't want to turn in and pay another deductible on, and they wrangled the adjuster into including it. I was stunned and elated! My truck looks brand new and I couldn't be happier with them! I would recommend them all day long!

New LADIES DO NOT bring your car here. I brought my car here 5/14/2024 I gave these ppl 1800 dollars to tear my car up they kept my car for 3 weeks called me every other day asking for more money when they finally gave me my car back my abs lights and a few other lights was on it was a nightmare the car was riding crazy I just took my car to another shop they fixed it for 900 dollars 11/14/2024. they told me whoever u just had working on your car did a terrible job I will be seeing y'all in court with receipts!!!

This was the worst mistake I ever made was trusting them with my vehicle.The guy who claims to be the owner by the name of kevin stated he would be able to repair my vehicle once he saw the pictures and the estimate from the last collision company that was february 2025 after having my vehicle all the way until July he reaches out and says it's ready for pick up when I get there to pick up my vehicle.Things are still incomplete and not pre.Accident condition, including them, working on a vehicle that has white leather seats.And they were so Smart they didn't put anything on the seats while repairing the vehicle. July 18 2025 my vehicle still is not complete.I keep getting the run around now.He's saying he's gonna order things that should have been ordered.When he had my vehicle in his possession.The claim still is open with my insurance company they have paid him over 30k .The owner is a liar when he first got my vehicle and asked me to bring it to him to repair.He also mentioned.I would get a vehicle depreciation.Check in the amount of over four thousand dollars once he said the vehicle was complete which it isn't he act like he doesn't remember telling me that information as well as giving me the run around for reimbursement for rental car for him keeping my vehicle so long. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR USE THEM FOR ANY REPAIRS YOU EILL REGRET IT !!!!!! I'M AT A POINT.THEY SCREWED ME OVER SO MUCH THAT I NO LONGER EVEN WANT THE VEHICLE.THAT'S HOW BAD OF SERVICE AND THEY ARE AN UNPROFESSIONAL This explains why they are not considered part of any insurance company network.They are so bootleg

I must say hands down worse experience with a shop ever. Quality of works and customer service was atrocious. Victor, the tech being the root of the issue. It began with him stating he order the wrong grill... then after reordering it... you see below what I recieved. The grill after less than a month has all the chrome falling off, doesnt fit and obviously crooked. Also the radiator filter is white and looks horrible when it was previously black. I advised him of the possible coolant issue and claimed to have checked it... not a chance. Coolant leaking from the vehicle. Should I go on... from claims to have parts that he never order and simply having to be followed up with on his alleged follow up times... STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE!

The folks at this shop are awesome! Called to see about an estimate for a minor repair and they were able to get me in immediately. Once I arrived, the issue (replacing a few plastic clips in the wheel well) was so quick and easy they had me in and out within 15 minutes! The office manager, Megan, is super friendly and personable, too! If you need any repairs, be sure to give Elite Auto Collision a call- they've definitely earned my future business!

I was actually referred to Elite Auto Collision, though they are out the way. I have to say they showed me through their action how knowledgeable, detailed and assure before giving you the finish product it is on point. My car looks better than before my accident. The staff are down to earth and professional. Our communication improved as we went through the process. There were many struggles in dealing with my auto insurance, they handled that and educated me on that process. I am extremely happy with the overall services provided and relationships that have developed out of this experience.

If I could give no stars I would! Very rude! No customer service! It’s the owner. Kevin rude! He was a short man, low cut, and very rude. Didn’t even try to give me a quote or an estimate cause I wanted to pay out the pocket. I’ve never been to a place that had less customer service. I will not be coming back here!!! Too money hungry for me
