The staff and customer service at Munich Motorsport are EXCELLENT. Jim (and staff) goes above and beyond the "basic standard" to educate customers about their vehicle performance, service, or repairs (if needed). I have owned various models of BMWs for more than 25 years and Munich Motorsport is a "top-tier" BMW service provider. I highly recommend Munich Motorsport because they strive to be “better” than BEST and guarantee their work at an “affordable” price. As a "female" customer of several years, they have not disappointed me…I trust them.

Best shop for our Mini Cooper we have found in the Atlanta Metro Area. They did a complete valve job a year ago, and we have been using them since. Great work at very fair prices, with excellent, friendly service. Can't say enough about how good this place is. Even the lobby/waiting room is good, with excellent furniture and decor, cleanliness, and a rack of good magazines.

I’m a student so costly BMW repairs are not really something I want/can pay for. However, Mr. Jim and his staff are top notch in prcing and even better in providing customer service. I could really tell he genuinely cared for me and I know they’ll take care of my vehicle. Plus, they have parts/labor warranty and years of experience to back the work. I’ll be getting my regular oil changes and other work done here after my first experience here. Pleasant.

if I could give them more stars, I would give them 100 🌟. I took my mini in for them to analyze a headlight issue. My appointment was for 0830 and before 0840 it was on the ramp. They were extremely welcoming, honest and thorough. After the analysis, I was given a suggestion and the price was unbelievable. I will now be a devoted customer and would recommend them for any work that you would need

I've been taking my 2009 BMW here since I first bought it used. I want to have BMWs my whole life just so I never have to go anywhere else to get my car worked on! These guys are amazing. They're very straight forward, honest, and know their stuff. They always bill me for exactly what they said they would, and I'm always kept up to speed on what they're doing with my car while it's in their care. They've always given me accurate quotes and are honest if they think an issue with my car can wait while I save up for the repair, or if they need to fix an issue pronto. I never want to take my car anywhere else. Munich is the best!

I definitely want to give credit to where credit is due. Everyone there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only company I let work on my car other than BMW for all my repairs. Jim and everyone has been patient with me, they have taken care of problems that bmw couldn’t figure out. Also, every repair that I had to pay out of pocket outside of my warranty has been reasonable prices. Way cheaper than bmw directly. The thing I love is that they treat you like family and has no problem telling you what needs to be done, or if something is wrong they will point it out to you. I’ve been to other repair shops and felt as if they were trying to get over on me. But here I don’t feel that. I love Munich Motorsport’s and I really appreciate the work that they do.

Absolutely fantastic service and at a totally fair price! Was quoted $2500(!!) for just a cracked brake light cover (it’s apparently a whole unit to replace) At Munich it was $440; we got that, trunk lifter hydraulics replaced, oil and brake change, window washer pump replaced and a loose bracket (bad rattle no more)-ALL for less than half the bodyshop quoted for just the darn brake light cover!! Excellent communications and follow up! 10/10 recommend.

We have been a MM patron for over 10 years. We have never been disappointed with the service and have always been treated superbly. They have worked on our Mini, X5, Audi, and M3. Today Jim went above and beyond and helped with our Son’s car that is far from ATL. He went out of his way to help and took his valuable time to ensure we had what we needed. This isn’t unusual for Munich - but as you know it’s very unusual in this market. Having car repairs is a hassle - the Munich team does a great job of removing the pain and charges very reasonable rates. They work hard to make sure you’re satisfied and have always cared for our car as much as we do.

Mr. Jim and the entire team are such a pleasure to work with. The customer service is exceptional, the work is phenomenal, and it’s an all around great experience. Before taking in my vehicle, the team has never had an issue with giving me a quote. I understand they won’t know for sure until they run a diagnostic, but it’s nice having a ballpark figure. Dropping of my vehicle is a breeze. They have a dropbox if you need to leave your vehicle outside of their normal business hours. The team is communicative and will keep you updated every step of the way. On average, repair prices are at least 1/3 of dealership repair prices in my experience. I took my vehicle to this shop because I saw online that they specialized in Mini’s. I dropped my vehicle off and when I picked it up the drivers side interior panels were pulled down and the hood latch was disconnected. So I spoke to Jim and he told me the car came there that way. Well there is one problem I have pictures of my vehicle one day prior to me dropping off the car because I was in the process of listing it for sale. Jim insisted the vehicle came there that way and offered no assistance. The paint was also damaged on the rocker panel. Do not take your car here they lack integrity. In response to this unprofessional person. The pictures speak much louder than your aimless pointless words. The pictures spoke so loud that AMEX took one look at them and charged your company back for the diagnosis services. I don’t know why you would think a customer would make some stuff like this up. Like I was not fully aware of the condition of the vehicle at drop off. We are not talking about major repairs this is simply a hood latch being connected and some panels being clipped back in. Why would I make a fuss over that if it was like that when I dropped it off. You should work on your people skills!! Have a great day and again a special thanks to Amex for assisting!

I booked an appointment for Brake services but no one showed up. The appointment was at 8am, I waited until 830am and saw someone come in through the back but he didn't open the shop. I called about 5x and it's hours later and no response. Very disappointed with the shop, a bit unprofessional.
