I came in with my front headlight busted out and a bumper that was completely detached to the front of my car. I was able to come in and get a quick estimate and parts ordered within 30 minutes! The staff was super nice and flexible with my scheduling, and really made an effort to give me the best price of anywhere else I went. The car was fixed super quick and it looked great. These guys rock!

This was the worst experience ever it's not even worth a star but I had to give it something in order leave my review. I dropped my vehicle off July 27th 2020 I was promised to have it back in a week. Didn't get my car back untill Aug 20th 2020 and the paint job was still a mess. Went to this location and was given a quote on a paint job from Jay (manager)we were satisfied with the price so we put down a $200 deposit and was to pay the remaining balance that Tuesday when we returned to pick up the vehicle no problem. Tuesday I send my boyfriend to pick up the car and they had painted the car but didn't do any of the body work that was included in the quote. I was told that it was a miscommunication on the company's behalf. Ok so now I'm given another date to come pick up my car. This happened two more times I was given date's to come back to pick up my car because the paint job was still a mess. Fast Forward Aug 20th 2020 go to pick up my car and the car was still a mess and they had the nerve to tell me that Jay told them not to do anymore work on my car because they had done enough already and we didn't have to pay the remaining balance. The sad part about this whole experience is that I paid my money for a service that was supposed to have taken a week but some how it turned into almost a month and the car STILL LOOKS A MESS. I WOULDN'T DARE REFER ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION. Now I have to pay someone else to fix what they didn't. This Location Is Unprofessional and has Poor Customer Service. Both pictures are after pictures. UPDATE: I'm just now receiving a call back from CORPORATE Sept 14, 2020 (I had to reach out to them twice before I received a call back) this company is trash. I see why this location is low rated corporate dosen't believe in honoring their policy nor do they believe in professionalism because everyone that I spoke with had a nonchalant attitude like it is ok to take our hard earned money and give us a Kindergarten paint job well it's not. Looking at the reviews this has happened on more then one occasion and that's lets you know that Maaco Collision Repair is all about a dollar and not good quality work or pleasing a paying customer. Once again do not use this location their a rip off the worst experience ever.

I had a very disappointing experience with Joe and Terell Barnes. I brought my vehicle in for repairs, and shortly after leaving, the engine stopped working. The owner acknowledged my concerns, and I informed them that I would be pursuing legal action. I have since filed a claim through the courts. The franchise owner, Pete Smith, has also been reported. Based on my experience, I would not recommend bringing your car here. Please be sure to read the negative reviews, many describe similar issues.

I was in an accident in April 2023 and went to Maaco for an estimate to give to my adjuster. After my adjuster sent the payment, I took my car to Maaco for repairs and paid in cash. Now, less than two years later, the paint is peeling on the replacement bumper they installed and painted. I reached out to them, hoping to have it repainted since it hasn’t even been two years. However, they claim they have no records from that time due to a new system. I don’t have a receipt, but I provided them with the original estimate, my VIN number, and even a survey I received after the repair. Despite this, they’re giving me the runaround. It’s frustrating because my car is a 2023 Hyundai, and the paint shouldn’t be peeling—especially only on the part they replaced. I even sent pictures, but they still haven’t responded.

Based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I found the manager, Terrell Barnes, difficult to communicate with and unprofessional. During my visit, he mentioned that another employee, Joe, had recently been let go due to multiple complaints. A part installed on my vehicle failed, causing my car to stop on the highway and putting my family at risk. Pete Smith, the president, acknowledged that the issue was their fault and agreed to cover five days of a rental car. I accepted under the impression that the repair would take about five days, but they kept my car from October 28th to November 18th. In the end, they offered less than half of what I was owed for rental costs, and I did not accept the check. I am now taking my vehicle to another shop to ensure everything was reinstalled properly. Although this location has some positive reviews, my experience aligns with many of the negative ones. In my opinion, be cautious, if you leave a critical review, their only response may be to provide the shop’s phone number, which I found unhelpful.

I had an excellent experience with this body shop from start to finish. I dropped my car off the same day I received the quote, which was already a huge plus. They began working on my car on Monday and provided a clear update later that day, letting me know when work started and what the next steps would be. On Tuesday, they called to let me know the paint job was completed and would be dry by 4 PM, exactly as promised. The turnaround time was fast, communication was consistent, and most importantly — the work looks amazing. The paint and body work came out flawless, and my car looks brand new again. If you’re looking for a body shop that’s professional, efficient, and does high-quality work, I would absolutely recommend them.
