OK, I feel compelled to write another great review for John, Mark and Ace Auto Body. My car was recently tagged in the rear for the second time in 18 months. I had John take a look at it last week and he said he could get my car in this week. I dropped it off yesterday and he coordinated with my Amica appraiser immediately and today John and his team are beginning the work which he says will be completed next week. These guys - including Steve who is doing the actual repair work - are true professionals, not just in the high-quality work they deliver, but in the way they deal with their customers. I know that next week I'll be picking up my 2011 BMW that will look as good as the day it left the factory. The Ace Team is awesome!

This Shop helped me when my car got hit in a hit-and-run. I was looking for a shop and didn't know where to go I found this shop online read the reviews and chose to go to this shop. It was the perfect choice I made even though my car was totaled, But the advice they gave me was Amazing because with their help I found the courage to get out of that mess. This is the only place I send my car to them because I have peace of mind and trust that their job is done!. When I take my car to Ace Auto Body, John puts me in touch with my insurance company, I don't have to do a thing, he handles it all. John was extremely helpful when he was showing me the incredible job he did , my car literally looks like brand new car! Mark and John are great to work with at Ace Auto Body. They are transparent, responsive and truly care about their customers and NOT the insurance companies who try to nickel and dime you when trying to just fix your car. They are not affiliated with any insurance companies or on any lists. So you know that they are truly looking out for your best interest and fixing your car as it should be without cutting corners. This was my first experience working with them and it was a great experience and I will now always go back to them and will tell anyone I know to use them if they need their car fixed.

From my first phone call to ACE AUTO BODY and conversation with ACE AUTO BODY Owner, John, I knew immediately that I had chosen the perfect shop to do business and start a friendship with. John, Co-Owner Mark, and the entire crew at ACE AUTO BODY were extremely professional and easy to work with. From the the initial insurance paperwork to the final A+ product ACE AUTO BODY treated my Jeep as if it were one of their own. John was in relentless communication with my insurance company and vendors to make sure my Jeep was treated with ONLY OEM PARTS and only returned to me after every box had been checked. I didn’t have to once wander we’re the process stood. John and Mark kept me in the loop with every step through phone calls and texts. I never once waited for a response. ACE AUTO BODY is full of class and keeps their customers by their side throughout the entire process. Into the shop. I had the honorable experience of having an incredibly detail oriented Tech. assigned to my Jeep, Steve. Whenever I visited, Steve wanted to hear my thoughts and was always inviting to listening to my opinion. Steve, went above and beyond from day 1. Masking these OEM PARTS and detailed craftsmanship was an incredible paint job handled by Mark. Every hidden bolt, hinge, and piece were treated with just as much detail and focus as the quarter panels and doors. There is not a single drip or tape lap mark anywhere. Mark and ACE AUTO BODY asked me to find a flaw with any part of the final product. I couldn’t. If that doesn’t speak to the integrity, dignity, and craftsmanship of ACE AUTO BODY then I don’t know what does! I recommend ACE AUTO BODY to everyone!

Not knowing where to begin or how to even start the process of getting repairs on my highlander, I did know I wanted to take it to Ace Auto body. I had once taken my Jeep Wrangler to the shop for tire repairs many moons ago and remember how easy the process was. I ended up following Ace auto body’s page on Facebook and saw how John was strictly for the customer. Post after post John spoke about difficult claims and rightfully doing the work on the vehicles that the customer deserved. I spoke with John and asked for help starting this. John took the time, gave me a rundown on how the process works and what to expect. Taken back by the first conversation with the insurance appraiser I remembered what John said. Weeks went by the appraiser and John went back and forth not getting very far. With more helpful advice John sent me in the right direction with the insurance company. At the end of the day my number one concern was my vehicle being safe. Being a mother with a child with heart issues my biggest fear was a major impact to my child’s chest while in his car seat. This was a very realistic fear knowing the appraiser did not want to replace the tire that took the brunt of the impact along with many other parts and tests that needed to be done. Today I received my highlander back with much gratitude and appreciation for John and his crew. I feel extremely confident that my vehicle is safe. I wouldn’t recommend any other auto body shop!

This was the first time using Ace Auto Body in Stoughton. I choose to use Ace because they do meticulous work. You'll think your car is brand new when you get it back! John was and always is a pleasure to deal with. He's very patient (understatement) and always listens. I'd recommend Ace to anyone looking for an A+ job. Keep up the good work guys! John and his Team at Ace Auto go above and beyond for their customers! They deserve 10 stars! I brought my Dodge Durango R/T into Ace Auto Body after I was in an accident. Ace wasn’t on the insurance company’s list of “preferred” shops; the insurance adjuster went as far as trying to talk me into sending my vehicle to another shop but I’m glad I never did!! It is very apparent that John and his Team at Ace Auto work for you, with your best interest in mind and not the insurance company’s!! John kept me updated every step of the way while we waited for the insurance company to send out appraisers and rework their reports (he provided me with far more information on the status of my repair claim than my insurance company ever did!) Although my Durango ended up being totaled and Ace Auto didn’t complete body work to it, John provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me navigate my insurance claim that involved two insurance companies, 3 appraisers and 2 months of insurance adjusters dragging their feet handling my claim. John guided me to make sure I received a fair valuation of my vehicle, helped me research comps and valuations and helped settle my nerves when the insurance company was trying to strong arm me. He was available by phone, text and email even while on vacation, on a National Holiday and after business hours; you’ll never find that with an insurance company’s “preferred” body shop!! When it came time to clean out my vehicle and release it to the insurance company, John and Joe helped remove and load all my belongs into the car I was driving. Joe made sure I took my ezpass transponder and carwash pass that I would had totally forgotten. Ace will be my first recommendation and certainly my go to place whenever I need auto body work done to one of my vehicles!

100% Reliable and Honest. They will have an honest discussion about your car repair. John help me with a non-insurance repair when talking to the other party. The party was trying to low ball the repair but John proved that the online parts would have cost more than retail after shipping. And tie up my car 7 to 10 days more - needing a rental. I’ve used Ace Body Shop since I’ve lived in Stoughton 30 years. I will go no where else. They’re like talking to family. Thanks John!
