I have been a customer of Cordelia Automotive for several years now. The proprietor and owner, Orlando, is professional and accommodating. Usually I book an appointment via the phone a week or two ahead of time. I will leave a message and he will call me back that day with possible appointment times. I drop the car off the morning of the appointment and he calls me when the work is finished. The prices are fair, well below the dealer and I have never been let down by the quality of work. I recommend him to my friends in the area.

I’ve had several things done in the past by Orlando and they’ve all been pleasant experiences and great work. I had such a great experience at Cordelia Automotive. My car wasn’t starting and I just picked Cordelia Automotive to have it towed to based on the reviews and I’m glad I did. Orlando was so kind, professional, communicative and fast! He was honest about the timeline of when he could get to my car, but he had a cancellation so he actually got it back to me the next morning. With every update in timing and status of my car, he let me know. He also didn’t try to upsell me or tell me a bunch of things that “need” to be done. I will definitely be coming back!

In for 30K service on our jeep. Orlando confirms the work needed, gives an estimate & a completion time, and delivers as promised. I haven't actually taken my vehicle here yet, but I did talk on the phone for a bit. I had a question and left a message. Orlando called me back within an hour after and was very helpful with my questions. I will most definitely be taking my vehicles to him in the future as he seems to be knowledgeable and honest. Orlando was very straightforward in helping us fix our car when the check engine light went on with our 2001 Tribute. He diagnosed and fixed the problem all in one day. After diagnosing the problem, he called for permission to go ahead with the work telling us the total price. The car is running perfectly again. If you’re looking for a decent and honest place to take care of your auto needs, this is the place! We moved here in 2018 from Oregon and have had the same mechanic (Mel’s Auto) for over 30 years. We would still go to him for maintenance when we drove back to visit or even call him with questions. We got “taken” once here by someone in Fairfield, so it was tough to trust anyone new. We knew eventually we would need to find someone else here because our drives to Oregon were becoming less frequent. Anyway, we heard great things about Orlando at Cordelia Automotive so our time came when we needed service for brakes. He got us in and called to give us quickly with an update/estimate, and got it done even before the promised time. Price was reasonable and most important, he was honest about the overall condition of the brakes. Overall nice guy and great service. Happy we found Orlando for our future auto needs.
