I will say for my first time having to send my car to an auto body shop this felt like a white glove service. John, the owner, talked me step by step the process as well as answered all my questions & concerns. Getting the car back and seeing how they were able to make it seem like nothing ever happened. My family has used this service twice now. I was rear-ended probably 2- 3 months ago. I brought my car to John and those were his words: " I will care for your car as if it were mine!". Believe me when I say that he did! My car looked brand new! John uses original body parts and collaborates with dealership to have the cars calibrated. Mark and John are great to work with at Ace Auto Body. They are transparent, responsive and truly care about their customers and NOT the insurance companies who try to nickel and dime you when trying to just fix your car. They are not affiliated with any insurance companies or on any lists. So you know that they are truly looking out for your best interest and fixing your car as it should be without cutting corners. This was my first experience working with them and it was a great experience and I will now always go back to them and will tell anyone I know to use them if they need their car fixed.
