Got wheels painted here by a nearby wheel shop where I purchased new wheels and needed a custom red color to match a 2023 lexus. Requested multiple times to have one wheel be painted as a rough draft and have photos sent prior to doing all four wheels. Took 2 weeks past what was quoted and in their haste made the situation worse by painting all 4 without a confirmation from me. No excuse in these days for that to happen with camera phones in everyones hand. No biggie in the grand scheme. Issue was easily fixable by myself or another shop if I had the color code and manufacturer to fix. So after not following instructions, I requested the color code and manufacturer and immediately got a "will send you the color code when I get a chance." Have texted 3 times afterwards with no response. Its repeated behavior at this point and indicative of this businesses character. They communicate with little to no regard for your needs or respect. Honest communication and business integrity normally go hand in hand. Beware! Edit - Replied to this review by making a empty apology but still never sent me the color code that actually matter. Again stay away!
