I felt as if the owner of the shop was really rude I would not recommend anyone come here if your a women or African American or Latino. The owner was not just rude but doesn't have updated knowledge on newer modeled cars. AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE... TOOK MY MONEY AND WAS RUDE

Called asking about a Lamp Inspection and how much it was, the individual on the phone hastly corrected me, "Uh, you mean a brake and light inspection?? Yea 60 bucks each, oh and it's by appointment only". Not too unusual, most inspections are appointment only. But not even a second after he said it was appointment only and before I could even reapond, he says "Call back when you know" and ended the call before I had the chance to say much at all. Instant poor impression, and proceeded to look elsewhere. Don't even want to imagine what the in person service is like...

Very rude guy! I will never deal with his business again! I’ve used him a few times for smog checks & all went well. This time my car didn’t pass due some code that needs to reset. I am not auto smart & I was asking a few questions trying to understand my issue. Whatever his name is like your car didn’t pass, someone has been working on it & I tried to explain but gathered it was pointless speaking any further to this man. Paid him for the test & will find another shop that treats customers with respect!

I had just picked up my car from the transmission shop around the corner so I stopped in and asked about a smog check. Without looking at me he asks what kind of car & responds "$45". My local place charges $19.95, which I tell him, and he responds "really..." like I'm lying, and then "good luck with that." So, I'm at my local shop now waiting for my car to be done. Can't speak of his work, but his demeanor & pricing suck.

In San Jose, this is the place to go for auto repair...Johnny is honest in what needs to be repaired and has fair prices. He always fixes it right the first time and will suggest (but not push) other repairs that he recommends.. When I bring my car to him I know that what ever he recommends is what needs to be done and that I am not being over charged.

This place is great! The manager gave me clear and detailed information about the test process, charges, time-frame, and certificate I was receiving. He asked a few questions to make sure neither of us was wasting our time and money. Got me in, performed all the required tests and got me out quickly, professionally, and at a cost that I feel is completely fair and justified.
