Stay as far away from this business as possible. We were visiting in Atlanta on Saturday, June 4 when we broke the driver side mirror of our 2012 Honda Odyssey. It was late in the afternoon and we did not have many options so a family member found this business on the Internet and gave us the number. The person who answered the phone sounded out of sorts and at times unintelligible, but he promised that he could not only get the part we needed replaced but have it installed the following day at 10 AM. This individual requested an advance of $140 so that he could buy the part and we would pay him another $92 upon completion of the job. Because we desperately needed to leave Atlanta on that Sunday, June 5 we did give in to his cash app request with his well knowing that we needed the job done ASAP on June 5 as we had to leave for Savannah without a possible return to Atlanta. Sunday morning was when we soon realized what a terrible mistake we had made calling JV Auto LLC. This horrible & dishonest individual came up with an excuse on why he needed to move the job further into the day on Sunday. He remembered he had church to attend, but could do the job at 2 PM. Sure enough he texted us at 2 PM that he got into a car accident, but could do the job the following morning knowing full well that was not an option for us. When we requested a refund of the money we had fronted, he claimed that he'd be unable to refund it all because the place he'd allegedly gotten the mirror from wouldn't give him a full refund. The difference that he claimed he could get back was $91, so that's what we asked for as a refund. Immediately, he ceased all communication and needless to say never refunded so much as a penny. I was desperate enough to believe in this scam artist because I had no other options at that time, but my warning to all of you is to never do business with JV Auto LLC and definitely do not cash app anyone in this line of service.

This business kept my car for 2 months without doing any work on it and I was constantly billed. I made payment hoping that my vehicle would be worked on quicker but that didn’t happen. Avoid this business at all cost because your car parts will be sold, this business is a scam and they will sell your car parts. This shop is a scam and you will question yourself whether you have a bad luck if you deal with this place. Please stay the heck away from this shop. I traced the history of this shop and he has left a bad impression at every location the shops had operated and now it’s on Riverdale Road… pease stay away if you care about your mental health because this business will drive you insane.

This guy tried to scam me so bad. He does not own the lot in the photo, he pays the owner to work on cars there. I guess he has a limit to how many cars he can have in the lot at one time because he had my car parked on the sidewalk illegally. Told me my car would be finished on a Friday. I checked in with him every other day leading up to Friday. Then called and asked what time should I pick up my car. He didn’t answer but text me back saying my car had been accidentally towed but they shouldn’t have taken it all they’ll give it back. How inconvenient! he’s saying I have to leave work to go get my car. I rush to pick it up, but it’s still not running so I have to pay to get my car out of there and pay for a tow. And pay a damn ticket. And miss money from work. Turns out the police towed it, ticketed it the day before and he never told me it had been sitting in a yard collecting higher fee for 72 hours! He said he would fix my car for free, but then when it was time to pick up my car he was asking for $250!!! I didn’t go for that I had to call for backup and roll up on him to get my car. He gave it to me but the car wasn’t even working couldn’t pass emissions. This guy was a nightmare and a fiend!
