So I took my 2001 Volkswagen Jetta for inspection through Ace and it came back with a lot of codes and repairs, Donna explained everything to me and was extremely understanding about my situation(the repairs costed $1800) and she even tried to find cheaper parts for me too. I didn't end up getting any of the repairs but they were so understanding and helpful I just had to write a review praising them. I will definitely be back when I get a new car for repairs and use their services!

Got my Jeep worked on while I was away on vacation. They worked well and I did have a check engine light on still after all the repairs but with a quick email the staff was extremely nice and helpful reminding me that a loose gas cap can cause the issue which I had changed out after finding it did not fit. Overall very good experience and customer care.

Finding a good shop can be challenging. The three qualities you really want to find are 1. Knowledge 2. Communication and 3. Attention to detail. The entire team at Ace defines these qualities and instill a lot of trust in their clients. The shop epitomizes what is great about the American family business and I am really happy I chose this team. The quality of repair or restoration is better than you will get anywhere else, the hourly charges are reasonable, and the team is fantastic.

I had changed my rear drum brakes, and it was the first time I had ever done this before. After this, I was having issues with my brakes. I took my car in soon after they opened, and I was in and out within an hour. They were such a life saver with their quick service because I was out of town and had to get back home for work. They were very courteous and caring. Although they looked at my car, they did not charge me anything for labor. Highly appreciate their friendly service. Donna and Ed were referred to me by multiple family friends to check out our new to us, older car. The shop staff were extremely thorough and professional. After picking up the car, I thought I detected another leak and brought it back into the shop, after inspection, no leak, only existing residue in the area was found. It was inspected and the area cleaned at no charge. This shop has been an anchor in the cordelia area. I highly recommend them.

Donna and Ed are of the utmost mechanical family Iv ever come across! I love how everything is done as teamwork and professional. I felt welcomed and at home the minute I walked into their building!! I’d stepped in once for an estimation on both our cars (not yet getting service done). Several months later walked in again and she remembered who I was! I was impressed with their customer service and then once we got our car back I was doubly impressed with their honesty and their work done to our car. Hoped to be able to get my classic Pontiac worked on here. First went to their old location but they had moved a ways from me so I called. Got their VM and a nice lady called me back. She said a mechanic would have to call me back when they get in. No call ever came. So I called back the next day and again got their VM. This time nobody even bothered to get back to me. Last VM was left on 10/11/2024. I guess they don't want new customers.

I’m incredibly happy with my experience at Ace Automotive. Initially, I was searching for a mechanic close to home and tried to connect with a highly rated shop nearby. However, after multiple unsuccessful attempts to locate or get a response from them, I decided to drive around the area to see what other options were available. That’s when I stumbled upon Ace Automotive by chance—and I’m so glad I did. The knowledge and professionalism of the staff and mechanics truly impressed me. Previously, I had been bringing my car to the dealership for servicing, but after experiencing sticker shock on my last proposed maintenance, I realized it was time to look for alternatives. When I purchased my 1980 International Scout in 2020, I needed to find a reliable and trustworthy shop that would do a good job helping me maintain this classic. Ace Automotive came highly recommended in owner forums. They performed an initial inspection and oil change, and took care of issues the previous owner had disclosed. More recently, they replaced the clutch with an upgraded model. I have been super happy with the quality of their work. Ed runs a very professional shop, and he and his wife Donna go above and beyond to ensure great customer service. A day or two after each visit, I always receive a text to check that everything is as it should be. I recommend them highly! 2024 update: Ed, Donna and team still providing excellent auto care at very fair prices in their new location!
