Came in for brakes and left with my faith in mechanics restored. These folks fixed my car AND survived every joke I threw their way from start to finish. No side eye, no attitude, just laughs, patience, and real help. They explained what was going on without making me feel clueless, didn’t try to upsell me into bankruptcy, and had me back on the road feeling safe and confident. If you want good work, good energy, and a place where your personality is welcome too, this is it. Johnell helped me in two occasions! One on Christmas Eve, Eve. I brought my car in that morning needing a good amount of work done. They were informative in showing me the issues and getting it done by the end of the day so I could make Christmas with my Mom. Brought it back a couple weeks later with a different issue that was tricky to find and he once again led the team to take care of me! I highly recommend this place as I don’t feel they push extra unnecessary work! Reliable and timely! Thankful!

I have been to this location multiple times and I really like the crew here; they have good teamwork, workflow and communication. Kristian was great and the manager was also very attentive to all the customers. When I arrived, there were 4 cars ahead of me in line. (There are 2 oil change bays: 2 lines that you enter from the Memorial Drive side). Each vehicle serviced ahead of me in line was about an average of 20 minutes per car. I was answering emails and phone calls in the meantime while everyone is getting cars ready for holiday travel. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent customer service! I called at 5:50 PM in desperate need of an oil change and asked Ryan if they could stay open just 10 minutes past closing. Without hesitation, he said, “We’ll stay open just for you.” Kameron, the technician, was also kind enough to take on another vehicle after a long day. BEWARE. I believe that I was taken advantage of and told that I needed new brakes on a car that was less than 2 years old and less than 25k miles. I visited on 2/13/2026 for a routine oil change. They upsold me on an air filter and routine maintenance. I was going on a trip so I agreed. Then they came to me and told me my front brakes were at 10% and my back brakes were at 15% and it was dangerous for me to be on the road. This was something I needed have done months ago. The price would be $1400. I was suspicious and did not agree. Luckily, I have family that owns a shop and I immediately drove down to their shop for a second opinion. After a full check, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes. I feel completely taken advantage of and will never go back to this place again. I was a consistent customer here based on convenience and have taken many cars here. I will never go there again.

I’ll be back with both of my cars. The service was quick even though I turned up at a busy time, I don’t consider the amount of time I waited excessive. My service partner was happy and courteous. She was knowledgeable and asked if there was anything else I’d like done at that time, so I replaced my wiper blades. This workshop is on my way home from work so it’s very well located for me but given its location, it’s well suited to many in Atlanta.

The company both at the Candler and Moreland locations were very courteous and professional. I initially contacted the Candler location and spoke with Zane. I explained my situation and to ensure I got the correct information I needed, he directed me to the Moreland location. I needed confirmation if my TPMS tire sensors were all out. They were thorough in their explanation and despite not doing the repairs today, they made sure my tires were properly inflated and I had no additional questions. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and integrity because they did not pressure me to have the work done.
